Troy made my EV charger installation supper easy and convenient.. Troy is supper honest and fair. I got my charger installed with a permit. He did all the leg work with the city, pulled the permit and told me exactly how much it cost..

I had another electrician tell me that it would cost 1500 just to pull the permit.. that was a lie.. I did my home work and called..

Then I called troy.. Troy was honest. Immediately gave him my business

Troy has been great setting up our smart systems (surveillance, internet extenders, landscape lighting system). He has been super responsive when we needed troubleshooting and made sure I understand how to work the systems. I'm not super tech savvy but Troy took the time to teach me how things operate and walked me through anything I needed to do remotely. Highly recommend!!

Back in July Troy came out and gave me an estimate to install a EV charger. I had a long run with several turns in order to accomplish the location for the charger. He did a great job explaining the needs and requirements of the job and the reasoning for the cost. It made me as a consumer feel far more informed and understanding of the needs of this project. We decided to remodel before moving into our townhome and we are so glad we chose to go with Intravolt Electric. Troy is knowledgeable, reliable, efficient and friendly. He transformed our 70s townhome into this century! Troy installed recessed lighting throughout the entire unit. He also installed recessed & strip lighting in our master closets and garage, installed/replaced electrical outlets that needed updating, and installed/replaced exhaust fans in our bathrooms. Troy's quality of work is exceptional!

A few things needed to be updated on my main breaker and i had to run wiring through the garage for a new AC unit. Excellent service. My first time as an HOA board member making improvements to our complex and Troy made it easy. Responded promptly to any questions I had, came out immediately to inspect the place and provided an estimate that our hoa board were quick to approve. The other contractors estimated 3 days of work. Troy and his team completed it in a day. The board and residents are extremely happy with their work.
