Integrity Home Solutions
Company Overview
Integrity Home Solutions focuses on all aspects of cooling, heating, plumbing, and electrical work. We offer quick, affordable, and skilled services for all your home maintenance needs. We adhere to three key principles: guaranteeing superior quality in every service and product; cultivating honest and direct relationships with our clients; and delivering excellent service for the life of our offerings. Additionally, we offer multiple financing plans and special discounts for first responders and veterans.
Our ownership shares a unified vision of how business should be conducted, with the customer experience at its core.
Throughout the years, we’ve seen numerous home service businesses function with little to no ethical guidelines. Real change occurs when we stop discussing it and start taking action. Having the opportunity to start our own business allowed us to realize a vision that we hope will make our families and yours proud.
With our industry expertise and dedication, we aim to surpass your expectations, and we look forward to showcasing our talents in your residence! I am a fortunate husband to a wife who is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. As a proud father of four, each child brings their own unique strengths and characteristics that make me prouder every day.
During my time in this industry, I’ve gained insights into the HVAC sector in Tampa Bay and what customers are really looking for. The name we chose for our company became clear as we established it. The concept of integrity captures what customers are looking for. Traits like honesty, decency, fairness, virtue, truthfulness, sincerity, and trustworthiness all define integrity.
I was taught to live by the golden rule. I consider empathy and integrity as crucial to my existence as water, food, and oxygen. I witness these values in my children as they mature.
Together with my fellow owners (Brett B and Danny M) and our entire IH&C family, I am excited to bring comfort and our name into numerous relationships, both current and new!

Do not use this company. I am under contract to sell my home. My HVAC system is two years old. The buyers want to assume my VA loan. VA requires that the unit be checked for possible fire hazards. I called the company that installed it but they were bought out and all their stuff now goes through this place. They sent someone out who looked about thirty. He said he had seen MANY houses burn to the ground with my Trane system. He could fix me up for $2000. I didn't get to 75 years old by being stupid. I called another company. There was nothing wrong with the HVAC. Total cost was $79. Caveat Emptor on this outfit.

I am a investment builder new to the Tampa area with roughly 30 years GC experience. The AC unit in the home we are renovating had not been ran in a couple years and I decided to have a AC tech do the initial start up. Very soon after the tech arrived it appeared to me he had very little interest in starting, servicing, or even truly evaluating my current system. He wanted to sell me on replacing. Just a general impression at first but it was solidified when he started naming off parts that he said had failed and quoting extremely high costs. I asked him to wrap up, paid the roughly $100 invoice and moved on. I chose to try the startup myself the following day- I replaced the thermostat, flipped the switch, works great! I called another tech that was referred to me to double check things. He checked system and all was great. Integrity came to my job with no integrity at all.
* I should note that after a week or so of running the startup seamed a bit labored, I had the new tech replace the capacitor for a $100. All great since.

Have never dealt with this company. Got a phone call from them from the clear blue sky. Then after I DIDNT answer it, (It said it was them) they sent me a text message to my phone saying it was time to schedule my electrical maintenance!?!?!? ""which is provided underneath the membership that you have with us."" Which is a complete Lie and fabrication. Please reply to this message or call us at (813)575-7772. I have NEVER signed up for anything with them, nor had ANY interaction with that company. Nor has any insurance or homeowners I have. Then when I replied with STOP. It said I was unsubscribed from the email list. BUT Within 5 SECONDS.. I had a phone call from a number that had nothing associated. When I answered it immediately picked up clicked twice and started ringing TO INTEGRITY HOME SOLUTIONS. Complete scam operation. That interaction is dishonest on a level that is astounding. Wouldnt deal with them if it was the last company in the bay area.

We invited them for a leaky kitchen faucet with their understanding that there will not be a service charge.
After 2 minutes of looking it over the faucet their bill was $350.0. I can buy and get it install brand new faucet for about $150.0
Then a guy tried to con me into paying other than a service charge like $139.
Complete highway robbery. I told him to get lost. We did not pay anything.
We are getting a brand new faucet free of charge from Price Pfister. Installation fee is $95.
Be careful about these types of shysters.

