Tobby was great. He fixed some drywall, installed some toilet paper roll hangers, fixed some light fixtures, replaced some wood rounding our kitchen floor and leveled / rehung our wall mounted tv. He came to give an estimate but offered to complete the jobs on the spot for a fair price. We are very pleased with his work.

Tobby and Matt were exellent. I had many projects to do for them - difficult 3D plastic wall tiles, pipe on the ceiling for bookshelf, vinyl wall mural, drilling into porcelain tile, etc... They were always on time and most importantly they were respectful of my property. They paid attention and took extreme measures to avoid scratching/marking anything in some very tight areas. They get it right the first time. We will definitely have more work for them.

In my experience, higher-level handyman services do their job and do it right. And what I mean is, they transformed my crappy home, into one which is worthy enough to land a spot in Architectural Digest.

Before I met them, I reached out to several handymen until one took up on my home project. Let's say this anon other handyman is named ""Malek"".

Malek promised me a wonderful, immaculate window frame job which I would be proud of. It was a disaster from start to finish. I left him to do his job, and I came home to a window frame which looked as if it was out of a horror movie. (Look at the before picture for reference)

Then I decided it was best to find one who actually knew what they were doing. That is where higher-level handyman services stepped into the picture. I met them, they walked me through the process of what they were doing and if I had any concern they were more than willing to discuss it with me. Easily from one simple job, it progressed into giving my whole house to the ""higher-level services"" treatment they provide.

Keep in mind, this whole journey started from an experience with a real scam artist who was more than willing to take me to court over the money I spent as they thought in their own eyes that they did a ""good job"".

In regards to other reviews, people can nitpick about any little thing and let those nitpicks take away any credibility from quality upstanding businesses. Ratings can destroy a business, and necessarily it can allow for ""scam""-artist handymen to come to surface.

And in this case, I stand by on the statement that ""[they] do their job and do it right"". Not about minor details which shouldn't be the reason you sink a business. Give some faith and wait a little rather than allowing a ""scam"" handyman take the first jab at your home project if it's about promptness. Let them do what they know best and let the best of their abilities make a home feel homely.

Below level Handyman...
Tobby over promises and under delivers. He's not a planner which is a huge issue if you want decent work. He did a few jobs for us. In the beginning he was nice and showed up in time for the first day then he started coming in later and finishing the jobs well into the night. Our final job was barn doors for our bathroom space. He told us they are not painted when delivered to them, but he would paint them and they would look professional. On the day they were going to install them he tells us the painting is not included and we owe him another $350. I was outraged since he didn't tell us this and acted like he had. He gives you a very sparse SOW and adds charges as he goes along. He didn't install them as we discussed and left a 2 and 1/2 inch gap which prevents privacy. I told him then I wasn't happy with the work and he told me he would come back and fix it free of charge( the gap) since he can't fix the orientation or width, etc. when we contacted him a week later he said he would charge us $400 for materials (a few painted boards) and $450 for the job. In the end he says ""I don't do doors""???? My response was ""if you don't do doors then don't take the job!!!!"". Do yourself a favor find someone else who's reliable and accountable.

Same as a few others on here. Just not dependable. Response time is ok, but actually meeting the timelines provided clearly isn't a strong point of this company. I only requested 1 estimate window, but after reading the other reviews, I will not be trying to get them to complete the work I need done. A no show to an appointment let's me know this company sees no value to me or my time.

I am glad to see the company reads and responds to feedback, so to the company rep/owner - our time matters too. If you schedule to be somewhere..be there. We understand stuff happens, if you can't make the agreed time, reach out and let those trying to support your business know what's going on - we should not be the ones tracking your day.

As to the quality of work, don't know, didn't even get an estimate.

Seriously the best handyman service around!!!! Toby is the best!!!! I literally wrote him on a Sunday about repairing a wood fence and he came out that Monday and fixed it!!! Very happy with all of the work and will for sure call if I need any more services!!! Thanks again!

We hired Tobby to replace some 30 year old siding on the exterior of our house that had rotted. Tobby responded to my text right away and came the same day to give me an estimate for the work. His pricing was fair and he was able to get us on his schedule within 2 days. He was very communicative and the work that he and Matt did was outstanding! We are very happy with their work and great attitudes! We would definitely hire them again for any other jobs we might need a handyman!!
