I called Higher Level Handyman last minute when I need my refrigerator moved. Toby and Juan we able to come the very next day. We're extremely careful when moving. Even took the extra steps of removing the handles when the fit was close. And then when that didn't work they removed my front door to make completely sure nothing got scratched. Showed up on time they were quick, pleasant to work with. I look forward to working with them again. Going to hire him to do a small painting project for my house.

Do not expect a call back from this guy, he says he is local yet I find out he is hours away, then he comes does a job, then I send him many customers to call him. Yet he thinks he is all of a sudden not hungry for work. A pure shame. I told him KARMA IS A ,*****......

Tobby was fantastic! He was an excellent communicator, on time, professional, and skilled! I had him install plumbing, electrical, and a drain for a new washing machine. He arrived when he said he would and completed my project within a single day even though it meant staying into the evening hours. He even repaired the drywall and repainted!

HLC saved the day! Would you believe that for over a year, my elderly mother was using a kitchen that was partially renovated? A different handyman took advantage of her sweet patience, took her money and ran, leaving her with a project half done.

HLC came to the rescue, added custom cabinet doors, installed a lighting system and even suggested a beautiful backsplash for a finished look. Worked hard at this challenge and completed the work. Mama is inspired to cook again and already has plans to have me call HLC to return and update other parts of her home.

After looking high and low for someone to install a mantle on to a brick fireplace, they were the only one who responded to my request. A bit pricey, but they can afford to be bc obviously, they were the only ones willing to do the project. However, they were upfront on their pricing. $600 for a day. They said they normally don't do such small projects but we're willing to do it at a price for half day. It only took him a little over an hour.
His correspondence was quick and clear. He arrived on time and was friendly through the communication exchange and the work.

I am very happy with the results and already plan on using them for other small projects.

Got 7 interior doors and a French door slab installed for $2000. They were doors I brought from Home Depot. They explained that there will be some damage to the frame because they have to hit it with a sledgehammer. Got some cracks on my wall and ceiling but I expected that. One of the heavier doors started to sag and won't close right. Toby wanted $400 to come out and fix that and told me I should have gotten custom doors. I feel like if the doors fit perfectly I could have done it myself. Bottom line is I should have hired a door company that have warranty on their work. You guys decide yourself.

What can you say about a business that answers your emergency request to show up the same day to start a job another company bailed on, then spends their entire weekend making sure you are all set to go for your new kitchen installation Monday? This company killed it. Everything was perfect. Clean, straight, and precise. And we've never had someone work so hard for us. We actually paid more than what the original pricing was because they stayed so late to make sure it was done on time. I don't know what more I can say, except that it really felt like they were as invested in our project being great as we were. Five stars all the way.

Tobby responded the same day to my request and one of his guys was out the next day. Really nice guy, Matt, had my lights working in 10 minutes. I showed him other things I needed done, replacing a bathroom fan and shower cartridge and he knew just what to do. I now have a working fan and non leaking shower! Better than that, I have someone I know I can trust that will get the jobs done and for a great price. This company is out to help people get the job done without charging crazy prices. Defiantly will be calling them back!!
