On paper, Integrity Electric looks like a very professional company. The reality is a little different. Let me explain: First of all, they forgot some expensive fixtures on their quote; those had to be addressed at the end of the job. Even though, they supposedly gave us their wholesale price, it was still expensive. Second of all, there were change orders that should not have taken place; we contested some of them, and they did take them off (however, it leaves you with a weird feeling if you hadn't been checking carefully every single of them). Then, there are all the mistakes their employee made; they were all fixed, but the guy had to come back three or four time.
Finally, we had more work and emailed them for a quote. They simply never got back to us.

Owner came over to provide a bid on small job. I was also having a solar system being installed by an unrelated company, whose technician suggested that we up grade our service panel. After a quick look the owner of Integrity Electric said that the upgrade was completely unnecessary and would have cost $8,000+ to complete. He could have easily said ""Absolutely necessary, sure, we'll do it"", and probably would have won the bid on the job. Really nice to know we were working with an honest company whose owner leads by example. Integrity.

These guys make the complex very simple. I've an older house, nothing that I've thrown at them has been a problem, the solution works perfectly, they are tidy and leave the job site cleaner than when they found it! They are my go-to electricians.

Integrity quoted a minimum charge $185 to come to my house to check a fuse box. By contrast, Strom electric, which also gets great reviews, charged only $98! And I got same day service to boot.

Integrity Electric came out to my house in Terra Linda and did an amazing job of working with the insanely tough wiring in my old alliance house. Insanely tough as the former owners didn't do anything to code, so what i thought was going to be a simple job turned into an extremely complicated re-wiring job.

Integrity did a great job of figuring it out, wiring things the way that i wanted, and making it safer and to code to boot. Would absolutely use them again, was very impressed.

Like others, I chose Integrity based on their reviews and I felt they did a great job.
Originally I had spoken with them in 2011 about a major overhaul of my electrics in my house. At the time we were unable to afford it however at that time, following all my due diligence with several electricians, Integrity's proposal made the most sense to me in terms of what they'd do, what was needed/ not needed, working with me to minimize the inconvenience and proposed a really reasonable cost.

Since then I have had them at my house doing more basic work but again found them to be very thorough and very reasonable and I'm very happy with the results. I will use Integrity for all my electrical work in the future.
