Elio and team did a great job installing an outlet for me! They even came back out towards the end of a weekday to swap out the outlet type based on my preference and did not charge extra. Communication via text messages was great. They know how to take care of there customers!

Jay and his guys came out very quick you after I inquired about their electrical services. They got the job done and charged a reasonable price. I asked them to fix my doorbell, and they fixed it, but I don't think it was worth to try spend $175. It was a very quick fix - a wire wasn't connected. However, without checking - I thought checking wiring had to be included free estimation, but they checked nothing and claimed they were confident that transformer was the issue, then initially they quoted $400 then lower to $200 - it included transformer replacement. I trusted them since they are professionals. But after a minute they found that the disconnection then fixed then trie to charge $200. I said it was not okay then ask to lower the cost then they downed to $175. Not sure the situation is normal but I will look for other places.

Called them yesterday asking that they come out to remedy an issue with a ceiling fan they installed approximately a year ago. Ceiling fan now rocks and lights flicker. Spoke with the owners wife ""Navy"" whom I've spoken with on numerous occasions over the past 10 years, because they did all of my electrical work prior to the decline in customer service, and issues with my elderly mother. Navy initially stated she didn't know who I was, although teach time I've called in the past, I didn't have to identify myself. She then overcame her acute phase of amnesia and put me on hold. She then came back on line and schedule an appointment for Monday July 25,2022 from 9am-10am. Fast forward to 10:10am.. no call/no show, so I called them again and was told the appointment was from 10-11am ( which wasn't accurate), however, I digressed and said OK.. I'll be here waiting. Fast forward and at 11:15am, no one showed upI placed a call back to Navy and surprise. Surprise (insert sarcasm)... she didn't answer or respond to my vm's or text messages. I've used this company and have given them numerous referrals over the years with positive reviews and now they have turned a cold shoulder with poor customer service and lack of concern because they conned my elderly mother out of over $2,000! And I'm certain they won't respond to this review because they're guilty of all charges! My question to them is was it really worth it??? You will reap what you sow!!! And my suggestion to anyone reading this review is to use them at your own risk!
