I lost power in one outlet. I was concerned (the house across the street had had an electrical fire) not only for safety but because I thought it might be a major repair job. Herman came within hours, assessed the problem and did the repair. A true professional--knew how to identify the problem and how to remedy it. I was relieved to say the least. Highly recommend.

I called Herman yesterday in regards to servicing our home due to some outlets that were not working. We were not sure if there was a fuse or what was going on. I called and left a message and he was quick to respond. Herman was professional and prompt in completing the job. All the outlets that needed to be fixed are working great and so thankful he had availability to come and get the job done. Pricing was fair. We will certainly use Herman for future services.

Scheduled an estimate for today at 4pm. At 4 I get a text saying that he can come at 4:45. I had an appointment then so I asked if he could come later. He said he would come at 7. It is now 7:50 and he just texted to ask if he could come tomorrow instead. He might be a great electrician, but I will never know because I'm moving on to someone who shows up when they say they will.

Response time was quick! The response itself, horrible. Attempted to charge me $100 for a $12 part. Lots of electricians to chose from on Yelp. Skip this one. We got the doorbell fixed for $150. That's the going rate, not $250 like this person suggested.

*Common sense. I'll pay fair or even above market for good work. Price gouging is another issue. The text speaks for itself. Good luck people!

I hired Herman for fitting recess lighting cross my whole house. He took the job but left after 1 hour of work leaving 3 wholes in my bedroom. He never returned back and didn't respond to my messages. I think he may be good for small jobs but not suitable for something big.
