I have had Willie Bell of IV Power Electric for in numerous electrical issues at my home. He clearly explains what the problem is what alternatives are available. His work is methodical and complete. My prior electrician did not identify each of the circuits on the electrical box so I always had a difficult time knowing what to turn off. Willie came out and that box clearly identifies what each switch controls. When he fixes something it is fixed well.

Willie Bell is awesome. Incredibly responsive and friendly. Very fair prices. I was frankly shocked at how far above and beyond he went for us when he wired our tankless water heater. Our neighbor had the same unit installed, and we (incorrectly) assumed that his electrician had done things correctly, so we requested the same from Willie. Willie checked the manual, noticed things in our neighbor's set-up didn't look right, then had a long discussion with the manufacturer to verify. In the end, he not only saved us from not utilizing the full potential of our new water heater (since our neighbor's electrician hadn't wired his to power ""both sides"" of the heater) but also from voiding our warranty. After installation, he spent time educating us on how to tweak the unit's electrical settings and how its power needs would interact with the rest of the appliances in our home.

I will absolutely contact Willie for any needs in the future. He's a great dude and a very skilled (licensed) electrician. I recommend him without hesitation.
