Came out fixed breaker swtiches two months ago.... tripping again now. When I called the scheduling lady (Carissa) to have it fixed, I did not expect for one of the worst customer care experiences in my life. InCharge - you need to get it together - fix your quality of work and your attitude. Would not recommend!

This is the worst vendor I have ever worked with; they refuse to even make an attempt to resolve your issues. This company has a complete lack of respect and empathy for humans.
They will tell you ""you didn't buy the ethernet cap package"" but they didn't offer the package back then. Yep, that's right! You want them to run ethernet in your house!? They will happily do it! But they won't tell you they aren't putting the terminators on. You want the ethernet terminators added post-closing? Nope, they will never do it. Never ever. They won't even offer you a new package to add them!!
It's clear you don't want my business ever again, point received.

Really enjoy working with these guys. Always on time and going above and beyond what is asked. Sonny the superintendent out of the Shertz location is awesome!

These people are the worst. They came to do some repairs on our new home due to some issues with the builder (according to In Charge who claimed that our building manager Chris O'Donnell is an idiot) and they replaced some outlets. Now the dimmer switch in the kitchen does not have turn the can lights off and on in sync. What a joke. Lennar blames In Charge and In Charge blames Lennar. I blame them both. As you can see in the photo, 1 light is on and the other 3 are off.

We are totally pleased with this company. Our house is brand new but they are having to correct the many errors made by the contractors that did the work initially (not them). Timely, courteous, responsive and professional. Highly recommend them.

We bought a home through Meritage and InCharge was their electrical contractor. We have had NOTHING but trouble with them from day one. Complete incompetence from ""upselling"" us options using the incorrect floor plan at the design center to misplaced outlets in our finished home. We asked for quad outlets in the bathroom and they initially installed 2 bi-outlets in random places around the vanity in the master bathroom. In the hall bathroom, the light switch is placed lower than any other in the house. Too bad we did not ask for an ADA accessible light switch in this bath. Further, they didn't leave the appropriate tools necessary to set up our Ring Doorbell. Complete Boobs!

I can't speak for this companies work, but I can speak to the character of those they hire. Today ,while driving, one of their employees decided to drive side by side with me in the same lane. He was extremely close to hitting and put me at great risk. He needed to be in my lane to turn right and had no space to come over, except for being side by side with me. If the folks they employ don't care for my safety on the road, I can't believe they would care about electrical either. Thankfully no one got hurt... this time.
The license plate for the truck was JFZ 8642.

DO NOT USE!!!!! My house is less than a year old. This pathetic company did the original work. I'm already having serious issues.
i have had an appointment for over a week with these folks. They cancelled with less than 24 hour notice. They cancelled because they believed I lived closer to San Antonio than Austin. They clearly don't own a map.

They came on ti.e. workedquickly, cleaned up after, were friendly, did 3 outside and inside jobs well. I would hire them again.

I bought a new home in Prosper and noticed 3 plugs didn't work. In Charge electricians , Kris and Sawyer, came out in the rain and diagnosed the problem quickly. A long staple from the siding workers had pierced the wiring causing the problem. Kris replaced the 12/2 pink wire and Sawyer hooked up the plugs within an hour and I'm good to go.
Nice to see In Charge has high hiring standards.
Thanks!
