What a flake!

I spoke with Marco (the owner) about my little project to install a GFI outlet. He said he would call me the next morning to arrange a time to come to my house. That was three days ago. Haven't heard from him. Not even some lame-a%% excuse? When you need something done you want to depend on a vendor.

I'm guessing he found another job that would pay him more that $175 for an hour and a half's work. A little honesty would have helped. All he had to do was tell me he had a better offer. I could have called another electrician.

Marco came in time and checked our breaker box. In the end we found out that there was no issue but he gladly checked it for no charge. I will definitely contact him again for future consultations.

Marco and his guys are beyond amazing! I needed recessed lighting and pendant lights installed and some outlets relocated. Thank you Inception Electrical! I'm so glad I found you and wish dealing with all craftsmen and contractors was like dealing with you!

I had something wrong with my breaker....i would turn it on and still had no electricity. I called and made an appointment. 2 gentlemen showed up and I showed them where the breaker was. They had it fixed in about 25 minutes and I got my power back on thanks guys work well appreciated. Their prices are very reasonable don't hesitate to call.

Last night we had a power short in 2 of our bedrooms that share the same circuit. We had an electrician come out and look at the circuit this morning, he said the circuit is fine but we'll need new wiring so he'd have to come back with an estimate another day. It's Summer...it's 90+ outside and no power to run our A/C...Then a few hours later Marco came did a similar inspection, but he had a meter...flipped some switches, tightened up some wiring, checked all the circuits and in less than 10 minutes our power was back on! He was efficient and honest with what he did and what we can do in the future ourselves! Thank You again!

They had phone issues and missed a call I had for them, but they had the courtesy to call me back and explained what happened, and ya know I just really appreciated that about them. Should I run into another issue I'd for sure call them again

Our AC stopped working and the AC repairman said it was an electrical issue, so I found Marco through yelp. He was one of the first to respond to my yelp messages and he was able to quickly schedule a time to come see what the issue was. He explained everything to me in detail and was able to quickly fix the problem. Marco is trustworthy and a good communicator. He used to be a nurse, and I am a nurse, so we got a discount which was a plus :) definitely would recommend him to my friends and family.
