If I could I wouldn't give them any stars. The owner said he would come out totaling to four different times to take a look at what we wanted done. Each time he never came out like he said he would or just plain ignored our agreement to meet. Wasted our time waiting for him. Horrible business management if you can't even communicate! Do business with them if you want someone who is dishonest and just a plain liar

Would not recommend this company. I texted Jacob for service after going for a day or two without power in part of my home. He responded immediately and I was grateful that he said he'd come out that night at 7 pm. He ended up going shopping and showed up around 9 pm but again, I was grateful to have someone come out same day. He listed a number of things that were wrong with the electrical box and got to work. When the lights came back I told him they were dim and he didn't really listen, telling me to try LED lights... we've had the lights for 20 years and they've never been dim but after multiple times telling him it wasn't right, I gave up. Right as he was pulling away, I realized my heating unit wasn't getting power. He came back and started working again, and eventually.. what do you know... discovered there WAS an issue with the lights I kept saying were dim, and got them to the right brightness. That said, he wasn't able to get the power issues sorted out. I paid over $200 for a job that was not finished and left without power going to my heat or hot water for weeks amidst 40 degree temperatures. He said he'd come back, ""I'll come tomorrow morning"" more times than I can count over the course of two weeks and never did fix the issues. We had also told him we had some other work we wanted done and he said he'd schedule with us... never happened.

Just used Neal and Jacobs Ladder for a second project. And I'll never use another company. We had a slightly complicated situation adding amperage for a car charger. Neal texted with me and asked to take pictures of this or that until he figured out a way to do it for a very reasonable price. Other electricians just say hmm, you're effed -- it's gonna cost a boatload of money. He's fast, punctual, and courteous. A++++++++
