Scott, the Manager, showed up on time and was friendly, efficient and effective. He fully explained his findings, recommendations and solutions. He ended up fixing one stuck fan that was causing all three not to start. As I had thought the switch was causing the issue, I researched replacements and found only one replacement unit on-line, but the site had it listed as no longer available. It did however quote the price at $49. Scott told me that my original Timer wouldn't last forever as it was mechanically operated with a spring timer. As the timer I had seen on-line was digital, I asked the cost and he quoted only $39. Turns out he carried the exact same unit I had seen on-line, only 10 bucks cheaper!

I now have three perfectly working Whole House Fans again and a new digital, and more functional timer. I could not be happier with Scotts work, expertise and results. Thank you Scott, glad I couldn't replace the switch myself!

Scott gave me tons of promotional discounts and explained how long they been installing this amazing whole house fan. After a lengthy discuss over the phone I was convinced this was the right fan for my house and family to enjoy. Today they installed the fan unit in my attic which created an amazing exchange of cool air which was very impressive. We are very pleased with IHES and its Quiet Cool whole house fan product.
Scott, the owner spent at least an hour on the phone with us discussing various installation configurations for our house. Elijah, the installer, came to the house twice, once to assess our needs and determine what installation was possible, then again to install the fan. The installation took about an hour, including a thorough clean-up.
Once the fan was installed and their referred roofer added roof venting, the fan exceeded our expectations in cooling the house on hot days and nights.
