Our commitment to home service enables us to apply our skills to guarantee your home’s electrical safety and compliance. We are here to explore all the solutions that fit your circumstances, allowing you to choose wisely. We offer transparent pricing; after inspecting your home, we give you precise estimates. We follow two fundamental rules: 1) all electrical installations must be 100% safe and meet code requirements, and 2) we strive to show our clients that customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business. We have a team of committed professionals who go the extra mile. Our apprentice, Lightbulb Leo, takes joy in finding and replacing burned-out bulbs for our customers. I founded Integrity in California before relocating to Spring, TX. After transferring my client base and contractors, I relaunched Integrity in 2015. In the electrical industry, personal standards are non-negotiable since much of our work is invisible until something goes wrong. That’s why we choose to grow slowly and steadily. We will not compromise our standards for expansion. When I use ""we"" and ""our,"" I mean my dedicated team. They take personal responsibility for the success of the company and the happiness of our customers. This level of commitment is rare.

I was fortunate to find my calling early on and have never regretted it. I devoured knowledge during my apprenticeship and worked every hour I could. I aspired to run jobs like the experienced professionals I admired, which required hard work. I was eager to test for my California contractor license as soon as I was eligible and did so with great success. I was a young, fearless entrepreneur when I launched my business in California, encountering both successes and challenges. The painful lessons I learned were invaluable and shaped who I am today.

Upon relocating to Texas, I took on a management role at another company, believing it would be my last. However, I encountered significant ethical dilemmas that compelled me to move on. I realized there was a significant gap in workmanship standards that had to be addressed. I reestablished Integrity, gradually identifying talented electricians and guiding them to realize their dreams in this great industry. After nearly three decades in the industry, I consider this my legacy.
