First of all let me say that Rick Howell is one of the most Honest person I met. He saved me easily a minimum $ 4,500 to $ 10,000 Dollars. What happened is I heard a loud pop sound from the Electrical Panel outside and then I lost all power in my Home. I called and Scheduled an inspection of my Electrical Panel with another Electric Company that is located in Riverside. That Company sent out a technician who told me I had the worst possible scenario on my hands, I was told my whole Panel had burned out and that I was in need of a complete panel of $4,500 and that it could cost up to $ 10,000 if walls had to be knocked down and I need all knew wiring throughout my Home. I was stressed out severely. I then Called Rick of Howell Electric. Rick had done some work for me in the past I really liked his work and him so I called him up and explained the problem. Rick told me he would be there in 40 minutes and look at my electrical problem. Rick arrived at my residence in the time he said and immediately inspected my outside electrical panel. Rick started laughing after inspecting my panel and said "" There isn't anything wrong with your panel, it's just a little outdated is all "" Then Rick Came inside my home and checked my electrical fixtures and he said all was good. Rick only Charged me $ 85 dollars for the inspection. Rick saved me from being ripped off by this other electric company ( Rightime ). I am so grateful to Rick for his complete Honesty. Rick does excellent work at very reasonable prices. The reason I didn't call rick in the first place is I lost his phone # and I needed a Technician asap because I felt it was an Emergency Situation. Again Thank God for Rick.

Called Rick this morning. Explained my problem and said he'd be over in about an hour and a half. Sure enough he came within the time frame and got to work. Had everything taken care of within a half hour. He even educated me about the wiring used in my home and any future problems I could have. I'll definitely be coming to him for any future electrical work.

DO NOT USE!!!! Their technician Rick is very RUDE!! We called to get some work done and tried to schedule them but Rick must have been in a bad mood. Told my husband to ""Shut up and listen!"" I do not recommend them. There are many more professional Electricians in this area!!

He had good reviews but he just didn't live up to them. We were looking for someone to install 4 ceiling fans. Found his reviews to to more than good, so called. First day he was planned to come out he didn't show up so we called him and rescheduled the work. Then for scheduled work we called him and he started talking about other jobs and said he left us a message. On third day scheduled, we contacted him again and he said he called and left a message. Because he didn't answer he scheduled other jobs. No message. Then he told us he had the number written down wrong. Three strikeouts. In today's world with all this technology, he was able to read back our correct number but not call us on it.
