Jacob came out and fitted an EV charger for me and did a fantastic job at a great price. That alone was worth 5 stars, but here's why I'd give him 6 stars if I could: I also had a bunch of other jobs that came up in the inspection report on our new home that I asked for a quote on. Jacob walked me through all of the stuff and explained what we did and didn't need to do right at that moment, whereas everyone else I got a quote from just gave me a quote. He is trustworthy, hardworking and will be getting all of my business from now on.

WOW these guys are great, they answered all of my many many questions. I had some switches changed out for dimmers and a few electrical concerns assessed. We have another appointment scheduled for reassessed lighting installation in the kitchen. These guys were very professional and thoughtful. I will be using them again in the future.

Jacob and Neil were awesome! Very responsive to my messages, arrived on time and were very professional. They installed 4 lights in my house, 3 chandaliers and a very difficult iron and glass light for my living room. Their prices beat every other quote I received. I would highly recommend them if you have work that needs to be done.

Sent an request for quote and got a response within 15 minutes, they came to my house less than an hour later, and the full job was done in a total of 2 hours from when I request my quote. I had what I thought would be a small job, sent it out via Yelp projects and Jacob responded quickly. I called him and he said he'd be over in 30 minutes and he quoted me a flat fee + materials. He and his worker Neal arrived in 25 minutes and quickly identified my problem. Unfortunately, it was not as simple as we'd initially thought. However, Jacob stuck to his previously bid flat fee even though he was doing more work. He and Neal were very professional and took care of the work. I was so pleased that I paid them a bonus over and above the quoted work.

I would give Jacob's Ladder more stars if I could and highly recommend them. I know that he has my business the next time I need any electrical work.

Awesome job. I found them through Yelp when I requested a quote from multiple companies. Jacob's ladder was first to respond and straightforward and informative with their response. I needed them to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet for my garage to charge my Tesla, and they offered a fair price. After they showed up and got to work, it was Black Friday and I found a good deal on a Nest Doorbell at Home Depot. They already had to go there to pick up some other materials, and they picked it up for me and installed it when they got back! During the install they encountered minor roadblocks but were quick to find solutions. Amazing work and I will use them for all my future electrical needs! I even took them for a ride in the Tesla after! Thanks Jacob's Ladder!!

Jacob and his (brother? I think?) were amazing! The great experience started off with a discussion about what I needed and a quote within about 10 minutes of me messaging them.. I couldn't believe it, since it was a Saturday morning. This was a great first start since my main issue with attempting to get someone else was communication. Others (several!) wouldn't return calls. I get it if someone it too busy but, for Christ's sake, just tell me that!
Well, we set up an appt. and they messaged me beforehand to let me know that they were on their way so I could go and meet them. It was perfect. On time with great communication..what more could a girl want??? My job wasn't a big one, but they acted like it was..
Their work seemed perfect and the materials they used were top notch. They were very professional and polite (but still personable, which is a fine line to walk) and I can't be any happier!

Jacob installed an Electrical Car outlet (NEMA 14-50) in my garage. Jacob responded quickly with the right questions to scope out the job with a fair quote. He arrived early, asked the right questions so that he could do the job right the first time. He finished the job quickly and did a great job.

Jacob was very responsive through my interaction with him on Yelp and we were able to make a quick appointment at the time I was hoping for. Jacob and his co-worker showed up on time and installed a Tesla Wall Plug in less than an hour. The job was very clean and these guys are total pros. They made sure to install a nice wall plate and the installation was done exactly like I was hoping for. The price was also very fair and I will be using Jacob's Ladder again soon for another project!
