Hunter Service Group has rescued me and my family twice: once when our heater died right at the start of the cold frost this winter, and again just yesterday when our AC died during a 100-degree day. We have a home warranty company and during both instances, I contacted them and tried to get a HVAC tech to come to our house ASAP to fix the issues. However, both times, we were told that they had no availability for the same day. If we waited on them, we would have had to wait 2-3 days before someone could come even look at our system, and God knows how long it would have taken for them to even fix anything. Grr!

Enter Hunter Service Group! When our home warranty company couldn't provide immediate assistance, I called Hunter and both times, their tech Brendan arrived the very same day. And both times, he got our HVAC system up and running ASAP! Yay! During the winter time, poor Brendan got here late in the afternoon/early evening, and he stayed for several hours, just to get our heater up and running. Talk about good customer service!

On a separate occasion, we hired Hunter to very thoroughly clean our ducts and they did an excellent job. After they finished, we noticed that the air quality in our house had vastly improved.

I highly recommend Hunter for all your HVAC and duct-cleaning needs. And just know that if you score Brendan as your tech, you'll be very well-taken care of. :-)

Anthony was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We are happy with how fast Hunter Service Group responded to our request and fixed our circuit breaker. The service and repair were very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing help with home electric issues.

Scheduling was easy. They were responsive to messages and calls. They fell short when it came to communicating that they would be late to my appointments somehow my phone number was also incorrect in their system despite the multiple communications. The tech was very friendly and fixed the issue in no time. I will give them another shot and hope this time they can make it on time and be transparent about delays and arrival times. I also hope they get the wrong phone number issue fixed as well because it makes no sense how they can find me one day with my number and then it be wrong the day of the appointment.

I have used Hunter Service Group several times since I moved to San Antonio seven years ago and have always been very pleased with their work. In my most recent service call I had a ceiling fan replaced, a new light installed on my outside patio and a GFCI plug replaced. The service technician was very polite and efficient in his work. Anytime I might need electrical work done in the future, no matter how big or small the job, I will definitely use Hunter Service Group.

I called Hunter for some help with some bad breakers in my home. I was contacted shortly after the inquiry, and was provided up front with service response costs, and later a call from the responding electrician with questions regarding the issue. ""Rodo"" came to the home a few days later, diagnosed the problem, provided pricing for the fix, and even recommended some other work that I should have done. ""Rodo"" was professional, quick, and the problem has been resolved. Definitely will call on Hunter for future work ""Rodo"" gave me quotes for.

Mike was absolutely amazing! I tried replacing my thermostat and ended up not being able to get my AC to turn on. I reached out to Hunter Service Group and Mike was here within 15 minutes after hours! I called at 5:40 and my unit was up and running by 6:30!! Not only was the work completed so quickly, but Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and what caused the issue. They are not overpriced at all and I cannot recommend this company enough.
