I contacted Russell for a inspection two months ago when my 4-year old LG fridge made loud noise and lost coldness. He shown up on Sunday morning and patiently inspected then explained the problem and proposed the repair cost. He never pressured us to fix. I was so impressed with Russell, the owner of Hertzfield Appliance. He kept in touch with me by text to confirm his appointment then to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He analyzed my issues with my dishwasher and, of course, it worked perfectly for him. He did give me some very helpful suggestions of what to do when starting the dishwasher which I will try on its next use. The whole time Russell was here he was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. His pricing is reasonable and fair and I will most certainly call him again if I have another issue with my diswasher or any other appliance in my kitchen.
