Our offices are situated in Dallas, Denton, Fort Worth, and Yantis, covering East Texas. We provide services in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering/Design, Preventative/Proactive Maintenance, Lighting Management, and Personnel/Safety Management. Our expertise covers commercial, industrial, manufacturing, institutional, healthcare, and residential markets. We specialize in the design, construction, and maintenance of Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing systems for all industry sectors.

Humphrey & Associates started its journey in Dallas, Texas, on April 1, 1977, as an Electrical Contractor serving the Dallas/Ft. Worth construction industry.

Since our inception, we have enjoyed steady and controlled growth. Through teamwork and engagement in the construction sector, we have been able to expand and diversify our services.

In 1981, we implemented an employee stock ownership plan, distributing half of the company’s stock to our employees, truly making them ""associates."" “Humphrey & Associates aims to provide our services with skill, professionalism, and profitability for our clients and our company.” Each job performed by our company or its representatives will be handled with honesty, integrity, compassion, honor, and intensity.
