Excellent, excellent, excellent! They were so kind, thoughtful, thorough and clean! Everything works nicely and I will call them again. Well worth the money that I spent. They installed a ceiling fan mounted a TV and did the electrical outlet by the TV and installed the garbage disposal.

Very quick to communicate and quote. Very pricey but what can you do when it is an emergency and in a remote part of the desert? Initial quote included ""repairing door"" and insulation but since the door required replacing they charged an additional $1100 for the door and frame. Then they claimed they threw in insulation for free when I pressed them on door, even though that was in initial quote.

A day after the door installation, tenant reported it wasn't closing right. When I gave them a hard time about it, they whined that I was disrespecting them. I didn't curse or call names, I simply demanded that for what they charged I deserved a working door. These guys then wanted $600 to go out and look at a door they had installed the day before. When I refused to pay that, Toby claimed to have to go out of town and would do it when he returned in about a week. Never heard from him again. Tenant sent me the attached pictures so I ended up getting a different handyman to go out and fix the mistakes made by this company.

Only thing saving them from a one star was the fact that dry wall work and paint was done quite well.

Amusing additional note: There was some vinyl tile flooring that needed replacing. About 150 sqft. Since they were there anyway I had them give me a quote. These guys wanted $5800 to replace and match to existing. I laughed out loud and got two other quotes under $600 plus materials (about $350). Work was done in a day and for much less drama.

Tobby was an excellent choice for our drywall repair. He was friendly throughout the process and stayed until the job was completed. The attention to detail he had was also highly appreciated as to match the texture, and feather in the paint. This was 200$. And- he was very patient and kind with my grandpa who ""supervised"" the whole job. Thank you Tobby!
