I'm stunned to be posting this but not as stunned as I am about being left in the dark, Literally. All outlets went out in my home office, Bedroom, and one important outlet in a bathroom. Marco came by last week and checked all the dead outlets. He couldn't find the problem and with all screws left out of the outlets, he promised he'd let me know when he will come back to finish the job on Monday or Tuesday. Late in the day Monday when he did not respond to an email, I called him. I could tell in his voice that he didn't want the job but he said he'd either email or call me by the end of the day, Monday. He never emailed or called. He never finished the job leaving a dark bedroom and office I need working for my printer and computer. At least he should have been honest instead of having me wait almost a week since the problem began. Today I had another electrician fix the problem by a guy who honed in on the problem within the hour and even said I should pay him what I thought it was worth. His review will appear in his area on Yelp. Who conducts business like this?

Once in a blue moon you find someone who will give you free advice over the phone, has excellent communication skills, gets a job well done, charges you below your other quotes, and has integrity in his work and as a person to boot. That guy is Marco! I got quotes from about 10 electricians wanting to charge me $300+ for researching and fixing a side of my house that has no power due to plugging in a heater. Marco figured out the problem quickly and changed an outlet for me and charged me way less than the others. This is an honest man you can trust for your electrical needs and still keep the change in your pocket!

My, disposer and dishwasher outlet was not working, it trip the Electical breaker when I would turn the disposer. I would reset the breaker and turn on the disposer, it would trip. I replace the outlet and switch, but it would do the same. Finally call Inception Electric, and Marco, showed up as promised, he asked to explain the problem, after explaining the problem, he asked if I broke the bridge tab on the new outlet, I said no. Within minutes, he diagnosed the problem, correct it and problem was solved. Marco's price is fair and reasonable, not like the the three other quotes.I highly recommend Inception Electric for great service, and now will be using them for my next project, replacement of under cabinets fluorescent light fixtures with new LED light fixtures.

Marco! Thank you so very much for replying to my request for an electrician. Thank you for willingness to walk me thru my troubles. We had tried to reset the GFCI but it wasn't budging! I didn't want to mess with it....but after you mentioned that it could definitely be the problem I took a narrow wooden spoon handle and pressed harder and POP it reset! Thanks for giving me the courage to press harder! You are a GEM! A Prince among electricians! I appreciate your kindness and generous spirit!

One of our dimmer light switches went out in our living room. I found Inception on YELP and sent for a quote. Marcos responded within 5-10 minutes with a very reasonable quote including a new fixture for us. We planned a time for a same-day service and his associate came out and fixed our dimmer in less than 10 minutes. Extremely fast and professional! I would recommend their service!

I contacted Marco through the Yelp app. I had an issue with outlets not working and porch light electrical not working. I had hired a handy man to replace my bathroom vent fans. Marco showed me pictures of the mess in my attic that the handyman made. Marco gave me estimate and told me he would help fix problem. We set up time and he came to my house. He was able to fix it all in a few hours. I didn't have to rewire my whole house. I felt comfortable working with him and will use him in the future when we are ready to get central air and any other electrical issues. I liked the clear communication and direct quites before actual work was done.
