This company has the best customer service I have ever come across and it needs to be recognized! I initially went to a different company where I was offered no professional advice on the glass I was getting cut. It was strictly a business deal and a non friendly environment. The day I brought the glass home, the inner corner chipped with standard use. The company was quick to tell me it was not their fault and they could not do anything to help me aside from trying to sand the sharp corner. After thinking of options, I emailed to see if they could cut the glass to shorten it and take away the chip. After a week of no response from the company (after I sent two follow up emails) I found J and J screen and glass. I explained my situation to Jason and he told me to bring the glass in that day. Unfortunately, too much had to be cut from the glass to make it look appealing and it would be too small for my needs. The company offered me a few different solutions and was able to work with my budget knowing my loss from the initial glass company. Not only did J and J screen and glass give me a higher quality piece of glass but they hand delivered, cleaned and installed it for me as a courtesy for my loss to the other company. Who does that?!! I highly recommend this family owned business!

I just had a broken window replaced by J&J. Their service was excellent. I called and they are out to measure the window that day. ""Dylan came and replaced the window six hours ahead of the original scheduled time. The whole staff was very professional and friendly. This is the third time I have used this company. Will use them again. Highly recommended. Five star service.

Excellent service and results, and this is our 3rd project with J&J.
J&J repaired and upgraded our patio door, the lower track and roller assembly.
Kurt and Joel did a great job evaluating the necessary repairs and provided a summary scope of work, estimate and most of all a comprehensive over-view of how the repairs and upgrades would make the patio door operate more smoothly. Huge improvement !!

Amazing service from Kurt and Joel. They helped us disassemble our glass shower so my handicapped mother could use it until we were able to build a new home. Once we built a new home with a roll in shower then reassemble the glass shower so we could sell the old home. These guys were incredible to work with. Very fair on pricing, Reliable and completely on time and a true pleasure to work with. I highly recommend J and J.

Just wanted to say how great J&J is. My husband gave them the wrong measurements on a screen door and it ended up not fitting. They came out and remeasured our back door for us and to make it fit. They are helping us out when it was our mistake. Just nice to know there are local business that care and give great friendly service :)

I tried to do business with these guys for the second time in maybe 10 years..... The first time they were very poor customer service and didn't return calls. When I finally got thru their price was 2x the competition and I went elsewhere. This time I figured to give them another chance, so I walked into their office around 12 noon, and they said they were having lunch now and offered to take my number and call me back. I saw that the 3 men were eating sandwiches in the next room, but had no choice but to leave and wait for a call.... Well, a call did not come, so I gave them one more chance and phoned the shop, only to leave a message which they never returned the call. In the mean time I called ""Glass Guru's"" in Roseville, were I got a quote right on the phone and gave them the business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND J&J, I think business is too good for them to be courteous and prompt.

Okay, I have a doctor that takes care of my family, I have a lawyer, I have an auto guy that takes care of my cars, I have a house keeper, and I have a landscaper to take care of my yard.

Why not an Electrician? Exactly, and that's why Jason is MY electrician. Every time a project comes up or we need something done on the electrical side, I go to Jason: he is MY electrician. He's certified, dependable, affordable, and always there when I need him.

I bought my wife a great Christmas present that needed an outlet which we didn't have. Who do you call? Ghostbusters? No, I call Jason and he was able to make it happen in a timely manner and at an affordable price.

Why would you not put your trust in someone who knows what they're doing? I'm tired of being shocked by trying to install something electrical and I know that when it deals with electricity, it's best to have someone who's certified to do the work to code.

So Jason is MY electrician and when I need something done around our home, he's the 1st one to come to mind.
