Company Overview

Humphrey & Associates operates in various locations including Dallas, Denton, Fort Worth, and Yantis in East Texas. We offer a range of services such as Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering/Design, Preventative/Proactive Maintenance, Lighting Management, and Personnel/Safety Management. Our industry expertise encompasses commercial, industrial, manufacturing, institutional, healthcare, and residential areas. Our team excels in designing, constructing, and maintaining Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing systems across these industries.

On April 1, 1977, we launched our operations in Dallas, Texas, as an Electrical Contractor catering to the Dallas/Ft. Worth construction industry.

Since our inception, we have seen steady and controlled growth. Our collaboration and engagement within the construction community have enabled us to expand and diversify.

In 1981, we introduced an employee stock ownership plan, giving half the stock to our employees, which made them true ""associates"" of the company.
