We have a team of committed professionals who go the extra mile. We have an apprentice named Lightbulb Leo who loves to replace burnt-out lightbulbs while working in your home. I founded Integrity in California before relocating to Spring, TX. After selling the rights to my clientele and contractors, I reestablished Integrity in 2015. Maintaining high personal standards is essential in electrical work, as most of our efforts are hidden until problems occur. This commitment leads us to favor gradual growth. We will not compromise our standards for expansion. When I say ""we"" and ""our,"" I refer to my team. Each team member is accountable for the company’s success and our customers’ satisfaction. This kind of commitment is not common.

I was fortunate to find my calling early on and have never regretted it. I devoured knowledge during my apprenticeship and worked every hour I could. I aspired to run jobs like the experienced professionals I admired, which required hard work. I was eager to test for my California contractor license as soon as I was eligible and did so with great success. As a young entrepreneur, I boldly opened my business in California, facing both triumphs and setbacks. The tough lessons I faced were crucial to my growth and development.

After moving to Texas, I managed another company, thinking it would be my final career stop. Unfortunately, ethical concerns arose, leading me to leave. I found a concerning absence of workmanship standards that required improvement. I reestablished Integrity, gradually identifying talented electricians and guiding them to realize their dreams in this great industry. After 28 years in the field, I see this as my legacy.
