Infinity Electric, established in 2004 by Michael Adams, is a reliable electrical contracting firm based in Ventura. Michael, along with his brothers, was mentored by their father Denny in the electrical industry. After years of working with his father, Michael partnered with his brother James to create Infinity, seeking to explore new opportunities. Denny taught us to be thankful for every job, to treat each client as if they are the most important, and to uphold integrity in our work.
We’ve grown to include a solar division, Solar by Infinity, along with our service and project teams. We are grateful for our success. Our team is essential; we have a fantastic crew dedicated to serving our clients.
Our goal is to provide peace of mind by prioritizing quality, integrity, and a heartfelt approach to our clients, establishing a standard in our field.
Having grown up in Ventura, Michael Adams has more than 30 years of experience in electrical work. Prior to launching Infinity, Michael dedicated 15 years to mastering the electrical craft with his father, Dennis Adams, the founder of Denny's Electric. It was during this period that he understood the importance of integrity, craftsmanship, and quality—values that underpin Infinity Electric.
Michael and Megan are blessed with five children and have a strong faith.

I had a terrific experience with these guys. The work needed was to move a 3-way light switch to a new location, add a couple of outlets for a new entertainment center, and pull a new 230v 20A circuit and roof level disconnect for a mini split heat pump. The tricky part was the original 3-way switch box served as a j-box for a lot of ancient wiring and I thought I'd have to live with a cover plate right at the entrance to my rec room. They cleanly moved the old wiring to much less visible spot where bookshelves will hide the box. They promptly returned calls, made their scheduled appointments, did high quality work and always kept me in the loop. I will definitely call them again for future work.
Chad came out and gave us an estimate and recommendations on installing portable AC unit. He was very upfront, courteous, knowledgeable. Thank you
Nancy P.Infinity electric was amazing, so efficient and so kind. Great service and helped our families move from OC so much easier! Thankful for them!
I have worked with Infinity Electric in the past on commercial projects, and always had a great experience working with Sean and Colleen. However this time John, who claims to be 2nd command, arrived to quote the project. The expectations were clear, hide conduit underground, replace 3 scone lights, install a new scone light and move a 4 plug box over a few feet. We ultimately agreed to T&M, seeing as I had worked with them in the past I felt comfortable with this route.
1st mistake, they scheduled the work and did not show up. When I called they admitted to the mistake and said it was down for the following week.
2nd mistake the 2 techs arrive onsite and having no understanding on the scope of work, so I explain, John arrives late and re-runs through the project but fails miserably to communicate the scope to the techs.
3rd they arbitrarily replaced the 4 plug with a 2 plug, installed conduit 18"" up the wall rather than bury as clearly communicated, I reluctantly agreed to have it run at the base of the wall as it was all sudden an issue now for it to be buried. They left the project incomplete, while wiring up the spa was still needed, they failed to install one scone and replace the incorrectly installed 2-plug.
I was billed nearly $2K for work with no detail on T&M, I responded with a request for a breakdown and did not get a response for 2 months. I was then contacted by Ryan inquiring re the status of payment, I explained how many mistakes were made, time and work wasted, and that I never heard back from Billing on my request for a breakdown, and that I had another electrician come in a fix the mistakes and complete the job. He then took the concerns to the out of town owner, Mike, who contacted me regarding payment today...claims they had sent 3 emails with a new detailed invoice, yet could not provide any backup of ever having sent any emails post the 3/29 email with the original invoice, claims they gave me a discount of $185 but still details work on the invoice that was not completed or done incorrectly and not corrected. It was a conference call with John in the background admitting to his mistakes, all the while saying ""I didn't see a need for a 4-plug"" - What??? You UNPLUGGED 3 cords when YOU removed the 4-plug box. The owner was highly defensive, largely unapologetic, and abrasive in his poor attempt to understand the scope of work and John's failures. The job was a total CF, sorting out the billing was another CF, had IE been responsive to original request for detailed billing this situation would NOT have dragged out for ""145 days"" - thanks for counting Mike!
Save yourself the aggravation, go with PowerSmart Electric, Inc. (Brent & Frankie were awesome!), they finished my project, quality workmanship and competitive pricing.
I can't say enough about this company, from the estimate to the work on location. Professional, great communication & excellent craftsmen.
J R.Infinity Electric performed high quality work and demonstrated expertise. They were responsive to my concerns and complaints. They offered to evaluate a possible error that has already cost me money but I ultimately chose to decline.
Excellent services!! I needed to have a new electrical connection for a ceiling fixture. Some problem solving necessary-great outcome and so happy with the end result! The techs showed up on time, great attitude and definitely solution-oriented. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 5 stars is not enough! Fair price, scheduling staff super friendly and helpful. Thank you!!
Over the last six months I have contacted 3 different electric companies to come to my home. None of them returned my calls. A friend recommended Infinity Electric and I will be forever grateful! From the initial contacts, speaking with Colleen and Claire was delightful. They are professional, friendly and were helpful. I was able to schedule the electrician's within 4 days of my call. Sean and Nick advised me by text that they were running late with an ETA. That text was appreciated as too many companies tend to ignore the customer's time. Sean and Nick arrived when stated, they were friendly, extremely professional, attentive to what I needed and I appreciated their expertise. The work was completed, they cleaned up after it was done and I received a discount. I am 110% impressed and will never contact another electrical company again. As soon as I purchase new electrical lighting, I fully intend to call them again for installation.
We had numerous outlets stop working. We called and the receptionist was awesome. They were able to get an electrician out within an hour. Sean was amazing. Troubleshooting and found out it was a bad main breaker. Contacted the manufacturer and was able to get a new breaker next day. Installed it and everything is working again. Great company.
John T.I am always pleased with Infinity Electrics work and employees. Infinity Electric has done my room additions, electric car charger and rewired my kitchen. Each time they have done a job for me it has been done professionally, on time, on budget and just as was discussed.
