I called Joe and asked if he could fix an outlet for me. He was very nice and was able to get me an appointment within a day and a half! I was sent texts to keep me updated as to when the electrician was on his way and was able to pay online!! I definitely recommend!!!

I asked him like this on August 17th around 8pm

We have big problems
ceiling light junction box is full of wires. We tried to change the ceiling light fixture but there is a live wire in the box. Even though we turned off the light there was still a live wire with damaged insulation and it sparked when it was moved. So we stopped and decided to call the pros. Need to have an electrical come and check it out to clean up the wiring and install the light.

I was very scary and worried so couldn't sleep yet at last night.

Next day~ August 18th
He already texted me before I wake up~very fast~surprise and very happy~

They came early morning ~I m really relieved~

Eric came and fixed soon. He is super nice.
Safe and fast.
He arranged all complicated electric line and install a new light.

I was a new customer and called about a fluorescent light ballast that needed to be replaced. I required a replacement of my 100 amp meter outside my home because the original wiring was frying HECO's meter. I reached out to EI Electrical first because I've worked with them in the past and was extremely satisfied. EI Electrical has excellent rates that are realistic and the thing I appreciated during this project was their experience and confidence.
