Had this company come out twice for two different home warranty issues: electrical outlets and smoke detectors and was pleased both times. Eddie came for the electrical outlets and put my mind at ease when a previous electrical company who WS here for a free estimate completely freaked me out talking about ""voltage drops"" and fire issues with my outlets. He found an issue with two outlets and fixed both, including a GFCI outlet. The smoke detectors were investigated and replaced by the owner himself, Jose, today and I ended up having him do some other outlet work to put in a timer and a outlet switch combo he told me about for an area where I needed an outlet. Great company - honest guys who know what they are doing and decent prices and they work fast and do a great job. I've had so many electrical companies come by my house to give estimates and this one was as by far the best.

I was introduced to this company through a home warranty experience and was very impressed by their ability to solve my issue so quickly and willingness to explain it. This company has 2 technicians. 9 calls each a day. Thats about 360 calls a month. 4,320 a year. And for them to only have this little negative feed back speaks volumes. Great company and the technicians get everything done in a professional and timely manner. There's a reason why they are number 1 choice for home warranty. Top rated through warranty review sites. I had an issue with two light switches that stopped working a few months ago, luckily they were for a light and fire place we rarely use so I was not in any rush to get it fixed. I put in a work order with my home warranty company Old Republic Home Protection, they assigned a different electrician who after 10+ days never got in contact with me even after I called and had ORHP reach out to them again, the warranty company then reassigned my work order to JC Electrical. JC Electrical called me within the hour and setup a same day appointment. Jose was the electrician that came out, he diagnosed and fixed my issue within 30 to 45 minutes. Jose was great, he explained exactly what the issue was, confirmed the two switches worked perfectly, and was professional throughout the service call. I would highly recommend JC Electrical.

We had a problem with the GFCI outlets not working. I reached out to my home warranty company (FNHW), which assigned JC Electrical for the task. After 5 days of creating the service order, the service order got dispatched and Eddie came in today. He was wonderful as he explained the problem and mentioned what was required for the fix. He was able to figure out the problem in minutes ( Replacing a burnt Circuit breaker) and resolved it quickly.

Apart from the service order, I had a problem with bad wiring in all the 3-way circuits that I had in my home and asked if he could take a look. Eddie checked that and took his time to explain the problem, and how to solve it. He fixed one pair of 3 way switches for free and I was able to fix the other bad wiring problems myself with the guidance that he gave. He also gave me his contact number, if I was stuck anywhere with the wiring (But I didn't have to reach out as the fix was straightforward).

Eddie is very Courteous and Professional. I would prefer to do my future electrical repairs with him.

Service was requested through my warranty company, they cane out and saud it was not covered under rge warranty. We did what they asked us to do and I still have issue with my door bell. I am trying to reach them for more than a week now and there is no response at all . Hopefully someone calls me to let me know how I can go about this..

After a horrible situation with another electrical company, over electrical outlets, and months of trying to convince my home warranty company that , after 3 months and having to get a 2nd estimate, I found out that the previous electrical company gave the wrong estimate, which made my home warranty company deny the work. Finally, I spoke with Tevin at home warranty company, and he recommended JC Electrical . Today, Eddie came by, and less than 30 minutes repaired the issue and was friendly, professional, and efficient. Finally got the correct work done, which was not going into the walls and changing the panel. Thanks to the honesty of Eddie, the job was done. I'm so happy, Houston. I have power!

It's a fraudulent company. Technician came on behalf of AHS, who asked me cash to fix the issue. I deferred it and he later submitted incorrect information and service got denied. Stay away from this company
