Called Rick this morning. Explained my problem and said he'd be over in about an hour and a half. Sure enough he came within the time frame and got to work. Had everything taken care of within a half hour. He even educated me about the wiring used in my home and any future problems I could have. I'll definitely be coming to him for any future electrical work.

DO NOT USE!!!! Their technician Rick is very RUDE!! We called to get some work done and tried to schedule them but Rick must have been in a bad mood. Told my husband to ""Shut up and listen!"" I do not recommend them. There are many more professional Electricians in this area!!

He had good reviews but he just didn't live up to them. We were looking for someone to install 4 ceiling fans. Found his reviews to to more than good, so called. First day he was planned to come out he didn't show up so we called him and rescheduled the work. Then for scheduled work we called him and he started talking about other jobs and said he left us a message. On third day scheduled, we contacted him again and he said he called and left a message. Because he didn't answer he scheduled other jobs. No message. Then he told us he had the number written down wrong. Three strikeouts. In today's world with all this technology, he was able to read back our correct number but not call us on it.

Excellent customer service. My mom was living without electric for days and after two electricians, Howell electric came and saved the day. Very quick response. Honest and caring. And reliable. Considering he came after hours and had to crawl under the house! Thanks so much for saving my mom!!!

Gave a time frame over the phone for appointment. Didn't show up to the time frame, gave an extra half an hour just incase and then called. He was doing other jobs. What's the point of an appointment. Waste my time. Just doesn't want to do the little jobs I guess that could turn to something bigger later.
