Company Overview

Founded in 1949, Tennis Jackson Electric specializes in electrical contracting and repair. We deliver a wide array of services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We focus on designing and installing lighting, HVAC, and ventilation systems. We also provide a range of repair and maintenance services on-site. Jackson Security Services, our sister company, offers gate operators and access control solutions. They also supply emergency generators, burglar fire alarms, and surveillance camera systems. Jackson Security Services is recognized as a leading independent security provider in West Alabama.

Initially, Tennis Jackson launched an electrical contracting business in Tuscaloosa. We added heating and air conditioning services in 1951. In 1954, we entered the burglar alarm market.

In 1972, Chuck Turner joined as a partner and took ownership in 1988 when Mr. Jackson retired.

The company has transformed into a full-service provider for HVAC, security, and electrical installations. We cater to residential, commercial, and industrial markets. Having completed design projects for NASA, Rust Engineering, Systems Control, and Moore-Handley, I joined Tennis Jackson Electric as General Manager and partner in 1972.
