Abdiel and Marco were Real Pros and the whole process was very smooth.
I called them with a list of things like broken light fixtures and light switch installs and they were able to give me a quote over the phone and come by the next day.
They showed up in masks and were very professional. They knocked out everything on the list and then some. There was a loose electrical box in my backyard that was dangerous. Marco insisted that it get taken care of even if it meant doing it for free because he wanted to make sure we were safe. We paid for it of course, but it's that level of care that really stands out.

We bought a new house and encountered a lot of issues as it wasn't up to code. Marco came over within 24 hours, was courteous and knowledgeable. Marco helped put together a plan of the what he felt was necessary to change for safety and peace of mind. He didn't try and upsell and made clear the things that needed to be changed versus could be changed. The crew that did the work was awesome and ensured that they did everything necessary to complete the job as detailed. Marco then came back and inspected everything himself again prior to asking for payment. Also, they quoted us based on the job not the time spent and the job did take longer than expected due to new finding of the house, but they kept to their word on the quote. I can't recommend Inception electric any more. It's hard to find contractors you can trust, these guys have earned ours.

Marco is an ANGEL! While I was having work done on my property the electricity went out. I called Edison and they said it would be 24 hrs until they came out. I called Inception Electric and they sent someone within the hour ! Unfortunately, the problem was with my TEMPORARY POWER POLL, and the problem is to be dealt with Edison! I appreciate Marcos honesty, and help! He's definitely the man to call for any electrical needs !
