Company Overview

Integrity Home Solutions focuses on all aspects of cooling, heating, plumbing, and electrical work. Our team provides prompt, budget-friendly, and expert solutions to meet your home service needs. We adhere to three key principles: guaranteeing superior quality in every service and product; cultivating honest and direct relationships with our clients; and delivering excellent service for the life of our offerings. We have a range of financing choices available, along with discounts for first responders and veterans.

We, as owners, share a collective perspective on business practices, with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.

In our experience, many home service providers have operated with minimal moral standards. Change only happens when we move from conversation to action. When we founded our company, we sought to create a vision that would be a source of pride for our families and yours.

Our experience and determination drive us to exceed your expectations, and we can’t wait to show you what we can do in your home! I consider myself fortunate to be married to a wife who is just as lovely inside as she is outside. As a proud father of four, each child brings their own unique strengths and characteristics that make me prouder every day.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to explore the HVAC industry in Tampa Bay and to grasp what customers want. The name we chose for our company became clear as we established it. Integrity embodies much of what customers seek. Honesty, decency, fairness, virtue, truthfulness, sincerity, and trustworthiness are all traits associated with integrity.

Living by the golden rule was instilled in me from a young age. Empathy and integrity are essential to me, just like water, food, and oxygen. I observe these virtues in my children as they develop.

Myself, along with the other two owners (Brett B and Danny M) and our entire IH&C family, look forward to bringing comfort and our namesake into many relationships, both existing and new!

January 30th - A technician assessed my A/C issue (shutting off due to high pressures) and lack of airflow upstairs. I was informed that a restriction was causing pressure buildup, which would damage the system and eventually shut it down. The technician recommended cutting power to the outdoor unit to prevent further damage. Additionally, I was told that a broken damper in the attic was causing the lack of airflow upstairs. The following options were presented to me:
-
A luxury A/C package for $219/month for over ten years (~$29,000 total).
- A new unit for $17,000.
- Compressor and TXV replacement for $3,400.
- Both dampers replaced for $1,850, despite only one being faulty.

February 1st - Installers replaced both dampers per the technician's recommendation. However, airflow to the upstairs was not restored. When I questioned the installers, they confirmed the issue but stated that they only handle installations and could not explain why the problem persisted. I immediately notified Integrity of the unresolved issue.

Concerned about the situation, I consulted my neighbors, who are HVAC technicians. They inspected my compressor and found it to be in good working condition. Additionally, they adjusted my upstairs thermostat and restored airflow, stating that it was likely not properly connected, which could have been the original cause of the airflow issue.

February 4th - A senior technician from Integrity came to reassess the issue. I was informed that the compressor, TXV valve with filter drier, and high/low pressure switch were failing and needed replacement, with a quoted cost of $3,833.10. However, I was not given any explanation as to how this diagnosis was made. Additionally, after this visit, my A/C began working again, but I was not told what was done to restore its function.

February 4th & 5th - I formally requested a written diagnostic report detailing the senior technician's findings and the justification for the recommended repairs. I still have not received any response despite making multiple follow-up calls.

February 10th - I spoke with Mike, the manager, and asked him to explain why they believed my compressor, TXV valve, and high-pressure switch needed to be replaced--especially since I had just replaced my high-pressure switch a week prior, and my air handler doesn't have a TXV valve. My A/C is running without issue, and a second opinion from another HVAC company confirmed that all components were functioning properly.

Mike's reasoning? They recommend replacing parts before they fail. But why would anyone replace a compressor--or any component--before there's an actual problem? It became clear that this company prioritizes high-priced repairs over honest diagnostics. Instead of presenting solutions to the actual problem, they push the most expensive option. Just go to their yelp reviews to see all the people that trusted them that they took advantage of.

Ironic for a company called ""Integrity"".

