Called Monday and scheduled an appointment for Friday. Was told tech would arrive between 11-2. I took time off work around this. I get a call at 1:50 that a tech will be contacting me soon. 2:30 rolls around and nothing so I call and am told a tech will call me. I get a call at 3:10 from the tech and he needs 45 minutes to arrive to my home. Completely ridiculous. This company needs to respect other peoples time especially during a work day. Totally screwed up my Friday work hours. Scheduled with another local company for Monday.

Our allergies had been really bad at home since we bought the place a year and a half ago, so we decided to get the ducts clean. We found the scheduling, service, friendliness of our technician and billing to be a good experience! We definitely recommend Them for thorough and straightforward duct cleaning!

Great service, very professional, I received several options to repair/replace/modify my systems. I did not feel like they were pushing a product and get me into something that was not right for my home. Rick is a fantastic technician, very knowledgeable. Excellent service and very polite technicians. They won't try to sell you on stuff you don't need. They will be my go-to HVAC vendor going forward. Pay a little more but you have the satisfaction of knowing it will be done correctly the first time.

I had an emergent situation a couple of Saturdays ago. My A/C decided to stop working at 4:30am and of course it was expected to be in the 100's by the afternoon. I called a couple places and was told ""won't be able to make it till tomorrow"" or the craziest one ""we have availably mid-June""?? Uh no thanks. I read incredible reviews about Honest Air Conditioning on multiple social media sites, so definitely gave them a call. I left a message with someone who said I'd receive a call back in 20-40mins.

I got a call from Rick asking me what my situation was and I explained. He explained the break down of the costs, especially since it was the weekend. And he even asked me to make sure I was not within my warranty for my A/C.To my HUGE surprise he said he could be out at my house between 1-2pm. I was so happy to hear this problem could be looked at on the same day. Maybe an hour or two later I received a message from Rick saying that he finished early and to give him a call as he could be at my place by 11am instead. Super happy!!

He arrived promptly and he took a look inside and outside at the compressor. He quickly diagnosed the potential issue just from hearing the compressor. I let him be, so that he could do what he needed. Later, he called me over to the compressor to show me what the problem was. Capacitor, or as I like to refer to it the flux capacitor. Not only did he tell me, more importantly he showed me! He grabbed his multimeter and showed the voltage it should be based on the capacitor and what the capacitor was actually producing. The part was replaced and we went back inside to turn the A/C on. Back outside he let me listen to the difference of what the compressor sounds when the capacitor is functioning and when it is not. As someone that also is a provider of services, I recognize the importance of informing/educating clients or patients and being transparent. So thank you Rick for providing education to your clients.

Thanks to such a positive experience I signed up to have them come out for maintenance appointments!

I called for a dripping attic AC overflow line. Honest squeezed us in on the same day. They blew out the clogged main drip line and said if it clogged again in the next 30 days they would come back for free.

No up selling like another company I recently called and Yelp reviewed. Good fast and efficient work at a reasonable price.

Awesome company and service! My AC went down for four days and after a constant back and forth with another company, I broke down and called Honest Air Conditioning because of their reviews. Of course reading the reviews I was skeptical but I am so glad I've made the call! Rick came out and diagnosed the issue right away and also answered all of my questions!
