Really quick and responsive communication setting up our appointment. He arrived right in time and was very knowledgeable and efficient in installing our Sense Home Power Monitoring device.

Joel answered my quote request immediately and was at my house within 30 minutes to give me a quote. It was the Friday before Christmas and he was able to give me a temporary fix until my panel can be upgraded. My breakers were falling out of the panel. I was losing power on and off throughout the day and night and was scared my house would burn down. His temporary repair is working and I am looking forward to him finishing the job. Very nice man, caring and compassionate. Due to the emergency situation of possibly not having power over the holiday, he told me to call him as soon as I got a response from SDG&E, even if it is Christmas. He will come back out and upgrade the panel. I am so thankful for his quick response and temporary repair. I will update my review once the new electrical panel is installed. I would recommend him for sure.
