Price is a concern to most people, but the 'alternative' pricing that you say was offered, was not. The discussion was caught on my Ring camera and if you'd like to see it, I'd be happy to share. If I'm wrong, I'd be happy to correct my review, but I stand by what I've said. The lighting alone that your team quoted was $4800.

Colby has grown steadily since 2015. Providing extremely capable and dedicated technicians. They take time to explain device operation and do any setup necessary. I feel that Patrick and Stacy went above and beyond my expectations. And that Christopher gave me a fair estimate for the work done. Even a little less than actual estimate. Hunter Service Group has rescued me and my family twice: once when our heater died right at the start of the cold frost this winter, and again just yesterday when our AC died during a 100-degree day. We have a home warranty company and during both instances, I contacted them and tried to get a HVAC tech to come to our house ASAP to fix the issues. However, both times, we were told that they had no availability for the same day. If we waited on them, we would have had to wait 2-3 days before someone could come even look at our system, and God knows how long it would have taken for them to even fix anything. Grr!

Enter Hunter Service Group! When our home warranty company couldn't provide immediate assistance, I called Hunter and both times, their tech Brendan arrived the very same day. And both times, he got our HVAC system up and running ASAP! Yay! During the winter time, poor Brendan got here late in the afternoon/early evening, and he stayed for several hours, just to get our heater up and running. Talk about good customer service!

On a separate occasion, we hired Hunter to very thoroughly clean our ducts and they did an excellent job. After they finished, we noticed that the air quality in our house had vastly improved.

I highly recommend Hunter for all your HVAC and duct-cleaning needs. And just know that if you score Brendan as your tech, you'll be very well-taken care of. :-)
