5/31 - Adel contacted me and apologized that no one showed up to our 2nd agreed to time, offered to meet at my convenience and completed the work originally discussed so I am satisfied.

Really upset I spent a day waiting for him both in the morning and afternoon and never showed. Called morning of appointment to let him know I would not be doing a repair he proposed and to get a feel if he would cancel as a result but I still had had other repairs needed. I asked specifically if I could still expect him, and he said yes. He said he would still be there at our agreed time from 10am-12. I called shortly after noon to see what happened, since he did not communicate with me about not showing. We agreed to 5pm-6 the same day since he said he had an emergency but I knew he wasn't going to show at that time either or call, and it played out as predicted.

I was hoping he was different from the other horrible no shows I've experienced.

I e-mailed Adel on a Sunday and got an almost immediate response. I liked how he communicated. By the end of the day I had arranged a visit from him to my house for Monday morning. He showed up when he said he would.
I had a fairly freaky issue with the electric on my dryer. Voltage was not being delivered properly to the dryer and it would not start. The readings showed 240 volts, but would drop lower at odd times.
Adel knows enough about electricity and how it should work and he sorted out where the source was. He was right and shortly thereafter it was fixed.
His price was very fair and his work efficient and accurate.
Would certainly call him should I have any other issues with electric.

Called up first thing in the morning, spoke to Adel, told him that we had a stuck pull chain fan switch and wanted to change it out, if possible, to become remote controlled. He and Josef came on time, got busy, and fixed my fan very nicely. When done, they cleaned up, and charged me exactly what they said on the phone. They did the work in a very timely manner. In addition, he made some recommendations for maintenance care on another appliance. Definitely, will use them for any future repair issues!

I have used High Tech Services for my own home and an apartment building I own/manage. The services and employees are very thorough. I feel safe knowing High Tech Services is helping me take care of my investment and my tenants needs. They have repaired and installed appliances for me - many times - with no complaints, only complements.

Services provided for me included: installed new appliances, repaired floor furnaces, fixed washers and dryers - and told me truthfully when it was time to buy new appliances - which they sell and install so quickly - same day; dish washer repairs.

This is a family business that I know helps me keep my home and the homes of my tenants well running and safe. I feel so comfortable with their business model - I give my tenants the numbers to call and schedule directly, then I get called with the price which I'm, surprisingly, always satisfied with. It's nice to have found a company I can trust!

Awesome service! Highly recommended. Very fast and fair. I called to get my central air fixed because the motherboard was blown. They ordered it and returned with new unit later that day. Even installed my Nest thermostat as well.

High Tech Services is terrific!!! 5 stars for service and response time! I had my washing machine go out on me on a Thursday night. I called them Friday morning and they were here within 15 minutes - no joke! Sam and Joseph were the service techs and they were professional and very accommodating. They even helped with the clothes removal to see what the issue was. They diagnosed the problem quickly and let me know the costs associated with the repair - very reasonable and they were able to repair the issue right away. I would recommend them anytime for their stellar service, great repair staff (thanks again Sam and Joseph) and overall quick response time and very reasonable rate to get my washing machine spinning again! 5 stars all the way! Great job!!

I asked High Tech to come out to repair my dishwasher and oven. Very friendly service, with a quick turn around time for an appointment. The service call is free, at which point they give you an estimate for the work. My oven needed a new computer. Adel (the owner) gave me a couple of different options for the repair. I went with the more affordable option, being that this breakdown is taking place so close to the holidays. The repairmen who came out to do the work were friendly and polite, quick, and very helpful. They even helped me clean behind the stove because I couldn't reach! Excellent service all around. I would definitely recommend their service.

Contacted about 20 appliance repair companies through Yelp (all with good review) trying to find one that would come immediately, at a low/fixed price, to fix our dishwasher that had stopped draining. 19 out of the 20 were unwilling to quote a firm price for services, running the common scam of charging a ""service fee"" of anywhere from $45-200 that would be credited to unspecified ""parts and labor"" charges once they showed up to do a ""thorough diagnosis.""

Only ONE of these services was able to offer to come same day, at a convenient time, and quoted a very reasonable ($85 in my case for service and labor etc!) fee for the work that was needed, and that was High Tech Services.

After the service we received from this company, we have no need to ever look for another appliance repair service again. They showed up on time, were courteous, immediately fixed the problem and even taught us how to do preventative maintenance to prevent the clog from happening again. Moreover, the owner followed up IMMEDIATELY with an email detailing the work they did and the preventative maintenance we need to do , just to be sure we understood. They accepted credit card as promised and the whole thing could NOT have gone any better.

USE THESE GUYS - they're AMAZING, honest, on-time, and go GREAT work -- our dishes have NEVER been cleaner!!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. We had a problem with the jets in our bathtub. There was no power going to the outlet. They responded to my inquiry in less than an hour and came to my house that night to assess the problem. I suggested they come the next day, but they just wanted to stop by that night to see if they needed to order any parts so that they could have them for the next day. They didn't need any parts, left and came back the next day as promised with a crew of 3 people. It took them several hours and a lot of work to fix the problem as hour house was actually wired incorrectly, but they walked me through everything that they were doing and kept me updated as they went along. They got the power supply back up and running and cleaned up after themselves. I realized the next day that one of our outlets had no power. I texted the owner and he was at our house within 30 minutes to fix it and was very apologetic. 2 days later, my refrigerator went out. Again, I sent them a text at 7am. They gave me a window of 10 - 12 that same day. They arrived at 9:59am and had it fixed by 10:15. I can attest they are great as electricians and with appliance repair.
