used integrity for a bigger job..installing a 220 hookup from one side of the house ( all under the house) to the other for a dedicated connection to the new hot tub

eric came out and worked with my installer and everything was perfect
it wasn't the lowest ( beware of lowest price) but extremely fair for having someone come out and professionally install something that important...eric was on time, pleasant and left the place clean

A good honest electrician is not easy to find. My wife and I just moved into our new house in Mill Valley and found some ""surprises"" with the electrical. We also had a few tricky changes we wanted to do including installing electrical in our fireplace for an insert and hookup for a new hot tub. When I called Jerry (the prez. of I.E.) about the job, he happened to be driving through Mill Valley. He immediately took a detour to my house to look at the job. Last year Fred installed two new lines in my home. He was punctual, honest, worked quickly. He listened to my questions, gave me some choices, and then did a great job. Jerry came over toward the end of last year and was just as helpful, professional, and easy with which to work. Today Lee came over to remedy a quirky problem and he too was punctual, professional, explained what he was looking for as the cause of the problem, and then fixed it perfectly. I don't think that a home or business owner could ask for a better electrical company to use once or on a regular basis. Bravo!

I have used Integrity Electric for over 4 jobs at my home. While I am considered a very particular homeowner, these guys surpassed even my stringent expectations. Not only are they always on time, they are neat, efficient and reasonably priced. I cannot give a higher recommendation. Superb!

These guys are great. I live in San Diego and own a home in Corte Madera. My tenant started having problems with circuits tripping Thursday, I tried my handyman Friday, she was ready to move to a hotel by Monday, but Lee came out and fixed the problem with one visit. It is tough being a long-distance landlord, but Lee talked me through his assessment from the house, had all the parts he needed on hand and even helped calm my tenant, giving her a rundown of the system, advice on preventing circuit overloads and saved me from having to pay for a hotel stay. The house is over 100 years old, he could have told me anything and I would have been obligated to foot the bill, but he managed to solve the issues and keep the costs under control. I will not hesitate to call Integrity again if any problems arise in the future.

Fred came over to take a look at a few items - the major issue being flickering lights. He provided excellence service, was very knowledgeable and solved the elusive problem in short time (a couple bad light switches). The other non-critical bigger ticket items were estimated, but will have to wait for another appointment. I will definitely be calling Integrity Electric again to do the work.
