The heart of our company is my daughter, Nova. Her birth was a miracle, especially in light of the difficulties her mother and she encountered during the Covid crisis. I found myself changing jobs frequently during the pandemic due to a lack of hours and financial instability. I faced a layoff while seeking a career that would provide for my family and our three children. I decided to take a step back and consider my options. What path could I take in these difficult circumstances? What could I engage in that would make work feel enjoyable? That’s when the idea came to me: I would launch my own business. I began small and gradually expanded each day. At the same time, our daughter was also developing. She learned to talk and walk, and despite setbacks, she never gave up. Her resilience inspires me, as does our family, which is why I named the business IN NOVA TION - (INNOVATION).

I am proud to help realize my clients’ dreams and enjoy seeing their joy when the job is done. With experience in multiple fields, I often found it hard to discover a job that was different every day. I decided to create my own company, investing my expertise, time, and energy into building a memorable service. I’ve enjoyed numerous perks from my venture, such as developing great relationships with clients and meeting amazing individuals. I am genuinely grateful to engage in work that I love.
