I've called multiple places and they were the only one who can come in the same day. I had a breaker issue which was fixed by pressing the reset button in the socket. I would happily pay for their time but they didn't charge me. They earned my business and will be calling them for any electrical issues.

This was not an emergency but scheduling was done in a heartbeat. Will was amazing as he solved our two issues, one with additional concern for a long term fix and the other without laughing too much at us for not figuring it out ourselves. Great work, very friendly and excellent customer service. From scheduling on the phone, to Evan coming out to give me a quote on installing outdoor outlets and changing electric boxes, to Will doing a great job in the actual job, I was very impressed from beginning to end in working with In Phaze. They were thorough, professional, knew what they were talking about, made sure things were to code, and very, very friendly. They were slightly more expensive than the other quotes we got, but the extra cost was worth it for the quality of work and great customer service.

Great experience with In Phaze Electric! Technician, ""Will"", was awesome; super friendly, knowledgeable, fast, efficient and was able to correct a few mistakes from a previous company.

Submitted request through Yelp, received a phone call consultation the following day, work was scheduled within a week. Very happy with their work and pricing. Will definitely use them again for future projects.

I hired In Phaze to do a few electrical jobs in my home. The consultation went well and I booked them to come out a week later. They arrived on time and the electricians were so nice and respectful. The invoice they sent me included work that was not done as additional costs were needed once they got into the attic so I decided to have them come back to do it. However, they charged me over $200 for work that was not performed and after speaking with Erin was promised a refund would be mailed the following week.

Nothing was ever mailed and they only responded after I opened a complaint with the BBB, a check was sent to me dated over a month after they stated they would refund me. DO NOT USE, electricians are great but those running the business are slimy and liars. Why have a phone number and email if you are never going to respond?

I was going to have them come back for some additional work but now I will steer clear. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I chose to give this company five stars based on my experience. Three stars would be exactly what I expected, but between the service and honoring the original price they gave me how could I not give them five stars. We originally had them over to rewire two outlets in our bathroom as well as add a ceiling box for a ceiling fan and rewire and hang three other ceiling fans with double switches in the bedrooms. They were less than half of the other quotes that we got. The electricians William H and Keith S, were polite and worked hard even though it took longer than what they thought due to some complexities they were not expecting. I would definitely recommend these guys and have referred them already to several people.

In Phaze took care of a double height delicate light fixture installation that many other electricians could not perform without expensive equipment. Jonathan and his years of experience were able to tackle the install with ease. The fixture was not straightforward, yet Jonathan performed flawlessly. From the quote to the install, communication on the job was excellent. Pricing was competitive. I highly recommend this company and will use In Phaze for all my electrical work moving forward!
