I like to thank all the people that I dealt with at IHES. They accommodated my availability on Saturday to come over and install the whole house fan for us. Special thanks to Pierce for his expertise and professionalism and to Scott for his willing to work on Saturday and install the fan. The fan is working great, and it is doing what it is supposed to do and as promised. IHES removed my old noisy fan along with its huge Louvers, then patched the opening to make room for the QuietCool Trident 7.0X whole house fan. The patch work done looks really good, and definitely the grill-look is much better than the old Louvers. Overall, I can say that I am a happy customer, and highly recommend IHES.

Great experience from the first phone call through installation. Peirce took the time on the phone to explain how the fan and the process worked, and he and Riley showed up on time and had the fan installed quickly and neatly. I just had it installed, so I can't speak to the operation of the fan. My neighbor has had Quiet Cool fans installed in her last few homes and highly recommended it to me.

I did lots of research. Innovative was the best price, the most informative when I called in, did not try and sell me what I did not need. The installation was on time, fast (45 min), left zero mess, installers (Pierce and Riley) went over all instructions with me, personable, and very professional. The crew was very friendly and helpful. They couldn't install the fan the first time dur to spacing issues. I had to frame out a new spot for the fan and they came back a few days later to do the install. The system works well and we are super excited about our new quiet cool fan

I really love this whole house fan.
Upon the inspection in the attic, they found out that we needed to have more vents(4 of them).
They provided us the contact information for a great roofer and everything went very smooth.They did not leave any dust even though they had to cut the drywall from the ceiling.
The installation process went very quickly.
My house is well ventilated now and don't really need AC.
Only regret that I have is...I did not get this fan sooner.
