I've had two experiences with Infinity. The first one a couple of years ago was terrific. I couldn't say enough about them. So when I needed additional work done recently I called Infinity. It was the complete opposite experience. After too many calls and very little follow up on their part, the quality of the work that was finally performed was inferior and the prices quoted and charged where never adjusted as promised. If you want to pay too much for inferior work and then clean up their mess after they leave, call Infinity Electric. Very disappointing!!

The very best. Period. I am extremely particular with my home, these guys are so careful. Brian is the next best thing to the owner himself, Michael. John is outstanding and Omar is wonderful. Your walls won't get damaged , they wear booties. Amazing job. Love these guys and wouldn't have anyone else do the job . Beyond A++++++

It's not often I can honestly say that working with a craftsman was a completely painless experience. Working with Rob from Infinity truly was a breeze!
Our two outdoor (landscape) spotlights stopped working a couple of weeks ago. My husband looked at them and toyed with doing it himself, but electricity scares both of us, so we opted to find a professional. We searched on both Yelp and Nextdoor Neighbor websites, and these fellows were highly rated on both.
One phone call later and we had an appointment for yesterday morning between 8 and 10. Promptly at 8, Rob was at our door. He was knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and friendly. He finished quickly, checked that everything was working correctly, and was on his way with a smile. We couldn't have asked for a smoother experience or a more reasonable price tag, and they are now our go-to electricians.

Amy in the office was fantastic. Service Tech came to quote on time, however based on other quotes, they were extremely over priced. They quoted over $1000.00 more than what we are paying with another company.

I hired Infinity to install a plug for an electric vehicle, and I'm pretty disappointed. It took only 10 days for them to go from a bid to an installation, but then it took over two months after that for the job to be complete through a passed inspection.

The Work:
The installation itself went ok. The installer was late, but he cleaned up after himself. (I can't believe that's the #1 positive thing I'm saying.) Unfortunately, he made a mistake that led to a failed inspection.

Office Communication:
...is horrible. I didn't get any proactive call or email to schedule an inspection until I called (multiple times). I eventually had to escalate to the owner to even get a response. Scheduling the actual inspections was also tough, in part because the office staff couldn't follow agreed-upon protocol (e.g., sending a text message the morning of an inspection so I can know the status during business meetings...instead I had to call to get a status!) Interestingly, I paid for the work when it was completed, which was before the inspection, so I'm not sure if Infinity Electric has a ""well they already paid for the work, so let's forget about the customer"" attitude or what.

First Inspection:
Failed. Infinity sent an electrician to be at the inspection, but he didn't pre-inspect the work to see that it would fail, so the inspector came and immediately failed it. Waste of 2 hours of my time.

Second Inspection:
Missed. Infinity scheduled a second inspection but didn't bother to send anyone or tell me, so no one was here to give the inspector access to the job.

Third Inspection:
Finally passed, but Infinity didn't bother to send anyone to liase with the inspector, so I had to do it myself instead of being on a phone call for work. (Yeah, I work on things other than electrical plug installations, which is why wanted to hire a ""professional"" electrician.)

Bottom Line:
Based on my experience, Infinity Electric may talk a good game when they bid a project, but their professionalism after that point is severely lacking. As a result, Infinity Electric cost me much more of my time than was necessary and led to much more frustration than is appropriate.

Rob came to my house last Wednesday to change a 240v outlet in my kitchen to 110v. He was prompt, courteous, tidy, and worked quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with the work he performed and how pleasant he was doing it. I would not hesitate to contact Infinity Electric again for any additional electrical needs I might have.

Additionally, Amy was a joy to work with when scheduling my appointment.

I recently used Infinity to install a bi-pass switch for my attic fan which was wired with a thermostat controlled switch. The tech's showed up on time, listened to what I wanted done, gave good suggestions and completed the work without issue. Later that afternoon a rep from Infinity called to make sure we were satisfied with the work. I have work done by various companies and contractors over the past 25 years. I can say this was truly one of the best experiences I have had, will definitely use Infinity again!

Appointment was set from 8-10, election showed up on time, greeted his self appropriately and started on his work bu replacing the ballasts in our attic to make our new LED bulbs compatible. Finished in less than an hour and problem solved. No complaints at all and nothing but straight forward professional work. Will be making them my go to electrician company for good.

After buying a new Tesla, I needed to find a company who could come out to install their high powered wall charger in my home in Simi Valley. After searching quite a bit, I came across Infinity Electric.

The problem is, I waited till the last second to get the charger installed, as I had already received my Tesla on Thursday the 18th, but didn't have any way to charge it, and was having a very difficult time finding anybody who was available anywhere in the next couple of weeks, let alone trying to find somebody to come out on a Saturday, which is all my schedule permits.

I called the company, and spoke with a nice woman named Amy, who answered my call. After explaining the situation and the type of predicament that I was in, she said she's gonna do everything she can to try and fit me in. Later that day she called me back and connected my call to the owner of the business. I explained the situation to him, and the owner came out the following day to come look at my home on short notice, and give me a bid on the job.

Not only that, but he was able to squeeze me in THAT SAME WEEKEND, WITHIN 48 hours of reaching out to their company. They are here now at my house wrapping up the job. Let me just say that not only did they do an amazing job with the install, but both the owner and apprentice were very neat and clean, they wore booties when coming in and out of the house and vacuumed and swept up everything after as well.

If all of this wasn't enough, the owner was kind enough to help me with a completely unrelated issue, that had nothing to do with why he was out here. He was successful at solving the other issue I was having as well.

In closing, I definitely will refer these guys to anyone looking for a good electrician or anyone looking to have a Tesla wall charger installed in their home.
