We lost power to a few of our kitchen appliances, including our full refrigerator late in the afternoon . I called Inception Electric because they are listed in Covina at an address not far from us, hoping that they could stop by on their way back home. God bless 'em, that's exactly what they did. After ruling out a circuit breaker issue, they found the culprit in one of the receptacles, which they explained, was causing other receptacles in the chain to lose power. They replaced the bad receptacle, and sure enough, the other appliances on that chain started working again. What a relief! In addition to the electrician's fast response and quick resolution to our problem, I greatly appreciated the professionalism of the gal who answered the phone, listened well, and called me back to update me on the status of the electrician's availability. I will certainly call Inception Electric when we have another electrical problem, and I will whole heartedly recommend them.

The guys came out from Inception Electric, and relocated two outlets, an old overhead fan/lamp, installed a new ceiling dome light. They completed the work quickly, efficiently, and very professionally. After they left, due to some unskilled mucking around, I happened to disconnect something I shouldn't have. I'm trying to remodel the room for my elderly mom who lives with me.

They guys came back without fuss, and repaired my idiot wrench, with no charge! They even provided very good electrical information on how to complete the remodel. I am so happy to have called Inception Electric and recommend them highly,

Super impressed! On a Sunday, Marco the owner personally responded and based on my issue asked if I would mind working with him over the phone to see if it could be fixed. Marco and his team were amazing. They came in with a 3 man crew and finished numerous tasks in 1.5 hours. Very impressive work. The pricing was also very reasonable and they are honest. If a particular task turns out to be an easier fix, they will keep you updated and lower the initially quoted price. In the beginning, there was a slight coordination issue with the scheduling and start time but that was mainly due to trying to fit me in their schedule on fairly short notice.

I requested a quote for complete install of 3 ceiling fans which required new wiring to be ran in each room as we had no light fixtures in the rooms. The owner Marco responded very quickly. I received several quotes and all were close in pricing. I decided on going with Inception because they had the most reviews and were highly rated. We scheduled the appointment. The receptionist was very friendly and followed up eith confirmation of the appointment the day before. My appointment was scheduled for 8 am. The workers showed up promptly at 8 am. Tbey had all of the tools and materials needed to perform the work. They were professional and did great work. They also made sure that they cleaned up. I'm extremely happy with the work performed. The celing fans work great, are quiet and installed properly. I would definitely recommend Inception for all of your electrical needs. I will definitely use their service again.

Needed to install a 14-30 plug for EV charging, so we talked to a few companies over Yelp and got some quotes. Marco was pretty fast to reply to our messages on Yelp and was easy to work with. He clearly explained to us how he would get the job done, and his price was fair! Despite the fact that the two crew members got here 40 minutes late on the day of the appointment (due to delay at the supply store), they were very professional and got the job done in about two hours. Overall I am very satisfied with their work.

I am truly happy I found Inception Electric! I thought I needed a brand new breaker box, as I was having quite a bit of trouble with one breaker that kept popping, Ugh! One year ago I was told that I needed to upgrade my breaker box and was given a quote of $1,500.00! I was also told, ""it was on it's last legs and would not last much longer"". So, when it started to constantly pop the breaker, I figured I was going to have to fork out a whole bunch of money. Marco came to access what was going on, only to find it was just a bad breaker and nothing more! Wow! I could not believe I heard that! Integrity! Who knew that still existed! Thank you for your honesty!
