Tingqiang G.I called hone & business remodel for my house total renovation and the owner of the business came to help me. His name is alex, he was very helpful and prompt in getting me set up with an engineer for drawing require to get permit. The engineer was an in house and the price giving to me was very affordable compare to other contractor that I have came to estimate. The estimated price for the construction was very reasonable and had more allowances then other. I would recommend this company to any one, to have there house constructed. They even answer the phone on weekend.
Patricia C.I just needed a simple rewiring of a 220v outlet to 120v. Well, not quite so simple, considering the washer/dryer in front of the outlet had to be moved out of the closet first.
Alex looked at the outlet (behind the washer) and gave me a quote within minutes. Since his company did work in the building before, I didn't have to go through the hassle of submitting the license and insurance required by building management. Alex and his team completed the work within an hour the same week, at a reasonable price (neither the highest or the lowest).
I'm happy to discontinue using an extension cord for the washer/dryer unit.
Alejandro M.I have a rental property the tenant called saying the shower was leaking. I had this contractor go take a look and told me that the whole shower needed to be ripped out and replaced and that it was going to cost anywhere 3-5K. I did some YouTube research and bought less than $50 worth if supplies from Home Depot. I was able to fix the leak in a hour. Beware.
