Just used Neal and Jacobs Ladder for a second project. And I'll never use another company. We had a slightly complicated situation adding amperage for a car charger. Neal texted with me and asked to take pictures of this or that until he figured out a way to do it for a very reasonable price. Other electricians just say hmm, you're effed -- it's gonna cost a boatload of money. He's fast, punctual, and courteous. A++++++++

Neal installed a complex whole house surge protector and took care of a few odds and ends that needed maintenance. He was friendly, arrived on time and was COVID-careful.

User error on my part not checking the breaker box. They only charged me their minimum for coming out which is about half of what they quoted me for doing the whole job. Check your breakers even if you think you've checked them! Lesson learned.

Had 8...yes 8 fans and some lights to hang and man were they done fast. Great job on them all and they wired them all in and I watched so it was apparent this was easy for them. I would take 1-2 hours per fan and at least three blood pressure pills and 12 ibuprofens. So needless to say it was worth every penny and was a reasonable per-fan price.

All around great experience and super nice guys. They were able to troubleshoot my problem within an hour and fix the situation while providing an explanation of what the source of the issue was. I'll definitely be giving them a call next time I need any electrical work done.
