The inspiration behind our company stems from my daughter, Nova. Her birth was a miracle, especially in light of the difficulties her mother and she encountered during the Covid crisis. I found myself changing jobs frequently during the pandemic due to a lack of hours and financial instability. At one point, I was laid off while trying to find a stable career to support my family. Feeling stuck, I took a moment to reflect. What path could I take in these difficult circumstances? What could I engage in that would make work feel enjoyable? It dawned on me that I could start my own venture. I took the first step and slowly built my business day by day. Simultaneously, our daughter was growing as well. She mastered talking and walking, and regardless of failures, she remained determined. Her spirit drives me, along with our family, leading to the name of our business: IN NOVA TION - (INNOVATION).
