I was watering my lawn and my garage lost power all of a sudden. I requested an appointment ASAP but Marco asked me to call him instead. He mentioned that I might have to reset my GFI. He was right! I followed his instructions over the phone and was able to restore power to the garage. He didn't even charge me anything which is very helpful as we're all cash strapped during this pandemic. Definitely will go with Marco again for any future projects!

Couldn't recommend this company more highly. I had a broken light switch in my attached garage. I called at 8:00 a.m. and was scheduled for an 11:00 a.m. visit that same day. The nice young lady arrived 10 minutes early wearing facial mask and gloves. Within 25 minutes she had removed the broken light switch and replaced it with an even better model. I will not hesitate to call these people again for any future electrical problems.

My husband and I recently bought a home, that needed almost an entire house full of re-wiring. After hearing multiple good things from various folks, after shopping around. We obtained a quote from Inception. Not only were the rates competitive, the customer service was on point! The entire crew was friendly, polite, well mannered. Worked hard, fast, and cleaned up after themselves. Won't consider using anyone else for any future electrical needs I may have, be it in this house, or any future home. Highly recommend!! Had problems with circuit breakers blowing every time we used certain appliances. So many other places were suggesting I change out my whole circuit panel ($3000-5000) Marco came and found my problem immediately. Less than 10 minutes later, problem was fixed and it only cost me $150. He also gave me some suggestions to upgrade a few things, which I will definitely schedule with him. I was blown away with how honest and professional he was. I will never use another electrician again!

I had Marco come to install a new outlet for my bidet. Communication w him was easy, he gave me the best quote out of all of the businesses I contacted. He also seemed like he truly care for his works and customers' satisfaction. He even said I could call him if I have questions on a DIY project. Not like I will ever DIY with electricity but it was nice to know someone is willing to give me professional advice for free. Highly recommend but don't make him too busy in case I may need him again .

This review is purely based on the interaction I had with Marco. I contacted inception electric for a price on various projects from hanging my TV and recess lights and ceiling fan/light install. I initially contacted them through Yelp and was informed I should call to make an appointment for an estimate, which I duly did. On the day of the appointment, he did not show at the agreed time so I messaged him and he informed me he was on his way in 2 mins from Covina. After 15 mins he sends another message telling me he is on his way now. And he will be there in 10 mins. Marco arrived and went over the things I wanted doing and informed me he would have a quote by that night. Well, I didn't receive a quote until 3 days later after asking him if he was still working on it. When the estimate came, it seemed quite expensive, even though there were items we had discussed that were not on his quote so I questioned whether it included all the services. I received a reply saying that he would send me another quote that day. 2 days later, he sends me the exact same quote but added $200 onto it and said he would call later that evening to discuss. I never received a call from him. Given what I had gone through in just trying to get a quote from him, I decided to move on and pass on his quote. He really did not seem interested in doing the job which is fair enough, but it would've been nice for him to let me know he is either slammed and can't do it right now or tell me it will be a couple days before he can get back to me. Instead I was left hanging and wondering if I was ever going to get a response from him.