First of all, this company is also contracted or partnered with Frank Gay services... Frank Gay is awesome and they are well managed, knowledgeable, and do what they say. Integrity, well that is a bad name for such a dishonorable company. Secondly, I have a ""family membership"" for discounted services. Our home flooded with Helene and needed electrical and some plumbing work done. Frank Gay portion moved our hot water heater and installed a new toilet, so our house would have water during our repairs. Unfortunately, we developed a water leak under our foundation. Integrity sent a worker to our home on 1/8/2025 to find the leak. He was unable to find the leak, so we had a different company come out and they found it. This company does not do repairs, so since we have a membership, I called and scheduled Integrity to come out. I spoke to the receptionist and informed her that we had a leak under the slab and needed it drilled out and leak repaired. I made sure this was a service they did, she said yes and she scheduled it for 1/16/2025. As I am driving to my home (we are staying 1.5 hours away as our home is unlivable) Bruce calls me, the plumber Integrity is sending. He tells me he is in Lakeland, will take 1.5 hours to get there and asked me what was needed. I inform him the slab needs drilled and leak repaired and he tells me he can't do that. I told him to then not come to my house and I would turn around as I was very clear to what was needed. He then states that he will call his boss and call me back. 20 minutes later, I get called back. Bruce tells me that his boss will send out a guy that can fix the leak and all is good. Time window 10-12. At 1230, Devine shows up. I tell him what I need fixed and he goes into questions about how many faucets, tubs, toilets, etc and I was like why? I need you to drill right there and fix the leak under there. He says he has to repipe the whole house... I said no, we aren't doing that. I pointed out that the hot water heater was moved to the garage and they ran the water through the attic (By Frank Gay, their partner), showed him this, and stated I wasn't repiping the whole house. He told me he could do that for 7900. I again said no, I just want this fixed and if more needs to be done we can address that. He states he needs to call his boss. He goes outside and is on the phone with his boss as I stand on the porch listening. They are trying to determine what to charge me and say they need to find the leak. I reiterate that their company could not find the leak to which I paid 350 for already. He says ""oh"". I say how do you not know the records of my house as I am a member and your company has been to my home 5 times Since October. Devine says he didn't know that. I repeated what I already told him. He then walks away so I could not hear him and then comes back with his iPad and says he can repipe the house for 10300 now. I was like WTF, how did the price go up? He states they will have to run new piping for the hot water heater, and I was like no hell no you don't, I already showed you where your guy moved the hot water heater and reran the water. He said oh, well it's gonna be the same anyway because.... and I stopped him in his tracks, called him and his company a scam company and told him to get off my property. Needless to say, this company has ZERO INTEGRITY and I will be ending all services with them and blasting them to anyone who will listen to me going forward!--

The worst company experience ever! Wish I had seen reviews here, somehow I missed it and different from elsewhere I've seen. Definite rip off with the price especially with 'young adults', while I wasn't home so lesson learned. Poor quality with timing and follow up completing the job. What they state or say they'll do either on the contract or verbally, better double check that! They don't, scammer would be an appropriate word to describe. Job involves pulling a permit, don't take their word for it either, they don't. Definitely not recommended.

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. GO ELSEWHERE! They have tried to take advantage of us twice now. First with a water heater replacement quote last year that was $4000 over the competition's quotes. Then yesterday, we were having clicking in our HVAC unit, they came out, told us we needed an entire new unit (ours is 6 years old, top of the line) for $21000. Got two other opinions and it was a $165 fix for the zone board with NOTHING wrong with our HVAC unit. Look elsewhere for HVAC help. I wish I could select 0 stars!

To expensive. Had water heater replaced and it's not hot enough to take a shower. Now I have to wait until Tuesday to get hot water

I have never used their services, but if it is anything like they drive, I'd rather not. Completely cut off by the driver, no blinker almost got in a wreck. Very busy street and no care to surroundings.

On December 20, the company responded to a Dec 19 review that I was working with customer service. It has in fact been weeks since they have returned my emails. They made a low-ball offer to appease me ($1100 for 10 minutes of work that other people paid $300 for) instead of $1400. I asked them to reconsider and they haven't responded. If you read other reviews about them, they always respond similarly, but people don't take the time to follow up to point out that their responses aren't always accurate. Still waiting. Along with the low-ball offer which I asked them to reconsider, they wanted me to sign a statement that I would remove my reviews and be a satisfied customer. Not for $300 I won't. This is ridiculous. That means that any positive reviews are suspect since they're paying people to remove their negative reviews.

Follow up to your feedback. have called and left two messages at number provided. I have not received a callback. Service was on December 18th, evening. Devon Rodriguez was plumber. Again service was great, it was the $500 per hour that was excessive.

Hilarious that their name is Integrity, when they have none. Back in Oct 2022 I had an issue with roots growing & blocking a pipe so everything would backup & into the master bathroom shower. They came & told me I needed new pipes & it would cost $7000 to fix & replace I was getting a discount! I should have got more quotes but I needed it fix so I said okay because this would last me for a long time. Fast forward to 2024 & the same issue with the roots happened again. I decided to call the city who told me it's the same roots but unfortunately it's on my side so they can't fix it. I got help from someone who knew what to do & they told me the roots had been there for years & was never touched by Integrity! He replaced it for $600! Wtf did Integrity do then??? I need a refund from Integrity & I'm going to make it my mission that everyone know how Integrity Home Solution has no integrity & charged me $7000 to not completely fix my problem. Below is what the guy who help me fix the pipe showed me, along the final result.

I had Ken who promised many things, this company is awful. they left a horrible job and promised to call back, come back, re-compensate, and they never did anything. If you want quality go elsewhere, if you want communication go elsewhere, if you want a fast and expensive job that will leave many mistakes this is the place for you. So much for ""integrity"".
