Love it when a company does excellent, fast work, professionally and reasonably! Jay's has become our new go-to electrician! I had a quote for 200-400 to diagnose our problem. That didn't include fixing it! Jay's got back with me promptly, scheduled the appointment on President's Day when others took the day off, which I understand, but an inoperable washer, due to a non-working plug is a big inconvenience! Jay's fixed the problem, replacing a breaker with a more sturdy breaker, in less than 1/2 hour, and also corrected a blinking light I pointed out to him! The charge was $150 which is very fair for 2 men to diagnose and repair. We were impressed with Jay's and very glad to find this family-owned business! We see why they have so many high reviews!

Very fast with responses! He made the process easy from being able to send him pictures of the light fixture needing to be installed and getting a fast quote. I have an electrician I have been working with for years. I needed another project done so I went to Yelp to find a couple of companies who could perform the work. After getting the bids and meeting the companies I decided to go with Jay Electric. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. They were honest about the job and even told me things that did not need to be done since they appeared to be changed recently therefore would be fine. I accepted the quote and we scheduled a time for them to do the work. The communication was great and I was informed of everything happening.They arrived on time to perform the work and were polite and professional. They handled all the items on the quote and then I paid with a CC. Please note they accept credit cards just NOT American Express. I love Amex but I had to pay another way. Overall I am extremely happy and I think I have found a new company to use. Thank you very much for the great work and professionalism Jay Electric!

Very poor communication. Tried to get an estimate, no luck. Missed scheduled date, in fairness rain from Emelda, but did not contact about issue meeting the date nor has there been any communication since? I understand weather delay but to not even say anything until I contact? and then no communication after? Bad customer first approach.

These guys were awesome. Had a very tough job logistically and they were able to find a workable solution. The work was done quickly and correctly & exactly like I had hoped. I have another project that we spoke about and will definitely contract them to complete it when ready. Most importantly pricing was where it should be and not inflated.

The electrician arrived on time and installed our Ring camera, repositioned our Ring doorbell and added an outlet so everything would not be on one circuit. I will definitely call them again. They are informative and know what they are doing.

I called this company for a estimate. Elio and his crew arrived on time and looking professional. After going over what I wanted outside on my patio. Elio gave me an affordable price which was a big plus for me. The work was done fast and professionally. They also clean up the work area.
