My daughter Nova is the driving force behind our business. Her birth was a miracle, especially in light of the difficulties her mother and she encountered during the Covid crisis. Throughout the pandemic, I switched jobs multiple times due to insufficient hours and financial strain. I was even laid off once while searching for a career that would secure a future for my family. In that moment of uncertainty, I paused to think. What could I do during these tough times? What could I enjoy doing that wouldn’t feel like a job? It dawned on me that I could start my own venture. I started modestly and grew little by little each day. At the same time, our daughter was also developing. She mastered talking and walking, and regardless of failures, she remained determined. Her spirit drives me, along with our family, leading to the name of our business: IN NOVA TION - (INNOVATION).
