We used their service to get an estimate for install of three ceiling fans. The price was out of our range, but the tech (Noah) talked to his office, and we were able to agree on a price and had the fans installed. Noah did a great job and had the fans installed and working properly very quickly. The overall service was great, and I will recommend and use them again in the future.

STAY AWAY, DO NOT USE! Mostly unpleasant experience all around. The person who made the appointment over the phone insisted on a 6 hour arrival window. 2-3 hours seems fair; 6 hours just destroys the whole day. The Service representative arrived 5 hours into that 11-5 window at 4pm. I had two fluorescent fixtures and 1 wall outlet to be replaced. Simple, easy job. I hired them because they said they didn't work by the hour. BIG MISTAKE! The estimator was not an free estimator at all, as I was told. He was actually the electrician but didn't bother to say that till after he gave me the price. Though he was skilled and knowledgeable, he was clearly out to get me for as much money as possible. I said I had the replacement fixtures, he just need to do what was, on the outside, 1 hours work. The initial quote was OVER $650!!! When I said ""NO!"" he then said he'd leave after getting the $69 estimate charges, A DIRECT CONTRADICTION TO THE FREE ESTIMATE I was told over the phone. I haggled him down to $370 but I was still ripped off. Pure thievery advantaging a consumer in need. This was a $200 job at best. NEVER USE HOP2IT. They outright lie BEFORE they attempt to wildly overcharge you. Yes, they did the job, but I could have flown round trip to Hawaii for $650. Folks like these give all repair people a bad name. Shame on them. AVOID this company or you'll regret the day you let them in your house.

Best electricians in the business, to Chris Noonan who referred me to Shane Shipley, Paula, Noah and Steve, at Hop2it. I can't express in words how much I appreciate you taking care of my elderly mother in troubling time. Mom's house 4am, God bless Arlington fire PD, Brian Freind and crew ... for your efforts with 5 alarms. Phone call to Shane before 7am, he answered. Technician at mom's house within 2 hours, her house was completely serviced by close of business that day. God blessed our family by narrowly dodging a catastrophe at her home. God blessed us 10 fold with Hop2it.

I rarely leave business reviews on Yelp but felt compelled this time to share my great experience with Hop2 It Electrical Repair. I noticed my outdoor GFCI outlet wasn't working a couple days ago and decided to put in a Project Request via Yelp in late evening. I received a morning call the next day from Sally whom was super friendly and easy to talk with. She was very accommodating and set me up with an appointment for Saturday. Casey the technician showed up timely this (Sat) morning and was not only professional, knowledgeable but also just an all around good guy trying to help out. He took his time to explain and show me the problem (which is not a faulty GFCI outlet) and was patient to share what may be the issue causing the power outage. I have only great things to say about my experience with Hop2 It. I feel the folks behind the business are reliable and truly care about their customers. Hop2 It costs seem fair and competitive as well. I would certainly recommend them without reservation.

Noah and Brandon came before our window which was amazing. They were both very friendly and professional. Noah was very knowledgeable and honest. He and Brandon installed a Transfer Switch and did it really efficient. I will absolutely be using them for all future electric needs. Their pricing was also very fair which is rare in the industry

We had them do multiple jobs at our home. One was to dig a trench to move a wire underground and they made it look like they were barely there. Our grass is already back. After the second job, I noticed my pool pump was not getting power, I tried the breaker myself, but couldn't figure it out. They were back that day and fixed it without any hassle or charge. Reliable work.
