Sent by Fidelity Home Warranty, Jose cut and reconnected few wires to restore power to the outlet which caused major blackouts in my house. Garage and outside lights are not working. When called them, this lady has some issues and talks bad or hangup.

I was assigned JC Electrical through my home warranty for electrical. A person came over and opened up all the switches and outlets to understand the source. He caused damaged to the existing switches and reported wrong information about the problem to the warranty. Didn't seem to be knowledgable at all and is not good with English as well. He was trying to escape fixing the issue mentioning that the issue might not be covered by warranty. Its become a night mare to work with Home warranty to resolve the issue because of the misinformation provided by JC Electrical. I would not recommend them at all.

I was assigned this company by the home warranty. They put me on cold for two nights, arrived late on the appointment day. The technician just an eyeball glance decided the problem- without any actual inspections. He wanted to impose his notion without taking any actual inspections while I was trying to explain the situation the best; but he would not listen. I am not happy with his services at all, and I would not recommend them because of their high handed nature.

Javier showed up when he said he would and fixed the problem quickly (faulty light switch). I also had a problem that was not covered by my home warranty but he took time to examine the problem and let me know how I could fix it.

Electrician came to my home as a part of the FAHW and he did not reported information to warranty company with the proper reporting as well as he took picture of the issue and he have not submitted pictures and FAHW has closed the service request saying there is a no issue. Now, I need to stay on the call with FAHW and arguing about my issue. Not a good electrician. I am not recommending him for any electric work.

Just had Jose O. from JC Electrical come and fix an electrical issue that another electrician couldn't figure out....I plugged my Dyson into an outlet a few days ago and it blew out the power in half the room. Flipping circuit breakers did not work...but Jose O. figured out that there was a loose wire in a smoke detector in the adjoining hallway that was somehow connected to the outlet in question....he fixed the issue quickly, without any mess, etc! He wore his mask, was very friendly and professional - all over a fantastic experience.

Jose from JC Electrical was assigned to me via my home warranty company. Jose showed up promptly, had very good customer service, and even took the time to walk me through what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what to expect.

It was refreshing to have Jose come to look at the house - it turns out our power issue was related to the utility pole with Jose immediately diagnosed. He was very friendly, professional, and most of all timely.

I will refer Jose to anyone else I know that needs electrical help and will be reaching out to him again in the future!

Home insurance sent me the same electrician from JC Electrical two times to investigate crackling, sparkling noise from my electrical box.

First time he changed one burnt breaker, but didn't check any of the other breakers or test the appliances prior to leaving.

A recall order was issued and the same electrician came out. This time he changed another breaker and was going to leave. I asked him to check all the breakers, which he did and found them all to have nearly burnt out (his words)

He changed them all. Again no voltage meter check
No appliance check... he leaves.

I turn my oven on and the 40 amp breaker starts popping and smoking my house smelled like fire

I called him and he said sorry I left I can't come I'll call a supervisor.

The home insurance chose to get with a different company.

The electricians name was Jose and I checked on the camera. He did not do what a licensed professional is a expected to do. Prior to him chanting breakers my box did not smoke and nearly start a fire.

Terrible service stay away from JC Electrical. They should have sent someone out immediately instead of leave me with a smoking box. Major fire hazard. Thanks for nothing.

This company was assigned by my warranty company, but have not been responsive. I had to call my Insurance company to get them to make an appointment.

My home warranty assigned them to my house. They called me to let me know what time to expect them and arrived on the dot. The electrician (forgot to get the name :( was extremely knowledgeable and fixed all the electrical problems in the house immediately. He even went above and beyond and helped me replace lightbulbs and other things that he did NOT have to do. I cant believe what an easy fix it was for this company, they are truly knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks so much for all your help!
