Sean completed the requested work in A professional an excellent manner. Thank you Sean

Shaun performed several small installations (recessed lighting, cable adjustment and energy efficiency analysis) . His attention to detail, interaction with client and advice was much appreciated. He worked quickly but did not rush and exceeded my expectation for this kind of service. He carefully reviewed various repair options. Requested his return for replacing recessed halogen flood lights with more efficient LED lights and was happy that he was available for next service!

I can't agree with Marshall more !
This company is incredibly unprofessional .
I left several voice mails as well as a personal message with the receptionist to arrange an installation appointment. I never received a call back from the electrician. When I called again and told the receptionist I was disappointed and wondered when I would get a call back , she told me "" well why don't you just get another electrician, we are just too busy!
Ughhh....
I wouldn't call these guys unless you want to be frustrated and waste your time.

Our company recently moved to a new suite and noticed we were short a couple of electrical circuits. Shaun Elledge arrived within the time slot we were quoted and was ready to work. I explained what we needed and he fulfilled that request. Not only did he do an excellent job cleaning up but he tested the circuits to make sure they worked properly. All of us at High Note Management were very content with Shaun's work.

We had Integrity Electric complete all our electrical needs when we remodeled our home. They were incredibly good, respectful and timely. Shaun was the lead Electrian on the job. We would give him 5 stars for figuring out some tricky situations and overall doing an excellent job. We would highly recommend Integrity Electric to anyone!

Kudos to Integrity Electric for excellent work. We were having problems with recessed can lighting in the kitchen and living room. Shaun from Integrity diagnosed the problem issues and made necessary repairs. We received a written estimate of scope of work and cost for our approval prior to the onsite visit. Shaun arrived at the scheduled time and was very professional throughout. Integrity solved our problem. I would also give a shout out to Jill in the office. I would definitely recommend this company.

This was by FAR the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. I called three times, and left 3 voicemails regarding a simple rewiring job at my apartment complex in Sausalito. (No response from IE after three (3) attempts to contact them).
After two weeks of calling and leaving voicemails, I finally reach a live representative. I explained my situation, and what the job would entail. The woman I was speaking with seemed to have trouble understanding my current issue. The job was simple, I was doing construction on my family's apartment building, and during construction electrical wires were cut. We needed to have these wires replaced (i.e cable, etc.) I'm no electrician, but I do not believe my order was overly complicated for ANYONE in the industry.
After listening to my request, she puts me on hold for a few minutes, she gets back on the phone and says to me ""we are busy for at least a month, but I can refer you to another electrician."" If this was my initial call, and I hadn't repeatedly called with no response for over 2 weeks, I would have been fine with her response. If she would have told me promptly on the call that they were booked for a month, I would have been slightly disappointed, but understood. Instead she bluntly told me AFTER 10 minutes of conversation, we can't do the job you're asking for (after putting me on hold for 5 minutes).! I asked her, ""why couldn't you have told me this 2 weeks ago?"" She promptly, hangs up on me!!
I call back, and she picks up again. I reintroduce myself, and ask stunned, ""why did you just hang up on me?"" Her response, ""uggg what do you want?!"". Now I'm very stunned. What do I want? I want what I've described in 3 voicemails, and a live conversation. A bid on a wiring job to hook up cable and other electrical wires. She proceeds to tell me ""I don't like the way you're talking to me, please don't ever call this number again"", and then hangs up. I AM NOT MAKING ANY OF THIS UP. This employee lacks any resemblance of professionalism.
I then call divine electric who I've never used before. I can't discuss the quality of their work since they haven't started the work yet. What I can comment on is the fact that they PICKED up the phone, will come to the property in 2 days, and will start the work in exactly 1 week. My bar isn't that high.
As someone whose used and referred clients to Integrity Electric in the past, I'll say this, Jerry and Scott provide quality work. Period. The woman who works at the front desk (I don't know her name) is the most incompetent, unprofessional, clueless employee I've ever come across. Having the name ""Integrity"" and having her as the person answering the phones is mind boggling.
As someone whose profession is in sales (commercial real estate), and works with actual INTEGRITY when representing/helping clients, I would expect much more from a ""diamond certified company"". The work they produce is great (Thank you Jerry!) This individual has ruined any relationship I previously had with Integrity Electric. I will be sending an email blast to all my clients detailing my unfortunate experience. I've referred a good number of clients to integrity electric in the past, but will never refer ANYONE to them again. The type of behavior displayed by this individual is unacceptable, and I do not want other people to not go through the repulsive experience I went through.

Terrible with absolutely no integrity regardless of business name. On July 5, 2017 I requested an estimate from Integrity Electric to install a Tesla charging unit in my garage. The estimate came back at $920. What I wasn't told was that Tesla sells an adapter for use with an electric dryer outlet for $48.71 with shipping. Although the amps are 40 instead of 50 and it is a slower charge, it is more than adequate to charge the car overnight and saves more than $870 in installation charges, something Integrity Electric failed to mention. Through my lack of knowledge and my foolish reliance on Integrity, I was almost fleeced big time. Let this be a word to the wise, be careful of any and all contractors, especially those wolves who come in sheep's clothing.

We are big fans of Integrity Electric and their electrician, Shaun!
We hired Shaun to install pendant lighting in our kitchen and install five new outlets for a media center. It wasn't a straight forward job: our kitchen project required a creative approach to make up for a number of issues with running the wire. Integrity Electric came forward with the most practical solution and Shaun was a quick, detail oriented electrician who did excellent work. The work was completed within the budget originally quoted, which was a relief.
It was also reassuring to have two operators working the phones at Integrity Electric to know that our questions and scheduling matters would be addressed quickly and efficiently.

I got a proposal from Integrity to swap out my kitchen fluorescents for LEDs and run a circuit from the box to my master bedroom. I decided to hold off on the circuit work and only went ahead with the swap out of the kitchen lights.
What a disaster. Integrity Electric charges top dollar but is organized like a third world country. It took almost six months to get a pretty simple job completed. First off, they didn't seem to understand the need to keep the lighting qualified under Title 24 (it is code). And then they schedule the job without making sure the parts are available and then leave you with only partial lighting. They eventually came back and installed more temporary lighting when they realized the necessary parts were on back order. All in all it took over six appointments (plus a no show) to get 8 cans of lights switched out. If they had properly spec'd the job up front and ordered the parts before starting the job, most of this could have been avoided.
But the worst part was they were sending me invoices marked as Past Due for work that had not been performed or had already been paid for. I contacted them several times asking for an invoice that reflected the work they performed and that it was paid in full. And they were rude when I asked why I was receiving invoices for work that I was not having done. Anyway, they have yet to provide an accurate invoice.
If you want to pay a lot and get driven crazy by the lack of attention to detail, use Integrity.
