Only good things to say about Todd at Home Entertainment Experts. I researched and spoke to several different TV installation companies to mount my 40"" LCD flat screen TV and went with HEE because of their solid Yelp reviews, reasonable prices, and availability. Other companies I called had their earliest availability two weeks away. When I spoke to Todd on the phone, he offered to come mount my TV that same day.

Cut to the chase - we arranged for him to come on a Sunday at noon. He was running late but called me in advance to let me know so NBD. Installation was quick and easy. It was very obvious that Todd is experienced and knew what he was doing. Friendly and professional guy - my TV was up on the wall in less than an hour and looks great! Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Todd is a great guy. He went above and beyond and did a fantastic job hanging by 65"" TV and also installing my surround sound. Todd's prices are very reasonable and that is why he is always busy. Have patience because if he is running behind or needs to reschedule, its because he is being meticulous and not rushing through jobs. Todd had two more installations after he did mine, and I know he was tired but he never cut any corners and made sure everything was perfect. He will spend the same time on your installation! I would choose Todd over any of the hacks at Best Buy Geek Squad. He's also 1/4 of the price.

Todd did a fantastic job with our home theater installation and went above and beyond what we expected. When he hung our plasma display and surround sound speakers, he was able to hide all the wiring inside the wall so everything looks clean and professional. Not a single wire is visible.

He also tuned all the settings on our AV receiver and made the system sound as good as it looks. Watching movies and listening to music is a joy, and I finally have motivation to get through our Netflix queue.


The setup looks and sounds amazing and we get a lot of compliments. So glad we called Todd rather than trying to half-ass it ourselves. Home Entertainment Experts comes highly recommended.

Now, most of the yelp reviews are about time. He was late and needed to adjust the time with us as well. But as soon as Todd gets done with your install you'll know why it's worth it.

Todd did an amazing job with our install. We were his last install of the day and I was kind of worried that he'll rush the job but he didn't. He took time to mount our router and modem. He knew exactly what we wanted.

Overall, Todd spent a good amount of time and going above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied.

Got a new TV today and I assumed I'd have to wait until next week to have it professionally wall mounted. I called Todd and he was able to fit me in today! What a professional, affordable service. Quick and friendly service too!

As other yelps have mentioned- not on point with time management but they get the job done for a fair price. I had to do a television switch-a-roo. Take the 40"" from living room and move it to the bedroom and then install the new tv in the living room. No mounting, just table top installation. The switch was not time sensitive. So after reading reviews, I figured it didn't matter about the tardiness or late issue as long as the job was done right. They did change the time (the day of) from 10am to 2pm. And then at 2pm they said someone would be there at 2:30. They came at 2:30, switched it out, set up roku and all was well. All in all, I'm happy I hired someone to do this because I know I wouldn't have been able to handle it myself. But I'll look into other folks in the area if I have something a little more time sensitive.

I called and left Tod a vm on sunday night, he returned my call on Monday morning, and came to my house to install the 50inch plasma TV on my wall. Tod was very pleasant to work with, great attitude, and willing to solve any problem and come up with multiple scenarios and solutions to the problems. He did a very clean job with hight quality and satisfaction. I will call Tod again to install my second plasma TV.

Totally unprofessional!!!

This guy canceled/rescheduled on me twice.. Then he didn't show up!! Flaked!!

I got no response after texting and calling leaving messages.
Wish I would've had the experience other people seem to have had. He seemed busy but canceling on a job right before the scheduled time and then not showing up to 3rd attempt...not cool.

I needed my TV wall mount installed on my wall and my (large) TV connected to the wall mount. I was going to go with Best Buy (aka Geek Squad) because they were the only people I knew who did this service, but after having trouble getting through to them, I decided to go another way. I looked up TV installation on Yelp and found Home Entertainment Experts.

It was Saturday, I wanted my TV installed as soon as possible, and Todd said he was available that day. He was a little later than he said he would be, but he DID text me beforehand to let me know he'd be a little late.

Once he got to my place, it was a quick, easy install and cheaper than the Geek Squad and some others I'd looked at. He (and his coworker) were very polite. He even offered me a plastic cord hider for free. I'd recommend him to anyone in the LA area.
