Humphrey & Associates operates in various locations including Dallas, Denton, Fort Worth, and Yantis in East Texas. We provide services in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering/Design, Preventative/Proactive Maintenance, Lighting Management, and Personnel/Safety Management. Our team excels in designing, constructing, and maintaining Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing systems across these industries.

Humphrey & Associates started its journey in Dallas, Texas, on April 1, 1977, as an Electrical Contractor focused on the Dallas/Ft. Worth construction sector.

Since we began, our growth has been steady and well-managed. Through our collaboration and involvement in the construction sector, we have been able to grow and diversify.

In 1981, we introduced an employee stock ownership plan, giving half the stock to our employees, which made them true ""associates"" of the company.
