Our company operates under two core principles: 1) ensuring 100% safe and code-compliant electrical installations, and 2) demonstrating that customer satisfaction remains a priority for us. Our staff is made up of passionate individuals who are eager to deliver exceptional service. We have an apprentice named Lightbulb Leo who loves to replace burnt-out lightbulbs while working in your home. We don’t charge for this; we just want to do what’s right. Originally, I established Integrity in California before moving to Spring, TX. After transferring my client base and contractors, I relaunched Integrity in 2015. Maintaining high personal standards is essential in electrical work, as most of our efforts are hidden until problems occur. That’s why we choose to grow slowly and steadily. We refuse to sacrifice our standards for the sake of growth. When I mention ""we"" and ""our,"" I’m speaking about my team. They are personally invested in the company’s success and ensuring customer satisfaction. This level of commitment is rare.

I was lucky to discover my career path early and have never looked back. I absorbed everything I could during my apprenticeship and worked tirelessly. I aspired to run jobs like the experienced professionals I admired, which required hard work. I took the California contractor license exam the moment I could and passed successfully. As a young entrepreneur, I boldly opened my business in California, facing both triumphs and setbacks. Those difficult experiences taught me lessons I wouldn’t trade for anything.

After our move to Texas, I became a manager at another firm, planning to end my career there. Unfortunately, ethical concerns arose, leading me to leave. What I discovered was a troubling lack of workmanship standards that needed to change. I relaunched Integrity, focusing on finding the right electricians, training them, and motivating them to achieve their aspirations in this fulfilling profession. With 28 years of experience, I view this as my legacy.
