In our experience, many home service providers have operated with minimal moral standards. The only way to create change is to shift from talking about it to making it happen. When we had the chance to establish our own company, we aimed to turn our vision into something that our families and yours can take pride in.

I consider myself fortunate to be married to a wife who is just as lovely inside as she is outside. As a proud father of four, each child brings their own unique strengths and characteristics that make me prouder every day.
In my years in this field, I have had the chance to learn not only about the HVAC industry in the Tampa Bay area but also to understand what customers truly desire. The name we chose for our company became clear as we established it. The concept of integrity captures what customers are looking for. Traits like honesty, decency, fairness, virtue, truthfulness, sincerity, and trustworthiness all define integrity.
Living by the golden rule was instilled in me from a young age. Empathy and integrity are essential to me, just like water, food, and oxygen. I see these virtues reflected in my children as they grow.
Alongside my partners (Brett B and Danny M) and our entire IH&C family, I eagerly anticipate fostering comfort and our namesake in many relationships, both established and new!

Blew off my scheduled service for plumbing leak w/o notice. Lack of honesty/communication and integrity. Have to challenge my deposit now. These guys left me totally hanging. Avoid at all costs.

I referred my relative to integrity initially for the camera sewer scope for $99 within 1 hour. They showed up impressively with logo trucks, uniforms, good manners and presentation. Quoted for sewer pipe repairs in the right side yard on opposite side of the problem area. 10k later the problem was the same. Somehow the collapsed pipe under the kitchen slab floor was missed????
Another 6k later.... A bit better but still a problem....so they found yet again pipes that needed grinding out on the left side of the home.
Still the gurgling in the commode occurs!
They return upon my requiring it, to re-scope but it's not there best camera.
They return again with a best camera. On and on and on....
They apologize and say the pitch in the pipe is causing water to sit in the non- replaced pipes after the kitchen repair...
Oh actually it's a lip in the new pipe that wasn't allowed the water to run uphill over it that is the problem.
But we need to make more holes toward the main bathroom.
But not to worry I'm told....the floor repair after the work is done will be covered by Integrity. No additional charges.
So they finish and say all is well. But don't repair the floors back or the cement dust that is everywhere!!! AGAIN.
I'm testing to see if the gurgling is gone whenever the system is used in big hopes they got it right this time.
I told THEM I would get a quote from my contractor and the floor repair that they can PAY me to hire him.
Integrity Electrical
Same company Same house Same timeframe.....Paid them $5k to rewire to the HVAC. And place some GFCI to be up to code.
Seven workers later... and a failed county inspection.... It finally is done right and inspection passes.
They are nice kind vibrant folks who don't know exactly what they are doing or even how to trouble shoot their failures.
If you value your time money and home..... use someone else.
I did but must have read the wrong Integrity company reviews (the name is popular).
There was some Integrity to them as they ONCE pressed, admitted responsibility and kept trying.
Used Chris Grove of Grove Electric for some other work and He's the One to call.

Fortunately, the customer care team reached out to rectify this situation to a satisfactory outcome.

Insane Prices. they try and take advantage of seniors .. They priced me $16,500 for a new Air system for my condo.... when the other quotes I been receiving was from $6500 to $8500... Shop around DO NOT deal with these people

Zero! No stars! They had me wait around for 4 hrs . They costed me time and $. I took off work for the day and they never showed up. I called and was given excuses. I asked why I didn't receive a call...they couldn't provide that information. I got a poor apology. I won't ever call them again!

I called to get a price for annual maintenance on our ac system. When the technician came he said he needed to look in the attic. He stuck his head up into the attic, came back down and asked me to do the same. I did as he requested and he said can you see the problem? I did no. He then informed me that the attic was cool and should have been hot. He informed me he had seen many similar problems in attics and that my air conditioner pipes were open and were cooling down the attic. It didn't accur to me until later that since it was early morning and the outside air was cool that the attic would be as well.
He assured me he could fix the problem and then had me sign an agreement for a price of nearly $1800 with a stipulation that if I canceled there would be a $500 fee because of the prep work that would be required to begin. He assured me the work he would do would save me a lot of money since the air conditioner would not be running nearly as much. I agreed to have the work done. He came to do the work the next day. He took pictures of what he did and showed them to us, and it looked fine but, he was only in the attic 1.5 hours and all he did was tape up a few pipes. Nearly $1800 for 1.5 hours labor while he made it sound like a big job.
In my mind I was scammed. I would not recommend them. My electric bill didn't go down either, it was actually much higher than the previous year. So much for the savings.
The technician was neat and polite however.
The technician did ask me before he entered the attic if I still wanted him to do the work. If I canceled it would still have cost me the $500 so i had him do it. 1.5 hours though for nearly $1800. I can't recommend them.

Don't use them...we bought a very expensive unit, have had the maintenance plan with regular service...more than 4 times they have come out for regular maintenance, say nothing is wrong only to have the unit stop working within 3-4 days after leaving. When call for service, the tech comes out and the repairs are going to cost $500 - $800 to fix...how could there be no issues 3-4 days previously and then break after maintenance is performed? Certainly a pattern...1 time they came out for maintenance, they loosened a pipe so it would not work (slowly)...my husband caught it so we at least avoided a 'service call expense' for that one...but today takes the cake...came on Sunday for regular scheduled maintenance, no issues everything looks good, yesterday the unit stopped working (inside read it was working but outside unit was not), came out today with 'need $710 worth of repairs not covered under warranty' of course, come home from work and it is doing the same thing. Is regular preventive maintenance code for sales are down and techs need to generate $$$? Don't use this company.

We used integrity in 2019 we bought a new package unit heating and air conditioner including new ductwork. 2 years later we had trouble with it and they said the compressor was out. They wanted almost $4000 to fix it. They said the warranty wouldn't cover it. So, they sold us a new one. Cost me $10,000. My friend took the old one hooked it up and it worked. He's still using it. Integrity totally ripped us off. Will never use them again.

Save yourself some time and money and Avoid this company at all costs. To start, the Company did not want to honor their own advertised ad for a $49 Diagnostic fee. They tried to charge me $129 fee even after I showed the tech their ad as well as a confirmation text message sent by Integrity that I would be charged the $49 amount. The tech then stated that I needed a High Voltage Controller and a High Voltage Amp reducer. Parts that I had never heard of before AND that the repair would cost $850. I refused the repair and contacted two other Competent/Reputable AC companies that stated that I needed a Heart Start and a Capacitor and they would have charged $350- $410. They also stated that they had never heard of those parts either. My 78-year-old mother along with my two children had to endure an 84-degree house while we had to wait an additional 3 days waiting for another AC company to come make the repair because of a holiday weekend backlog. I brought this issue to Managment at Integrity who deflected my complaint. No explanation as to why their price was twice that of other AC companies. No apology for the uncomfortable situation my family endured due to their dishonesty. Integrity appears to be just a great marketable name but this company does not exhibit any Integrity.

Sergio and Mykel were amazing. They were extremely professional and communicative during my new AC install. HOWEVER, as a company, I do not recommend working with them. After they get your money, they do not represent with ""Integrity"". I have had several appointments, they have had to reschedule on their end. The most recent event is they were sending out a Manager because there is not ""enough return"" in my home to support the AC unit THEY installed. He was a no show and no call. My appointment was between 2pm-4pm and I waited until 6pm. Extremely inappropriate, unprofessional and disappointing. I will not do any business with this company at all for any needs.