BEWARE! The $49.00 Service Charge claim-
Integrity was able to come to my home within 1 day of calling them, a plus. My 2 y o HVAC fan would not run. Tech quickly found the issue was a blown 5 Amp fuse, he replaced it with a 3 Amp fuse even though he had a 5 amp fuse in the van but it was his last one so he did not want to use it and then charged me $257.00 ""MINIMUM"" charge for the repair and call stating they waived the $49.00 fee and told us we were paying for the techs yrs of experience to diagnose the issue. They get your signature that says "" No Refunds"" Tech took a call from his company while in my presence and asked ""are we charging the customer for that? He paused and then replied ""SWEET!"" I called the company to confirm the minimum charge and they did confirm. I am grateful to have AC and like to pay my way so I paid the fee but trust for this company is completely broken. Best Home Services installed the unit but they merged recently with Integrity unfortunately. This repair leaves me feeling like I will need to monitor my payment method for some time

Update: I called the number multiple times left a message with receptionist and never got a call back.

I use them about three years ago. They were OK. I thought they don't honor the warranty. I paid a yearly plan for them to come and clean my AC. They did not come one time. My duck work that I paid for is sweating. They will not honor the warranty. I would never recommend them. They were not even polite over the phone.

Do not use this company not a good company doesn't finish getting permits complete. Doesn't stand behind technicians words adds their own words never come to home to see what techs have said only what they see on a picture. Very rude managers calls and cancel inspections from building dept. Don't waste your money using them. you say waiting on noc from guiding dept called talked to dept manager you havw done nothing dept has sent you 3 leyyerts you refuse to respond you afraid work won't pass inspection. I went into military to keep country free and keep right of speech intact so getting me to delete reviews won't happen guess need to file with BBB.

My granddaughter lives in my second home, a duplex condo on Tampa Bay. The A/C unit was shutting off. The tech said the problem was with a common drain line which is the responsibility of the homeowners' association. He said our UV unit needed to be replaced and sent an invoice/estimate for $2,001.00 to replace the unit. I told my granddaughter that that was ridiculous. She is a nurse and one of the nurses she works with has a brother who owns a small A/C repair company. He checked everything out and found the only ""problem"" with the unit is it needed a bulb replacement. That cost $60, not $2.001. A few years ago an A/C company tried to pull off the same scam in my primary residence in Coral Springs, FL. Seems their techs get commissions on selling ""repairs"". I'm guessing Integrity Home Solutions works on the same business model.

I want first start off by saying this review is in no way shape or form a reflection of my technicians work. Dexter initially came out to diagnose tbs issue and Eddie did the install. Both were friendly and professional. My issue is with the business. When Dexter came out I was told that my 2008 unit had a bad motor and that he could order it or replace the old unit. Knowing the unit would end up costing me more money I replaced the unit. Dexter presented 3 levels of AC to replace my current 3.5 ton system. I choice the mid range option which he told me would cost 13k. Dexter was not able to tell me why it would cost that much but assured me that the company would be able to send me an invoice with the pricing break down. Since this was an emergency replacement, because it's Florida and I have a 5 month old in the house the install was schedule for the next day. The invoice that was sent over, only quoted the total amount. When Eddie showed up the next day, I asked him if he could get me the pricing break down of what I paid for. He called his service manager who said they would email it to me and call me later to go over it with me. Eddie completed his work and said that he would be back to switch out a breaker, and check the system again. The service manager never called, and no one was out to my house to fix the breaker or check the system. I can't help feel like I was taken advantage of since I have now had time to look at the model they installed and get a quote for how much it cost to install. A 5-6k job somehow cost me double, and no one will reach back out to me and tell me why. I am surprised. Dexter told me the owner is prior military, and that the name Integrity came from his time in service. Being a service member myself for the last 16 years, I thought this would be a good company to go with. At this point, I would not recommend this company to anyone. They have zero transparency in their billing, and will not reach out to you to explain what it is you paid for. Probably the worst 13k I have ever spent.
