I hired Intravolt Electric to help with some electrical works that needed to be done on my residence. A few things needed to be updated on my main breaker and i had to run wiring through the garage for a new AC unit. From my first meeting with Troy he was able to give me an estimate and spoke to me honestly about what to expect. I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently Troy was able to come up with a solution to the work that needed to be done. I would highly recommend him for anyone that needs electrical work done. Honestly, efficient, and affordable.

Setting up the appointment went smooth. Price was reasonable. The work was done professionally. The owner, Troy knows his stuff! He worked with me to get HOA approval. The work involved was way more complex than I thought. But Troy got it done - all in all the job took 2-3 hours. Amazing work! Tesla charger looks great. HOA was super happy with the work - as am I! Tro was very friendly when I first contacted him regarding my chandellier and island light installation (both pics are up on his profile). The Island light installation went well and the price was fair. He also gave me a quote for the chandelier after inspecting my home and my attic and I agreed. He brought over 3 guys and worked on the chandelier for 3 days and did an amazing job installing it. During these 3 days he did not mention once that the price would be higher. He waited till the end to tell me and I was very understanding. I even gave them a $250 tip. But as a business owner, thats not the right practice. You dont wait till the job is done and change the prices regardless of how much longer it took to complete. In addition to that, the lights started flickering from the chandelier last week and I reached out to see if he can come by and check it out, but no response. I shouldnt have tipped, nor should have I agreed to the new amount. I even asked him to give me the receipt of the bulbs that he bought and he says 'call me'. How can I call you for warranty issues if you dont even answer anymore?I dont appreciate his work ethic at all. Sometimes, if you are nice, you get walked over.

Troy is the best! Every once in a while you find a diamond contractor and want to let other's know - this is the real deal! He responds to you. He shows up. He lets you know what's going on. He quickly finishes the work. And he charges a very fair price. I had a problem with my main panel because of a previous pool contractor, and he fixed it within 2 hours. Thank you, Troy!!

Troy does awesome work - we highly recommend working with him! We reached out about lighting in our backyard and he came out the next day to provide an estimate. He spent a lot of time with us talking through our options and proposing solutions for how to best light our space.
