I founded Integrity in California before relocating to Spring, TX. I sold my client and contractor rights and reopened Integrity in 2015. Upholding personal standards is crucial in the electrical field, as much of our work remains unseen until issues arise. That’s why we choose to grow slowly and steadily. We will not expand at the expense of our quality standards. When I mention ""we"" and ""our,"" I’m speaking about my team. They take personal responsibility for the success of the company and the happiness of our customers. Such dedication is hard to find.

I stumbled into my career at a young age and have never looked back. I read extensively during my apprenticeship and put in countless hours. I wanted to lead jobs like the seasoned pros I looked up to, and that took effort. I took the California contractor license exam the moment I could and passed successfully. I was a young, fearless entrepreneur when I launched my business in California, encountering both successes and challenges. The tough lessons I faced were crucial to my growth and development.

After our move to Texas, I became a manager at another firm, planning to end my career there. However, I encountered significant ethical dilemmas that compelled me to move on. I found a concerning absence of workmanship standards that required improvement. I reopened Integrity and began the slow process of identifying skilled electricians, training, and encouraging them to pursue their dreams in this rewarding field. With 28 years of experience, I view this as my legacy.
