I started Integrity in California and later moved to Spring, TX. After selling the rights to my clientele and contractors, I reestablished Integrity in 2015. Maintaining high personal standards is essential in electrical work, as most of our efforts are hidden until problems occur. That’s why we choose to grow slowly and steadily. We refuse to sacrifice our standards for the sake of growth. When I use ""we"" and ""our,"" I mean my dedicated team. They are personally invested in the company’s success and ensuring customer satisfaction. Such dedication is hard to find.

I was fortunate to find my calling early on and have never regretted it. I absorbed everything I could during my apprenticeship and worked tirelessly. I wanted to lead jobs like the seasoned pros I looked up to, and that took effort. I tested for my California contractor license as soon as I was eligible and passed with flying colors. I was a young, fearless entrepreneur when I launched my business in California, encountering both successes and challenges. The painful lessons I learned were invaluable and shaped who I am today.

After our move to Texas, I became a manager at another firm, planning to end my career there. However, serious ethical issues forced me to part ways. I found a concerning absence of workmanship standards that required improvement. I reopened Integrity and began the slow process of identifying skilled electricians, training, and encouraging them to pursue their dreams in this rewarding field. After nearly three decades in the industry, I consider this my legacy.
