IHES Quiet Cool was a game changer for us. Reduces our Air Conditioning bill and gets us fresh air at the same time. The install went great. The guys were knowledgeable and worked fast. It makes a little more noise than we expected, but similar to a dish washer in the room. So we need to crank up the TV at night a little. Open up the windows in the morning to cool the house and attic. Use our Air conditioner to keep us cool if necessary during the day. Then Air off at around 7PM. Turn on the fan, open a window and the let the outside air cool your house and Attic. I think if you can cool your attic that is the trick here. Great service and we would recommend this product to anyone.

Scott answered my call on the first attempt and answered all my questions as I gathered information. I got another quote and Scott ended up matching and actually beating the price. He was able to get a crew out to install within a few days (talked Monday, installed Friday). Pierce and Junior showed up on Friday and the fan was installed quickly and very professionally. They gave my wife and I easy instructions and showed us how to set it up for best performance. We love the new fan and the control is wireless with a timer! The best part is a couple of times now we have turned it on in the evening and/or at night and watched the temperature go from 77 to 68 degrees within a couple of minutes on our thermostat in the house! Great investment and quality product, consult and installation. Already referred a friend too and they are getting one this Thursday!

I can't speak highly enough about our experience with IHES. Scott advised us on choosing the best fan for our house and needs and was able to beat all the competitors prices. His crew came out within a week to install our fan and they were clean, knowledgeable, and very respectful on keeping a safe distance(during covid). The fan took less than an hour to install and now we just keep asking ourselves why we waited so long to get a whole house fan! If you're on the fence- Just go for it!

We have had older style, noisy house fans in both our main home and granny flat for years. They work very well, but we got pretty sick of not being able to hear ourselves think when they were running. We spoke to the guys at the Del Mar Fair and agreed it was time to upgrade.

Brady came out and went over everything with us. Everything down to how many square feet of open window and how much roof venting we needed to run the new fans at peak efficiency. He was on time, very polite and extremely knowledgeable. Everything was thoroughly explained including the price breakdown for each fan and all of the work to be performed. The installation was scheduled for just a few days after our estimate. On installation day, Scott and Pierce called ahead to let us know they were on their way, arrived right on time and got straight to work. They took extra steps to minimize dust and debris inside our home during the installation. Very impressive. Both Scott and Pierce were wonderful, kind, and funny. It was a pleasure to have them in our home.

Our fans work exactly as advertised and as expected and we could not be more pleased with them. Thank you for everything!

Our friends had IHES install two house fans and they were very pleased so when we saw their booth at the county fair we invited them to give us a quote.

Brady came out and explained what he thought we needed. It was the same as our friends which we expected. He was professional and on time.

The crew came out to do the install a few days later. Ricky and Justin were great. On time, were very clean and had to do some sheetrock repair because they took out our very loud and not efficient older house fan. You can't tell where they patched it. Awesome job. They installed a big fan in our house and a smaller fan in our garage.

The fan in the garage was where their customer service really showed. The levers on the garage fan weren't closing properly so the guys took the cover back to their shop. A few days later a different crew including Scott the owner came out with a new cover and it had the same problem as the old one. This was not their fault in anyway way but they ended up having the pull the fan out and said they were going to come back with a new fan and start over.

They also recommended that we install a couple roof vents since our traditional ones would not provide the best ventilation. They recommended a roofer, Luis' Roofing and he came out this past weekend and installed 4 new roof vents. He was awesome too. We were concerned about how they would look and you can't even see them from our front or back yard. They were clean, professional and very nice.

Today Scott and Pierce are here installing the new fan. They also blew insulation into our attic space over the garage to help maximize the efficiency of the fan. And before you think they were just trying to sell us something, they did not. We didn't even know they did this service but when we mentioned maybe doing it before they came to install the new fan they said they did that and provided us a very reasonable price.

This company delivers the best customer service one could ask for. Thank you Scott, Brady, Justin, Ricky and Pierce!

Purchased a whole house fan after seeing them at the San Diego County Fair. The installer was prompt and professional. The fan was great for cooling the house. Shortly after the install it stopped working, apparently due to a rare defect. The company came out and resolved it quickly. Good to see them stand by their work.

Mu family had one installed in their house and raved about it. We were excited to see a display at the SD fair. Once I called IHES company, Brady came out and met with me husband and gave us a few recommendations. The estimate was close to what the reps at the fair said. All the information that was provided was clear along with the cost. Once we said yes, Brady and crew came out and arrived early...(yay) and installed it quickly. He was friendly and professional.
I love the remote switch to turn the fan on/off. It cools our house down to within 3 degrees of the outside temp. The noise isn't too loud...more like a humming white noise.
