Back in January we had J&J Screen and Glass come out and replace some windows and a screen outside our spare bedroom window. Everything seemed to go great until afterwards we noticed that the screen was significantly bent on the left side. Plus we found a scratch on the master bedroom window. We contacted J&J Glass to come back out and fix the problem but they refused to come out unless we provided an invoice for the work that was done. However, they never gave us an invoice to begin with, then they told me that they don't keep any invoices on their end after one month. We then contacted the Better Business Bureau and the California State Licensing Board. The BBB never received any response from J&J Glass and the CSLB did manage to contact one of their employees. But what really threw me for a loop was that the CSLB told me that J&J Glass had been operating with no license, bonding, or workmans comp since July 2020. This is both illegal and unethical. We are still waiting to hear from them so that we can get our issue resolved.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They did the classic bait and switch. I got one quote, put down a 50% deposition and then the price increased by 140%. I will be pursuing complaints with BBB and filing a lawsuit for fraud.

Shout out to a local business that provided EXCELLENT service to us yesterday!

J & J Screen & Glass replaced the dual pane glass inside our windows, some of which were so foggy we couldn't see out of them! They were a pleasure to have at the house and did excellent work! Even brought Clorox wipes to clean the door knobs they touched before they left!

This company has the best customer service I have ever come across and it needs to be recognized! I initially went to a different company where I was offered no professional advice on the glass I was getting cut. It was strictly a business deal and a non friendly environment. The day I brought the glass home, the inner corner chipped with standard use. The company was quick to tell me it was not their fault and they could not do anything to help me aside from trying to sand the sharp corner. After thinking of options, I emailed to see if they could cut the glass to shorten it and take away the chip. After a week of no response from the company (after I sent two follow up emails) I found J and J screen and glass. I explained my situation to Jason and he told me to bring the glass in that day. Unfortunately, too much had to be cut from the glass to make it look appealing and it would be too small for my needs. The company offered me a few different solutions and was able to work with my budget knowing my loss from the initial glass company. Not only did J and J screen and glass give me a higher quality piece of glass but they hand delivered, cleaned and installed it for me as a courtesy for my loss to the other company. Who does that?!! I highly recommend this family owned business!

I just had a broken window replaced by J&J. Their service was excellent. I called and they are out to measure the window that day. ""Dylan came and replaced the window six hours ahead of the original scheduled time. The whole staff was very professional and friendly. This is the third time I have used this company. Will use them again. Highly recommended. Five star service.

These guys have done work for me on several occasions, and I've always been very pleased. They are friendly, efficient, and very reasonably priced. They really seem to personify what being a good local business is all about.
