The heart of our company is my daughter, Nova. She was a gift, particularly given the struggles her mother and she endured during the pandemic. During the pandemic, I changed jobs several times because of limited hours and financial challenges. At one point, I was laid off while trying to find a stable career to support my family. I decided to take a step back and consider my options. What path could I take in these difficult circumstances? What could I engage in that would make work feel enjoyable? Then, the idea struck me: I would start my own business. I took the first step and slowly built my business day by day. At the same time, our daughter was also developing. She began to talk and walk, and no matter the challenges, she persevered. Her spirit drives me, along with our family, leading to the name of our business: IN NOVA TION - (INNOVATION).

I find fulfillment in making my clients’ ideas a reality and cherish their expressions of gratitude when we finish. Having worked in various industries, I struggled to find a role that offered daily variety. Thus, I founded my own business, applying my skills, time, and dedication to craft a remarkable experience.
