I called Honest Air on 7/2/22, the Saturday morning before the 4th July. They were able to send out Alex to check on my AC. He was awesome. He arrived promptly and addressed the issues I was having. Additionally he gave me some tips on preventive maintenance that I hadn't heard before. They also offer the normal service charges on Saturday, so I didn't have to pay more for someone to come out on the weekend. My experience with the business was nothing but positive.

Air ducts were not actually cleaned and they had to come back and clean them after I discovered the issue. Taken advantage of in situation to replace ""plenums"" which were supposed to be a majority of the air supply, but then said it was only 8 ft. Grossly overcharged for the 8 ft of plenums and didn't even replace return vent. I would go elsewhere for air duct cleaning needs. There's a reason they were immediately available. I only know this because I'm not replacing all air ducts and the cost is the same as what honest charged me to clean them and replace the ""plenum"".

Alex was my first contact with Honest Air Conditioning, he came out and determined what needed to be done, keeping me informed over the phone and our landlord each step of the way. Alex determined we needed a new unit, by the next day we had a new unit installed by Logan Van Housen and his team. Very professional!! I work from home and I hardly knew they were here. I highly recommend Honest Air Conditioning. Amazing staff! Logan walked me through the removal of the old system and then the new system. Highly recommend!!

With temperatures almost to 100 degrees my AC went on the blink and this being Memorial Day weekend, I figured no one would come out. Honest was on the job yesterday and fixed it on the spot. I highly recommend them. Responsive, professional and friendly.

I can't say enough good stuff about this company. I think they hire incredible and truly honest employees. About 4 years ago, we had just moved here and I had developed a cough. So, we thought we might need our vents cleaned. They came over to inspect and said our vents were actually clean and didn't need to be serviced. Turns out, I was just embracing the Hill Country allergy season. Flash forward a few years and I'm 8 months pregnant and we are in the beginning stages of Texas summer...our AC stops working. We call and of course, it's after hours. The technician, Alex, calls us back within 5 minutes of us requesting an appointment. He is extremely polite, helpful, down to earth and was able to get us some information to get our cold air back. Alex, this pregnant momma thanks you for your kindness and helpfulness! Truly a wonderful experience every time we've worked with this company!

I've really come to rely on this company for my HVAC and plumbing needs. Their HVAC Department has been consistently professional, reliable, efficient, honest. I got to experience some of their growing pains as they moved into plumbing, but I always felt like my complaints were heard and addressed quickly.

The last time I had them out it was for an issue with clogged pipes in the kitchen that were wafting sewage smells into the house, and making my cats sick to the tune of $5K vet bills. Yikes!

It took 2 visits to thoroughly get that issue resolved. I would have preferred that everything that was causing that issue had been found and addressed the first visit, of course. But it was thoroughly addressed on the second visit when a different plumber was sent, and apologies were extended by the first plumber when he came back out to replace the water heater's expansion tank.

So overall, I'm still really pleased with this company, and am glad there's a locally owned small business I can confidently recommend for such important home maintenance services.

Jacob did an excellent job of explaining options for my HVAC situation. He was engaging and knowledgeable. The office responded quickly to our request for service. These guys hit the mark! Glad we contacted them. Honest has another long-term customer.

I am a 100% Disabled Veteran and that is the main reason I wanted to do business with ""Honest A/C"". However, I am very depressed about this whole situation. The Salesman who came to talk to me told me I would be be very happy with the new unit I am getting. I specifically told him I needed a very quite system (I realize I may not have been specific enough to say (inside unit) The outside unit is quite, but the inside unit sounded like an airplane taking off. They have been here several times to adjust the fan/blower and has gotten better, but still louder than the old unit. I feel like I paid for a top of the line unit and should get the luxury associated with paying the big $$$. I think the service guys are just rolling their eyes and cannot relate to my experience with this company - no attempts to make this right or get my 100% satisfaction. Very depressing - am being a vet did not help one bit. I am in Round Rock, TX. Not sure how the system said different.

My house A/C and gas furnace was replaced much faster than I anticipated...just 24 hours after I gave Honest the go-ahead. Maybe it was the time of the year-early March- when business is likely to be slack for the heating and cooling business. All the parts were on hand.
The estimator, James, was thorough, discussed his survey in detail, replied promptly to my messages and phone calls.
Richard and Logan were quite competent. The installation was completed within the time frame James provided. Nice that they installed a new thermostat, replaced the respective circuit breakers as part of the job, and cleaned out the drain pipes.
I am pleased with the work.
I wish I had gotten Richard to complete the programming of the new thermostat, but it wasn't his fault...the two women in the household wanted to do it. There was a Lock setting that wasn't described in the programming sheet that we go into purely by accident, so we had to look up information online to clear it.
The unit is working well.
