This business is wonderful. I was recommended them through my homeowners association. I've seen them in my neighborhood numerous times. Once I contacted them, they got back to me right away. I had to wait a few weeks for an appointment, but that's to be expected when summer is coming up. The day of the appointment they texted me a few minutes before my tech was to arrive. Great idea. The tech was wonderful. He was very informative and never pushed any products/services on me. I know I need a new air conditioner next year and he gave me a lot of ideas on that. I signed up for their plan so I'll be seeing them in the winter. I highly highly recommend

Love this company and their techs. I am on their twice yearly maintenance plan and they are so thorough and communicative. Very friendly technicians who take the time to explain everything about your system and, if necessary, recommendations for future maintenance or repair. They won't try to sell you a service or part that you don't need. They're very trustworthy. Highly recommend this company. My tech today wore a mask and shoe protectors.

I contracted with Hyde's when I purchased a home in Palm Desert in 2015 to replace the heating and air conditioning system. I have a contract with this company to inspect and service my system twice annually to insure its continued operation, particularly in anticipation of weather extremes during the summer months. I have had uninterrupted excellent performance from installation forward. Recently Jonathan, one of their many capable technicians, inspected the system which continues to operate flawlessly. As always the quality of personnel drive performance and Hyde's provides great reliable service and technicians in which I have total confidence.

I had the privilege of doing some charity work with this company. They went ABOVE and BEYOND!!! At least 3 electrical technicians worked a full day installing Christmas lights and decorations. Mr. Hyde generously provided the materials and work for this project. It was amazing! You guys rock!

Absolutely love this family run business, Mike and his team are as good as it gets. After a less than satisfactory experience with a competitor/shady home warranty provider, Mike came out to personally to inspect what was going on. As it turned out, they had installed the original HVAC and ductwork 40 years ago and again when the full system was replaced a few years back! He presented multiple solutions, and had the repair completed in a matter of days (this after nearly three months of back and forth with the other company). Soon after I joined their regular maintenance program which is very fairly priced. They are fabulous about calling to remind me it's time to schedule their visit. I can see why Hydes has been in the desert so long, they're wonderful!

Called 4 other a.c. companies during this hot summer and Hyde's were the only one who could come by same day within a couple hrs to fix my down a.c. system. Tech was upfront and professional. After some research, found out price was a lil high but well worth it for the fast response and service. Highly recommend!
