I've used IV Power & Electic now 3 times. The first was by referral from my realtor during a property sale. He was extremely professional and timely which was critical to my on-time close of escrow. I've used this company for a quick light fixture installation and then most recently for a upgraded electrical panel. All 3 of my encounters have exceeded my expectations. Called Willie this morning because of a sporadic, partial power outage. He returned my call within the hour, and came mid-afternoon with plenty of notice. He's a very detail-oriented, conscientious electrician, and he cleaned up some work that previous electricians had done rather sloppily. The root of my immediate problem turned out to be on the power company's side, but I'm glad I had Willie come out anyway. Will definitely give him a call for future projects/repairs.

Willie Bell, the owner of IV Power Electric, is super professional and simply a rockstar at his job! I needed exhaust fans installed in both of my bathrooms (the steam created from hot showers were causing too much moisture in my bathrooms) & I found out about Willie via a referral from my amazing plumber (George from AA Twin Bros Plumbing -- also an absolute rockstar in his field!); I know that good people know good people and I trust George, so I decided to give Willie a call. Willie and his team did a stellar job and it was more than what we could have expected! They even installed vents that were of high-quality so that they would not melt in the sun or be affected by rain or any other weather of any kind.

He was also honest and said that while he could do the patch job for us, he's not the best at it and it might end up not looking up to par with what we would want (hence the unfinished look to the photos). We have no problem contracting that job out, and really appreciated his honesty!

They were also super clean, especially with the amount of work they had to do (we have lathe & plaster walls, super thick and difficult to cut, thus easy in creating a mess!) -- he said they had about three trash bags full of trash by the time they left!

Absolutely recommend Willie and his team, he comes with my highest recommendation. Besides -- you honestly can't go wrong with someone who's been in the business since 1982, and has 5 stars on Yelp! I told Willie we will definitely be giving him a call for any future electrician jobs and will definitely be recommending him out to any of our friends who need the same kind of work. Thank you Willie, you rock!

Professional. Knowledgeable. Polite.

Since becoming an owner of an older condo, I've been running into a lot of maintenance issues, some where I am unable to tackle myself. Contacting professionals has become a part-time job but one thing that stood out to me was the 3 characteristics above.

Over the phone Willie Bell, owner, explained what scenarios are playing out in my situation and their level of complexity; speaking with a few other electricians on Yelp and telling them my exact problem and what I needed done exactly, they would inflate the work that needed to be done.

Willie was able to fix my electrical issue but also provided insight on how I can approach my HOA to get compensated for costs that they should cover.

He is someone you should call if having a problem or wanting to do some work done. He shows up personally to each job and should it require more hands he will supply the team as well!

Hands down the most amazing customer service I've ever experienced!! This is the 3rd time I've used him now and his work is impeccable. He calls to confirm the appointment, shows up on time and does exactly what he's supposed to at the price he quoted. No job is too big or too small and he never leaves a mess.
