Company Overview

Humphrey & Associates operates in various locations including Dallas, Denton, Fort Worth, and Yantis in East Texas. Our service portfolio includes Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering/Design, Preventative/Proactive Maintenance, Lighting Management, and Personnel/Safety Management. Our industry expertise encompasses commercial, industrial, manufacturing, institutional, healthcare, and residential areas. Our team excels in designing, constructing, and maintaining Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing systems across these industries.

On April 1, 1977, we launched our operations in Dallas, Texas, as an Electrical Contractor catering to the Dallas/Ft. Worth construction industry.

From the start, we have experienced consistent and measured growth. Our teamwork and active participation in the construction community have provided us opportunities for expansion and diversification.

In 1981, we introduced an employee stock ownership plan, giving half the stock to our employees, which made them true ""associates"" of the company.
