My experience with JR ADU was excellent. They took the time to understand my needs and helped design the perfect floor plan for converting my garage. The contract was transparent and detail, which gave me peace of mind. Best of all, they delivered on time, and now I have a rental unit that's bringing in extra income. Highly recommend! If I could I would give them negative 5 stars. I am very upset with their poor job performance and finished product quality. Also the expensive prices for unprofessional in experienced workers with bad customer service. Especially with their employee that goes by the name of Efrain. Who is very rude and will try to collect the final payment but will not complete the job to the customers satisfaction and will leave plenty of trash and such behind. Beware I strongly warn you to keep looking for a more legit company to hire. Thank you

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with IllumiSol, which was recommended to us by Home Depot. ""Enrique"" responded promptly and sent two expert installers within a few days to install our 10x8 Arrow metal shed. They were friendly and efficient, getting the shed fully installed in under four hours. The shed seems perfect so far; it is level and the doors work smoothly. They placed it exactly where we asked them to, then happily shifted it slightly when we changed our minds. ""Emil"" and ""Abey"" could not have been nicer. Also Enrique in the office. We truly appreciate the great job they all did. Oh, and also, their price was half what others wanted to charge us! We hope to use them again. Thank you, IllumiSol!

A technician named Juan knows what he is doing and its very believeable once you see him in action. Would totally recommend to others for door jobs!

I have a Rinnai tankless water heater that's only 2 years old. I recently noticed the scalecutter filter unit leaking. After receiving an outrageous quote ($850) from a local plumber who stated he wasn't familiar with repairing this type of filter, I decided to do some research and fix the leak myself. That ended in disaster. iLLUMi-SOL is listed on Rinnai's website as one of their PROs, and I've had them come previously for annual maintenance flushing. After calling them in a panic, they were able to send a plumber out the same evening! Elu (sorry if that spelling is incorrect) was awesome. He double and triple checked his work to make sure the unit was no longer leaking, and I was only charged a fraction of what the local plumber was asking. I highly recommend this company for your Rinnai tankless water heater needs.

Home Depot recommend this company and I had a microwave installed in my kitchen! The guy who installed it was not prepare when he arrived to my house. Once it was installed a few days later I found my brand new cabinets damaged. I did not expect this to happend and I remodeled my kitchen..


The following day the supervisor came to fix the damage on the cabinets that his employee messed up on. When he was reinstalling the microwave, he placed the microwave on my brand new stove and dented the burner. After he was done I didn't notice it until he left and I began cleaning and smelled gas. I immediately called the gas company and found out I had gas leak. I'm unable to use my stove now and the supervisor of illumi-sol did not want to admit he made a dent mark on my stove and did not want to refund my money.

If your looking for a contractor company to do work inside of your home, Do not hire this company. Very unprofessional

This contractor is a joke they are very unprofessional I hire them to installed 11 windows and 2 sliding doors took for ever when they got the windows they did not acomódate with my schedule the day of installation I left them working and when out when I came back OMG I was in shock the windows were small I mean super small and they put them anyway on top of that he did not have all the windows in a way was good after the poor installation they did He said not to worry that he was going to put some 2x2 to cover the big gaps and seal like he was talking to somebody very dumb. I was not going to pay thousands of dollars for a Mickey mouse job Eleuterio Torres the owner got the cheapest windows on market and they were defectives 2 of them did not luck these contractor have no clue how to installed windows he did the windows measurement he did it wrong they destroyed front of my house he have to put plywood on them because he have removed the extra small windows he already installed see photos and you decided don't hire them terrible poor poor workmanship.
