I am a fortunate husband to a wife who is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. I take pride in being a father of four, each child showcasing their own distinct strengths and traits that make me proud daily.
In my years in this field, I have had the chance to learn not only about the HVAC industry in the Tampa Bay area but also to understand what customers truly desire. When we founded this business, the name we selected was evident. The concept of integrity captures what customers are looking for. Honesty, decency, fairness, virtue, truthfulness, sincerity, and trustworthiness are all traits associated with integrity.
I was taught to live by the golden rule. I consider empathy and integrity as crucial to my existence as water, food, and oxygen. I witness these values in my children as they mature.
Myself, along with the other two owners (Brett B and Danny M) and our entire IH&C family, look forward to bringing comfort and our namesake into many relationships, both existing and new!

To expensive. Had water heater replaced and it's not hot enough to take a shower. Now I have to wait until Tuesday to get hot water

I have never used their services, but if it is anything like they drive, I'd rather not. Completely cut off by the driver, no blinker almost got in a wreck. Very busy street and no care to surroundings.

On December 20, the company responded to a Dec 19 review that I was working with customer service. It has in fact been weeks since they have returned my emails. They made a low-ball offer to appease me ($1100 for 10 minutes of work that other people paid $300 for) instead of $1400. I asked them to reconsider and they haven't responded. If you read other reviews about them, they always respond similarly, but people don't take the time to follow up to point out that their responses aren't always accurate. Still waiting. Along with the low-ball offer which I asked them to reconsider, they wanted me to sign a statement that I would remove my reviews and be a satisfied customer. Not for $300 I won't. This is ridiculous. That means that any positive reviews are suspect since they're paying people to remove their negative reviews.

Follow up to your feedback. have called and left two messages at number provided. I have not received a callback. Service was on December 18th, evening. Devon Rodriguez was plumber. Again service was great, it was the $500 per hour that was excessive.

Hilarious that their name is Integrity, when they have none. Back in Oct 2022 I had an issue with roots growing & blocking a pipe so everything would backup & into the master bathroom shower. They came & told me I needed new pipes & it would cost $7000 to fix & replace I was getting a discount! I should have got more quotes but I needed it fix so I said okay because this would last me for a long time. Fast forward to 2024 & the same issue with the roots happened again. I decided to call the city who told me it's the same roots but unfortunately it's on my side so they can't fix it. I got help from someone who knew what to do & they told me the roots had been there for years & was never touched by Integrity! He replaced it for $600! Wtf did Integrity do then??? I need a refund from Integrity & I'm going to make it my mission that everyone know how Integrity Home Solution has no integrity & charged me $7000 to not completely fix my problem. Below is what the guy who help me fix the pipe showed me, along the final result.

I had Ken who promised many things, this company is awful. they left a horrible job and promised to call back, come back, re-compensate, and they never did anything. If you want quality go elsewhere, if you want communication go elsewhere, if you want a fast and expensive job that will leave many mistakes this is the place for you. So much for ""integrity"".

Had a problem with air handler and cooling back bedrooms. They installed hot/cold air returns and fixed air handler.
The new air returns take 3-different size filters. Got one size replacement filters 3-weeks after installation. Have not received the other 2-sizes for the other returns. Have called and was told they would take care of the request.
The filters are for a year's worth of replacements. Have called again and again and got various excuses. Have to change the original ones in 1-week. The filter replacements are part of package in the contract. It has been over 2-months since the installation. Was just told they were shipped on Oct. 16. Today is Oct. 30. Their warehouse is in Tampa Bay. I live 45-minutes from Tampa. Their customer service is very bad!! If I have to, I will drive to their Office and warehouse within the next few days.

Integrity Home Solutions provided one of the worst service experiences we have ever had. My mom hired them to install a home generator, and they charged over $25,000 for a unit that costs around $7,000, not including the gas line installation, which she had to pay for separately. From the start, it was a nightmare. The technician initially wired the unit incorrectly, causing even more delays. After that was corrected, the problems just kept coming. Then, there was a faulty part that needed replacement. They fixed that, only for another part to fail shortly after. When Hurricane Milton hit, at my moms house where we all gathered for safety and security of the generator, it only worked for a few hours before failing again--this time, because of yet another defective part.
Despite these ongoing issues, Integrity Home Solutions continued to charge her for each repair without taking any responsibility for installing a faulty product. She since requested a replacement generator, as it's clear this one is a lemon, but they have refused. To make matters worse, she purchased this generator back in May, and as of today, it's still not fully functional. On top of everything, they've left an open permit on her property, which is causing additional problems, and they refuse to resolve it.
I would never recommend this company. They overcharge for defective products, provide unreliable service, and completely fail to support their customers. If you're considering hiring Integrity Home Solutions, save yourself the stress and find someone else.

Do NOT use this company !!
Paid$25k for a generator in May and it has yet to work and they have several open issues on permit that are not being corrected. I have a 25k useless piece useless metal on the side of my house. Technicians wired things wrong and several parts on brand new generator replaced only for it to not work. They not qualified to sell generators and use technicians that are not experienced. Their customer snd mgmt are non responsive They do not correct issues with their own installs and products.

Integrity Home Solutions overcharged me by $1750.00. I have called and spoke with a manager who assured me that I would be reimbursed. Ten days later, no refund has happened. This company is very poorly run and it is very difficult to resolve such a serious issue as this. I've had to contact my credit card company and I am contacting the state Attorney General.
