I used this company in 2014 to install some lights in the bonus room. Everything was done in an excellent way. Unfortunately one of the metal hooks that was used in the ceiling to hold the pool light in placer, broke and the pool light fell down, no damage fortunately because of the electric wire held it just above the pool table. I called them and asked them if they could fix this and install better more trustworthy hooks. They came out a few days later and only charged me a nominal fee for the fix.
So I am quite happy with this company. Even though the initial installation was done 6 years ago they stand by their work. Thanks!

Terrible electrical company to work with. The owner, Tony, only cares about selling you his works but he does not follow through his words. His contract says permitting fees are all included in the price Tony quoted, but he denied to pay any permitting fees. Now, they were just done rewiring the whole house about 2 weeks ago, and the lights lost powers because they did rewiring incorrectly. We have contacted the owner of In Phase by email and phone, but no responses so far. Stay away from In Phase Electrical!

I own a home from 1926 and I cannot express enough of how impressed and satisfied I am of the attention to detail and quality of work that John and his crew performed. John went above and beyond to make things happen. It's not easy working with an old home and John had a resolution for every issue we encountered. John and his crew were polite and professional. Many companies do not respect your home and quickly do things to close out a job. This was not the case with In Phase Electric. I will use In Phase for all of my future electrical needs, for this home and my next. Thanks John and In Phase for all of your hard work! It's very much appreciated.

After using an electrician that I could tell wasn't...hmm...""good at problem solving"" we'll call it(he came across as confused and slow witted all the time) I went on a recommendation from a friend and hired In Phaze to put in a backyard flood light. Joey came out and he was phenomenal. He was so confident in his work and you could tell he knew precisely what he was doing. He was also very friendly. I mentioned that a certain outlet wasn't working and he quickly was able to discover the cause after some investigation. I could tell he was working through the mystery in his head because the problem didn't make sense and he executed the solution quickly and explained exactly how this problem had been created by past ignorant and shoddy workmanship(which I despise). He takes pride in his work and I'll be requesting him specifically for any future work I hire In Phaze for.

We used InPhaze for years and I would say in the last 6-months customer service has been very poor. I hope they can turn it around, but they scheduled and cancelled without notification twice in one week. The suggested resolution is they can reschedule in 2 weeks if we take more time off work or a month for a Saturday. No apologies really offered either, just cited nature of business.

They were prompt in coming out to give a quote, and it was very reasonable. On the day of my bathroom fan installs the quoted time to arrive was 9 to 11. At 1230 we called and the office had to call the electrician. They called us back and said he was on his way. At 230 we called back to reschedule for the next week. At 3, he showed up. On the next appointed day, we were told we were scheduled first and they would be there at 9. No one ever showed or called. Guess they didnt want my money. Will be looking for someone else.

I am pleased with the work done by In Phaze Electric. Their prices were MUCH more reasonable than another local company. They came out exactly on time and provided reasonable estimates for labor and materials. Ozzie was the one who provided an estimate--he took time to explain everything to me and to ensure that I would not overpay for what I wanted to have done. The work was done mostly by Steve, who was very knowledgeable, quick, and timely. I will use this company again!
