I founded Integrity in California before relocating to Spring, TX. After selling the rights to my clientele and contractors, I reestablished Integrity in 2015. Maintaining high personal standards is essential in electrical work, as most of our efforts are hidden until problems occur. This is why we prioritize steady, sustainable growth. We will not compromise our standards for expansion. When I say ""we"" and ""our,"" I refer to my team. They are personally invested in the company’s success and ensuring customer satisfaction. Such dedication is hard to find.

I stumbled into my career at a young age and have never looked back. I read extensively during my apprenticeship and put in countless hours. I aspired to run jobs like the experienced professionals I admired, which required hard work. I tested for my California contractor license as soon as I was eligible and passed with flying colors. Though I was young, I was fearless and opened my doors in California, experiencing both success and failure. The tough lessons I faced were crucial to my growth and development.

After moving to Texas, I managed another company, thinking it would be my final career stop. However, I encountered significant ethical dilemmas that compelled me to move on. I realized there was a significant gap in workmanship standards that had to be addressed. I reopened Integrity and began the slow process of identifying skilled electricians, training, and encouraging them to pursue their dreams in this rewarding field. With 28 years of experience, I view this as my legacy.
