I am a retired Engineer that typically fixes any electrical problems around the house. We've had a non-working Air Conditioner since last September that we chose to wait until before this summer to have repaired. I troubleshot the problem to a shorted compressor and over the last 2 months we've had no less than 5 people come in and give us estimates to repair the AC. Two technicians told me it was a bad capacitor and changed them. Although I was hoping this was the problem because it would've been a cheap solution, the fixes didn't work and after this I never hear back from the two technicians (left several messages). I got another guy that charged me $100 to troubleshoot the problem, which he did (told me it was a shorted compressor, which I already knew). He was supposed to give me quote, but again, I never heard back from him. Then I got serious and contacted COSTCO, which gave me a quote of $9000 to replace the AC unit.

This was a lot more than I was willing to spend, so I called High Tech Services. Sam and Josef came in and within 20 minutes told me what the problem was and that they would give us a quote to replace the compressor and another to replace the entire AC unit. Sam was apologetic that they couldn't fix the problem the same day. The next day he sent me the 2 quotes and we opted for replacing the AC unit because it wasn't much more than replacing the compressor and we would get a 5-year warranty. The next day they came back and within 2 hours they had a working new AC unit for almost 1/3 what COSTCO has quoted us. They were very professional and friendly. I asked them to take a look at 2 other problems that l was having with a continuously running air vent and a range hood vent. They troubleshot these two problems within minutes and did not want to charge me for their time!

These guys are amazing! They are great troubleshooters, very professional, polite and reliable. I have already recommended them to my next door neighbor who needs a certified technician to install a replacement AC unit under warranty. Call these guys if you have any HVAC, appliance or any electrical problems. I would give them 6 stars if I could,

I called High Tech Services to exchange a broken thermostat after viewing their great YELP reviews and they did not disappoint. Adel answered the phone and patiently worked with me to purchase a smart thermostat and schedule a time for High Tech Services to come out.

I got a couple other quotes and even one cheaper than High Tech services but they didn't have the YELP reviews that High Tech did and I didn't feel as comfortable on the phone with the other company. Let's just say I've learned my lesson from past work I've done on my home to ALWAYS trust the YELP reviews even if it costs a little more and boy am I glad I did.

Sam came five minutes EARLY! (You read that right... early!) I have never had a service provider come early to my home or even on time. I consider it lucky if they are only 5 - 10 minutes late instead of 30 minutes late but not Sam.. he came early. I was so pleased because I had a busy day planned with my toddler and I didn't want the work we were doing to cut into her nap time.

Sam was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. I don't usually feel comfortable with people who come to my home to work on my house but I felt at ease and I was glad I called High Tech Services. Sam even took a look at my doorbell to troubleshoot it without charge. I'll definitely be calling them back to fix my doorbell.

I highly recommend High Tech Services. We just had our AC replaced a couple of weeks ago. We got quotes from a lot of companies around the valley, including recommendations from family. High Tech were the most affordable, in some cases less than 1/2 of another company's quote. I was a little afraid that would mean they wouldn't do as good of a job and would come to regret it. But we took a chance based on the great reviews on here. Needless to say, we are very happy. They used quality parts and were very professional. They took pictures and measurements when they came to do the estimate, so when we were ready to go, it was just a matter of sending them back a signed proposal. Less than a week later they were here installing it. They were very polite and courteous and went out of their way to clean up after themselves completely. Their work was done well and professionally. Close attention to detail making sure to reseal any ducts and installing insulation as was required (this was not done when the air was initially installed by someone else 10+ years). They gave the same warranties on their work and parts as all the other companies. Honestly, I'm a very impressed and couldn't recommend them more.

I had an old gas wall double oven that Adel and team removed, ran a new 240 volt circuit and installed the new oven. They worked quickly and cleanly and did a great job on the install.

I highly recommend them for your electrical (or appliance install) needs. I will be using them again.

I originally found them when looking for an electrician and HVAC vendor to service a new building for my company. We had 3 vendors come out and Adele and his team offered the best prices and transparency. They even made suggestions to save us money when other contractors just wanted to add to the costs.

We've now been working with Adele for two years and here's our tech for 5 commercial buildings. He does great work and responds quickly. I highly recommend!

$175 for not even 10 minutes of work. For a faulty contact on the thermostat. No comment some people have no principals and no values.

Also stop calling me or harassing me I will not change my review. You got me to agree on the price and took advantage of the fact I don't necessarily understand the issue. Bottom line, no spare part and less than 10 minutes work $175..

Adel came 30 minutes after my frantic call. Half of the house was in the dark! With my sick 89 year old mother-in- law I was panicking... He spend over an hour trying to figure out the problem... checking all the outlets, the fuses, indoor, outdoor... and finally after great patience Adel find the short circuited issue. A great relieve! Adel was efficient, polite, and extremely friendly.

Just finished today... Amazing Support ! Guy with Great attitude and detected the issue fast ! Comes equipped with everything he needed to fix my issue with furnace in his ""high tech"" van. First things first: if you're having the same trouble I did finding someone to service/install your wall/window unit, look no further. High Tech is your solution.

Needed someone to complete the installation of an 18,000 BTU wall ac that I had begun. Called in the late morning. The guys were at my home by 4, I had cool air by 5:30, all for a very reasonable price. Can't say enough about the service. I plan on using them for the HVAC in the other part of my house when the need arises.

High Tech Services were assigned to me through Serviz. They were God-sent considering I had rescheduled about 4 times through Serviz (not HTS fault, but Serviz) since they had no availability. Sam and Adel arrived on time and went straight to work. Within an hour and a half I had a working Central System again! They were both extremely friendly and got the job done. I felt bad because my house was so hot (and I had to had the windows closed because painters were working on the exterior). I've added them to my list of technicians and look forward to hiring them direct in the future.
