Company Overview

Founded in 1949, Tennis Jackson Electric specializes in electrical contracting and repair. We deliver a wide array of services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Our specialization includes the design and installation of HVAC, lighting, and ventilation solutions. We also provide a range of repair and maintenance services on-site. Our sister company, Jackson Security Services, supplies access control systems and gate operators. They specialize in emergency generators, fire alarms, and camera systems. Jackson Security Services stands as one of the largest independently owned security firms in West Alabama.

Initially, Tennis Jackson launched an electrical contracting business in Tuscaloosa. In 1951, we expanded our services to include heating and air conditioning. We expanded into burglar alarms in 1954.

Chuck Turner partnered with us in 1972 and purchased the company in 1988 following Mr. Jackson's retirement.

Since then, we have evolved into a comprehensive service provider for HVAC, security, and electrical systems. Our services extend across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Having completed design projects for NASA, Rust Engineering, Systems Control, and Moore-Handley, I joined Tennis Jackson Electric as General Manager and partner in 1972.
