Integrity Home Services focuses solely on the electrical systems of your home. Our company operates under two core principles: 1) ensuring 100% safe and code-compliant electrical installations, and 2) demonstrating that customer satisfaction remains a priority for us. Our staff is made up of passionate individuals who are eager to deliver exceptional service. We have an apprentice named Lightbulb Leo who loves to replace burnt-out lightbulbs while working in your home. There’s no charge; we simply believe in doing the right thing. Originally, I established Integrity in California before moving to Spring, TX. After transferring my client base and contractors, I relaunched Integrity in 2015. Upholding personal standards is crucial in the electrical field, as much of our work remains unseen until issues arise. That’s why we choose to grow slowly and steadily. We will not compromise our standards for expansion. When I say ""we"" and ""our,"" I refer to my team. They are personally invested in the company’s success and ensuring customer satisfaction. This level of commitment is rare.

I was fortunate to find my calling early on and have never regretted it. I read extensively during my apprenticeship and put in countless hours. I aimed to manage jobs like the skilled workers I respected, which demanded dedication. I took the California contractor license exam the moment I could and passed successfully. I was a young, fearless entrepreneur when I launched my business in California, encountering both successes and challenges. The tough lessons I faced were crucial to my growth and development.

After moving to Texas, I managed another company, thinking it would be my final career stop. Unfortunately, ethical concerns arose, leading me to leave. I realized there was a significant gap in workmanship standards that had to be addressed. I reopened Integrity and began the slow process of identifying skilled electricians, training, and encouraging them to pursue their dreams in this rewarding field. After 28 years in the field, I see this as my legacy.
