I called and left Tod a vm on sunday night, he returned my call on Monday morning, and came to my house to install the 50inch plasma TV on my wall. Tod was very pleasant to work with, great attitude, and willing to solve any problem and come up with multiple scenarios and solutions to the problems. He did a very clean job with hight quality and satisfaction. I will call Tod again to install my second plasma TV.

Totally unprofessional!!!

This guy canceled/rescheduled on me twice.. Then he didn't show up!! Flaked!!

I got no response after texting and calling leaving messages.
Wish I would've had the experience other people seem to have had. He seemed busy but canceling on a job right before the scheduled time and then not showing up to 3rd attempt...not cool.

I needed my TV wall mount installed on my wall and my (large) TV connected to the wall mount. I was going to go with Best Buy (aka Geek Squad) because they were the only people I knew who did this service, but after having trouble getting through to them, I decided to go another way. I looked up TV installation on Yelp and found Home Entertainment Experts.

It was Saturday, I wanted my TV installed as soon as possible, and Todd said he was available that day. He was a little later than he said he would be, but he DID text me beforehand to let me know he'd be a little late.

Once he got to my place, it was a quick, easy install and cheaper than the Geek Squad and some others I'd looked at. He (and his coworker) were very polite. He even offered me a plastic cord hider for free. I'd recommend him to anyone in the LA area.

Had to write a review for Todd who did a great job installing our 60 inch tv on our wall this past Sunday morning. It looks great and Todd was very personable. I could tell he was very detail oriented and did his best to make it as perfect as possible hiding all the wiring and even figuring out a way to hide our cable box behind the tv. Ill be recommending Todd to all my friends and family. Thanks again Todd!

I highly recommend Todd's TV mounting service. I found his service on Craiglist. I called him on Saturday afternoon and he called back within an hour and was able to mount the TV the same day. Although he didn't arrive on time (because of a previous customer taking longer than expected), Todd kept me updated via text about the reason for his delay and his ETA.

I definitely plan to use Todd's service again when I decide to mount the next TV. He's professional, friendly, and skilled!

I emailed the company last night and Todd responded back this morning. When we spoke on the phone he said he could come out this afternoon, which was perfect for me.

Todd arrived exactly on time. I hit him with a request to program a universal remote which we had not talked about on the phone. He said sure and got to work right away. He had all the components set up and running within 40 minutes and started on the remote. It wasn't long before Todd had that working just the way I was hoping it would.

I would absolutely recommend this company, and especially Todd.

Home Entertainment Experts will not disappoint! I worked with Todd and he was easily the best technician I have ever worked with - He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and setup/mounted my TV perfectly. I highly recommend Home Entertainment Experts for any HDTV install!

Todd came to my office and was very prepared and professional. He has all the parts we were missing for one of our TVs, so we didn't have to make a run to the store and delay installation. He is very quick and quiet, and does great work. He also kept the spaces clean where he was drilling. Additionally, he offered me some alternative ideas to run a video on a loop on the TV that will save me money. Definitely a great experience and recommend him to anyone.

After minor misunderstandings (which actually were made mostly on my part), I was finally able to schedule an appointment with Home Entertainment Experts. I don't know how many people work for them, but the installer who came out to wall mount my 80 inch LED and my surround speaker system, was Todd.

Todd was on time, and very helpful in terms of advising me before the installation, since I wasn't sure if the TV would look good where I wanted it. He did an outstanding job overall, and my TV and speakers look awesome where they are now! All cables are professionally hidden, and everything at a price beyond low, in comparison to other installation companies - I would definitely recommend Home Entertainment Experts to anybody, I would be very surprised to find this quality of service at such a low price elsewhere!

Update: one of the HDMI cables in the wall was faulty, but the installer came the same day and replaced it. Not sure what caused it, but I think it might have been the cables they use, so I had him put one in one of my own Monster cables.

Todd just got done mounting my flat screen and hooking up my surround sound. He did a great job at a very reasonable price. He guided me in what equipment to buy and where to buy them. He made sure to call me when he was running late which I really appreciated. Todd is highly recommended.
