We were out of town and came home to no AC and a 90 degree house on Labor Day! We tried several HVAC companies including the one that had just done some repairs on our fan unit. We either got no answer or no one was available. After speaking with Adel at High Tech Services, he offered to be here
Within 1/2 hour. He spent at least an hour replacing the starter, cooling down the overheated condenser and really trying to figure out what the problem could be. He was able to get our AC working and suggested that we contact the guy who had recently replaced the fan motor because the fan was bent and needs replacing. For coming out here on a holiday evening, I was afraid that we were going to have to pay an outlandish fee for the work. Adel was honest and his fee was very fair. If the guy who replaced the motor won't fix the problem, I will be calling High Tech to do so and I will definitely be contacting them in the future for HVAC, electrical and appliance issues.

My husband and I moved into a new home and tried to hook up our oversized washer and dryer into a much smaller space than our previous home. With no diy luck, we needed a professional! I found High Tech Services on Yelp and was pleased with the reviews. I requested a quote and got an immediate response to come the next day. They ended up texting to ask if they could come earlier than previously mentioned which worked out great for me. They assessed the issue, gave me two options to go with lower price point and higher price point and explained the difference and immediately were able to get everything hooked up and working properly!

I called on the hottest day of the year not expecting a human voice to pick up, but there was Sam! He can""me same day on time and fixed everything for fair price. I called other places but they didn't return my call or some seem to subcontract out their work. With High Tech, I got Sam, part of the family owned business who takes pride in his work! I'm writing this with a big smile on my face as I just had numerous electrical projects completed by the professionals at High Tech Services. Adel, Sam and Joseph were approachable, attentive and creative in responding to my every request. They even untangled an electronic mess left by a ""handyman"" that claimed to be ""very competent."" Their prices were very competitive but more importantly, they did a great job. Thank you gentlemen!

5/31 - Adel contacted me and apologized that no one showed up to our 2nd agreed to time, offered to meet at my convenience and completed the work originally discussed so I am satisfied.

Really upset I spent a day waiting for him both in the morning and afternoon and never showed. Called morning of appointment to let him know I would not be doing a repair he proposed and to get a feel if he would cancel as a result but I still had had other repairs needed. I asked specifically if I could still expect him, and he said yes. He said he would still be there at our agreed time from 10am-12. I called shortly after noon to see what happened, since he did not communicate with me about not showing. We agreed to 5pm-6 the same day since he said he had an emergency but I knew he wasn't going to show at that time either or call, and it played out as predicted.

I was hoping he was different from the other horrible no shows I've experienced.

I e-mailed Adel on a Sunday and got an almost immediate response. I liked how he communicated. By the end of the day I had arranged a visit from him to my house for Monday morning. He showed up when he said he would.
I had a fairly freaky issue with the electric on my dryer. Voltage was not being delivered properly to the dryer and it would not start. The readings showed 240 volts, but would drop lower at odd times.
Adel knows enough about electricity and how it should work and he sorted out where the source was. He was right and shortly thereafter it was fixed.
His price was very fair and his work efficient and accurate.
Would certainly call him should I have any other issues with electric.

Called up first thing in the morning, spoke to Adel, told him that we had a stuck pull chain fan switch and wanted to change it out, if possible, to become remote controlled. He and Josef came on time, got busy, and fixed my fan very nicely. When done, they cleaned up, and charged me exactly what they said on the phone. They did the work in a very timely manner. In addition, he made some recommendations for maintenance care on another appliance. Definitely, will use them for any future repair issues!
