I had purchased an outdoor patio set from Home Depot and skipped on the expert assembly thinking it would be a simple install. Fast forward a couple hours after delivery thank goodness for iLLUMi-SOL referred through Home Depot's pro referrals. I highly recommend very professional service, arrived promptly and got started right where I had left off with my patio assembly. Took about an hour and half to assemble, set up was perfect and even discarded all trash and packaging that came with delivery.

The company reached out and resolved the problem. The installation is definitely more professional and totally acceptable. The new tech was good at his job and did it fast.

Lots of holes were left unprofessionally patched. Wall hangings were left unleveled. They kept stepping the screws. I had to redo more than half of the hangings.

Terrible service was told they would be here yesterday at 4:00 pm we waited and waited at 6:00 called and said they could not be here till 8:00 pm... I told them that was too late so they said they would be here today at 4:00 PM AGAIN ... at 2:50 pm they sent me a message saying they would have to reschedule for Sunday... Not reliable or professional...

Elu Torres came to our home in Palm Springs to assemble a Nordictrack GX 4.7 exercise bike. My wife, Cheryl, and I would have probably spent all day, and probably would have been unsuccessful. Fortunately, that didn't happen! Elu called earlier than his scheduled time, and happily that left our afternoon free for other errands. We were told it might take 2-3 hours. Elu was done in half that time. He answered all of our questions and was very professional at all times. Having just noticed the many iLLUMi-SOL Construction Services, we would highly recommend them because we've experienced a wonderful work ethic and we know it surely reflects the entire company.

Found this through thumbtack, I am pleased to give it a 5 star although we had our issues but they followed through and corrected the errors, that is what counted and mattered. The guys worked hard-talented workers as well. They installed drywalls plus insulation and lights-sorted out the electrical system. They cleaned up the mess. Great job, I can tell you this.

Eluterio was assigned from Amazon to install my TV mount. He installed my TV, make sure it was in place and clean the TV and the area afterward. He was very professional and arrived right on the schedule time. He did such a great job, I even hire him to install another TV and my Ring door bell afterward.

True story. I purchased a front door and hired Allumi-Sol to install. Upon starting the work they noticed my frame around the new door was broken. Eusebio and Raphael waited until I got home from work ( my wife was home during the beginning) they called home depot themselves to see if new door was available without wife asking,
Once I arrived they took my broken door to home depot. Stayed there with me until I figured it out and got a temporary one. Took the new one back to house and installed it. Anyone else would have bailed. They totally saved me And did excellent work and clean up. Excellent service.

I bought a washer and dryer from Amazon and this company was the service provider to do the installation which is supposed to include all the cables, dryer vent, and remove old machines. I bought the new machines they were delivered then this company shows up to install with nothing but a dolly and no parts. When I show them where it needs to be installed (a small stair case no more than five feet high) they tell me I need to pay $75.00 more dollars. These guys are doing work out of there scope, they are not honest, and you should consider purchasing your washer and dryer's from reputable providers that will install them. Very unhappy with this and what a waste of time! Go with Home Depot or Best Buy. Amazon service providers are a joke!
