Our company operates under two core principles: 1) ensuring 100% safe and code-compliant electrical installations, and 2) demonstrating that customer satisfaction remains a priority for us. Our staff is made up of passionate individuals who are eager to deliver exceptional service. We have an apprentice named Lightbulb Leo who loves to replace burnt-out lightbulbs while working in your home. We don’t charge for this; we just want to do what’s right. I founded Integrity in California before relocating to Spring, TX. After transferring my client base and contractors, I relaunched Integrity in 2015. Maintaining high personal standards is essential in electrical work, as most of our efforts are hidden until problems occur. That’s why we choose to grow slowly and steadily. We will not compromise our standards for expansion. When I mention ""we"" and ""our,"" I’m speaking about my team. Each team member is accountable for the company’s success and our customers’ satisfaction. This kind of commitment is not common.

I stumbled into my career at a young age and have never looked back. I devoured knowledge during my apprenticeship and worked every hour I could. I wanted to lead jobs like the seasoned pros I looked up to, and that took effort. I took the California contractor license exam the moment I could and passed successfully. Though I was young, I was fearless and opened my doors in California, experiencing both success and failure. The painful lessons I learned were invaluable and shaped who I am today.

After moving to Texas, I managed another company, thinking it would be my final career stop. However, I encountered significant ethical dilemmas that compelled me to move on. What I discovered was a troubling lack of workmanship standards that needed to change. I reestablished Integrity, gradually identifying talented electricians and guiding them to realize their dreams in this great industry. With 28 years of experience, I view this as my legacy.
