Just wanted to say how great J&J is. My husband gave them the wrong measurements on a screen door and it ended up not fitting. They came out and remeasured our back door for us and to make it fit. They are helping us out when it was our mistake. Just nice to know there are local business that care and give great friendly service :)

I tried to do business with these guys for the second time in maybe 10 years..... The first time they were very poor customer service and didn't return calls. When I finally got thru their price was 2x the competition and I went elsewhere. This time I figured to give them another chance, so I walked into their office around 12 noon, and they said they were having lunch now and offered to take my number and call me back. I saw that the 3 men were eating sandwiches in the next room, but had no choice but to leave and wait for a call.... Well, a call did not come, so I gave them one more chance and phoned the shop, only to leave a message which they never returned the call. In the mean time I called ""Glass Guru's"" in Roseville, were I got a quote right on the phone and gave them the business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND J&J, I think business is too good for them to be courteous and prompt.

Okay, I have a doctor that takes care of my family, I have a lawyer, I have an auto guy that takes care of my cars, I have a house keeper, and I have a landscaper to take care of my yard.

Why not an Electrician? Exactly, and that's why Jason is MY electrician. Every time a project comes up or we need something done on the electrical side, I go to Jason: he is MY electrician. He's certified, dependable, affordable, and always there when I need him.

I bought my wife a great Christmas present that needed an outlet which we didn't have. Who do you call? Ghostbusters? No, I call Jason and he was able to make it happen in a timely manner and at an affordable price.

Why would you not put your trust in someone who knows what they're doing? I'm tired of being shocked by trying to install something electrical and I know that when it deals with electricity, it's best to have someone who's certified to do the work to code.

So Jason is MY electrician and when I need something done around our home, he's the 1st one to come to mind.

Fantastic company, highly recommended!

We had four windows in our house that were extremely difficult to open and close. Every time we tried to open and close them, we would be moaning and groaning. We thought about getting the windows replaced with new ones, and even had several companies come out and give us quotes.

But we decided we didn't want to spend over $3000 for new windows, especially since all the glass for these windows were still intact and in decent condition. So we decided to look into getting the windows repaired. I had no idea what part of the window needed repairing and who to even go to for such a service.

So I popped onto Yelp and typed in window repair and a few different companies came up. Out of 4 companies that we got in touch with, we were the most impressed with J&J. It's amazing how different my experience with this company was, compared to the other three.

When I called to explain the problem and possibly get a quote, I was very impressed by how helpful, knowledgeable and friendly the employee (Curt/Kurt) was on the phone. He had great customer service skills and seemed to know the solution right away. Their prices are very reasonable (even a little less than their competitors!) and they were able to schedule an appointment. I hung up the phone thinking, I really like this company so far.

On the day of our scheduled appointment, Dan showed up and took measurements. He too took the time to explain and answer my questions. I was really impressed by his professionalism and expertise as well. When he left, I commented again to my husband about how much I liked this company.

A few weeks later, the parts we ordered had finally come in and it was time to do the repairs! Dan showed up on time and had another gentleman with him. I think his name was Joe or Joel. He was such a nice guy too! He had a lot of personality, even in just his greeting. :) Everything went well and we soon had windows that opened and closed with hardly any effort.

We also had some of our screens restrung (since some had holes in them). Curt was so kind to drive them to our house one day, even though I was technically supposed to pick them up from their office.

Our experience with J&J has been very positive and I am so impressed by their skill, professionalism and customer service.

We've been happily opening our windows every day and every time I open them so effortlessly, I'm reminded of this company!

If you need any window services for your home, definitely contact them! They are topnotch!

I have had multiple dealings with this company. They have done electrical work for me, replaced window screens and made several custom glass table / furniture tops. Every encounter I have had with J & J has been positive.

The folks I have interacted with have been knowledgeable, helpful and fair. The quality of their work has been consistently excellent. They have surprised me on more than one occasion with how fast they could turnaround a work order.

Finally, I have found J & J to be a good value. Prices are reasonable for what you get. I recommend them.
