We hired Tobby to replace some 30 year old siding on the exterior of our house that had rotted. Tobby responded to my text right away and came the same day to give me an estimate for the work. His pricing was fair and he was able to get us on his schedule within 2 days. He was very communicative and the work that he and Matt did was outstanding! We are very happy with their work and great attitudes! We would definitely hire them again for any other jobs we might need a handyman!!

Requested a quote from Higher Level Handyman Services. Made an appointment with Toby and he indicated a window between 10am-12pm to come to my house and assess the job to quote. I wrote Toby the day of the appointment around 930am to see about what time he may arrive. A little before 11am Toby called and asked to reschedule to the next day in a window between 4pm and 6pm. He said he would call when he was 30 minutes from arriving. Day of that appointment I tried calling him at 6pm for an update on arrival but no answer and voicemail was full. So I messaged again on Yelp for an update. I didn't hear from Toby until after 7pm that he had another job that ran long. He asked again to move the appointment to the next day with the same time frame. I responded back that I understand that things happen but I did ask to be notified ahead of time if he wasn't going to show to an appointment. I let him know I could arrange to be home at 530 pm. I did not receive a response back.

We found Higher Level Handyman Services after the company delivering our new range weren't able to do the removal and installation. Toby was quick to respond for an estimate, arrived immediately after the range was delivered, took some measurements, and got straight to work!

Throughout his work Toby kept everything neat and clean, paid great attention to detail, and was very kind and respectful. Despite the amount of work needed to install this range, Higher Level Handyman Services got it finished the same day!! We seriously couldn't be happier with the level of work and proficiency here.

We'll be hiring again soon for some electrical work.

No one showed up. They picked the date and time to come by and give me an estimate, then never showed. No call. No text. No email. No returning of my calls or emails. Nothing. Ghosted. It's like we were dating or something. Why is a phone call so difficult?

Didn't get to use the service as the estimate was bonkers. I was on the outside of the service area, so they probably should have just declined the job. They may do fine work, but I can't fully review this business. Take my review with a grain of salt.

Tobby and fam are good guys. Did a deck refurbish, a screen door refresh and some great work on four attic vents. Did solid work. Took a little longer than expected but nothing that caused a problem. Give them a call. They'll fix it for you!

Made two appointments with this company. After the first I had to call him to find out why he didn't show or call me if he wasn't coming. Made second appointment, again no call no show. Makes me wonder if his work is as bad as his basic customer service. Use at your own risk
