My daughter Nova is the driving force behind our business. Her arrival was a true blessing, especially considering the challenges she and her mother faced during the Covid pandemic. During the pandemic, I changed jobs several times because of limited hours and financial challenges. I faced a layoff while seeking a career that would provide for my family and our three children. Feeling stuck, I took a moment to reflect. What could I pursue in these challenging times? What would bring me joy so it wouldn’t feel like work? It dawned on me that I could start my own venture. I started modestly and grew little by little each day. Meanwhile, our daughter was learning and growing. She learned to talk and walk, and despite setbacks, she never gave up. She serves as my motivation, along with our family, which is why I incorporated her name into our business: IN NOVA TION - (INNOVATION).

With experience in multiple fields, I often found it hard to discover a job that was different every day. Thus, I founded my own business, applying my skills, time, and dedication to craft a remarkable experience. I’ve experienced many advantages from my business, like fostering friendly connections with clients and encountering fantastic people. I am genuinely grateful to engage in work that I love.
