I called for a dripping attic AC overflow line. Honest squeezed us in on the same day. They blew out the clogged main drip line and said if it clogged again in the next 30 days they would come back for free.

No up selling like another company I recently called and Yelp reviewed. Good fast and efficient work at a reasonable price.

Awesome company and service! My AC went down for four days and after a constant back and forth with another company, I broke down and called Honest Air Conditioning because of their reviews. Of course reading the reviews I was skeptical but I am so glad I've made the call! Rick came out and diagnosed the issue right away and also answered all of my questions! They took care of my problem and did not push me to ""fix"" anything else. Really appreciated the honesty and Jared's time. He was very patient in educating me on what's necessary vs what's not. I felt like even though i was by myself at the time, he didn't take advantage to sell me something I didn't need.

I called about 3 AC different services, Honest being one of them, my decision was based on how quickly they can get to me repair on the same day, if at all possible. Honest AC called back first immediately completing the work prior to arriving at my house, they even called to let me know that they are actually finished early the with previous customer and that they can get to my house in 5 minutes. No sooner than I hung up the phone they were at my house, the technician Rick was professional, polite and a straight shooter as to what the issue was. He gave me a quote as to the repair and it was reasonable, so we had it repaired, it was a quick fix, plus he checked out the rest of the unit to insure everything else was in good condition. After the dual capacitors were replaced due to a lizard wanting to be a connection, the unit was up and running and the upstairs was livable again.

I took bids from 4, long term / and or highly rated A/C companies. Honest Air was the newest company but highly rated. The systems I wanted were the 3 highest rated so it came down to the installation company. Honest was polite & professional, didn't mess around and quickly installed the new system. They showed me the new equipment, asked if I had any questions and left after cleaning up the area.

Woke up in the middle of night and noticed the AC was not cooling properly. Of course, the worst came to mind.. do I need a new unit?? I called Honest the next morning and they had an awesome technician come by that same day. Chris did an amazing job explaining the best options and suggestions to keep my unit at its best capacity and had that thing up and running in no time! These guys are the real deal and they will take care of you. Strongly recommend!

Even though it's a pain having service companies come out, I am always SO relieved to see these guys truck roll up in my driveway! They will never, ever ever over charge you or try to sell you something you don't need. Just an honest fix and no hard sales tactics. Randy is THE man! And I'm not just saying that because he is a Broncos fan ;) He inspected every single thing meticulously and I was confident when he left that my unit was in top working condition. This company has come to my house on a Saturday and NOT charged me!!! If all companies had the ethics of these guys, we might not need a yelp, haha. My father is in heating and air so I am kind of an authority on quality work. Love that they employ veterans. Could not feel more pride about recommending this company to everyone I know.

We knew we needed HVAC routine maintenance since it had been almost 2 years since our last service. We've been in our house 21 years and replaced 1 of the 2 units soon after we moved in. So....we had 2 systems that were on their last legs. Honest AC did the maintenance work very well, on time and at the price quoted. They did point out what we were up against with trying to make the unit last. That said, we got 2 new Trane units. It was way more than we planned to spend, but they offered 0% financing for 5 years which softened the blow.

They not only removed the old system, installed the 2 condensers and furnaces, and put down a nice layer of insulation - they did it all in one day! To make it even better, the lead tech dropped what he was doing on his own personal time to come to our house on a Sunday to make some necessary adjustments. They are also cleaning the air ducts and fixing trim work that needed repairing after the install.

Throughout the whole process, all employees have been courteous open and like the name says - HONEST. I highly recommend these guys and know we've found an HVAC company we can rely on.
